A beautiful villa in a peaceful area. The photos did not do the place justice, as it was a lot bigger in person. The garden area was stunning. Antonia was a great host, she was really helpful and very responsive. We would 100% stay again.
Lovely villa and pool (heating available) in a quiet location only a few minutes drive from Port de Pollenca. Lovely grounds, setting, and feel. 2 en-suite beds - air con - table tennis - bbq and private terraces. Kids loved it. We’ll defo go again.
We had a lovely stay at this villa. She is a great host and her communications are speedy and helpful.The house is spotless, very well equipped, and for us (as cyclists) it was a great location to be based, quiet and close to the cycling routes and lanes and also near the beach and restaurants of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. We’d definitely stay again- for me the outdoor space was especially welcome- so peaceful with birdsong, the pool and shady seating by the house or sunbeds by the pool.
We loved our stay, great location easy walk to Pollenca and easy drive to the port. There was everything you need in the Villa, the garden and pool area is fantastic for a quiet relax. We hope to return next year.
we really enjoyed our stay. it's a very quiet place. floating in the pool in the heat was blissful. Everything is there, but bring a couple of essentials though as that is not laid on. milk, coffee, dishy tabs, olive oil ie bare essentials not present.
The place is very nice, clean, well located and a great host. We had a fantastic family holiday!

My parents and my children spent Easter in the beautiful house. We arrived at night but it was easily possible to check in with a lockbox. The house with the pool is great, the property is very spacious. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The decor is tasteful. You can walk to Pollenca. However, a rental car for exploring the area is recommended. The host is very friendly and gave us good tips. It was a very nice stay. Thank you for everything!
Had a great week in Pollença the villa was perfect, just as described and more. Garden was exceptional and pool was perfect. Check in and out was super easy, and host was always at hand to answer questions. Kitchen equipment was well kitted out and bbq etc. We would stay again and recommend this highly, but one recommendation is replacing the single mattresses as they were hard. Perfect location for supermarket, and local beaches and towns.

This is an excellent property in a beautiful location. It is a little out of town so very quiet but within east reach of local shops. The Villa is clean and well equipped. Great pool area. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall, I cannot fault the place and would highly recommend.

Fantastic location and wonderful charming property that couldn’t be better located,literally on top of all that Pollensa offers but still incredibly quiet. We had an issue with a faulty fridge/freezer and the owner had it replaced by the afternoon which was a super response. If you want authentic Spanish living with all the modern facilities you need then this property is perfect, as it is arranged over several floors may not suit elderly guests with mobility issues. Would highly recommend if you want quiet relaxing time but the convenience of being close shops, restaurants and bars.
Lovely peaceful no noise in good distance to amenities our 2nd visit will defo be back.

What a super find. The apartment is in an ideal location close to the restaurants, bars and the beach. The apartment is clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The recommended taxi service, Rafa and Pedro were great and on time. The pool was ideal and clean within nice grounds. Parking outside the apartment was fine. There’s a nice walk around the small nature reserve, which is next to the property. The host was helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Nice gesture and appreciated with the food and drinks on arrival. Would definitely stay and recommend this accommodation.
The finca is a bit remote. However, still within walking distance of shopping. No immediate neighbors. For us it is simply ideal.
Nice short break
We enjoyed a short break here, villa was lovely, clean with plenty of towels provided. It was too cold to use the pool but the outside areas are well maintained and we did enjoy eating lunch on the terrace, nice views of the mountains. Walked into the old town which took around 20 minutes. Would return and recommend to others.

Besonders gut hat mir die Ausstattung der Küche und die Sommerküche gefallen. Auch die Bäder waren super!
La ubicación de ka propiedad cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas, en zona rural, pero muy cerca de Pollensa, tranquilidad, relax, zona muy extensa para jugar lis niños, piscina espectacular y, en resumen, estuvimos muy a gusto.
The space was very nice and exactly as described. Location is great for taking various excursions. We'll be happy to come again!

Lovely villa , traditional build and set in a quiet location with private pool and garden. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a couple or small family. Walking distance to the old town of Pollenca. Great market on Sundays. Short driving to beaches and supermarkets.

The place is good, it corresponds to the photos. It's very close to the sea, few hikes are nearby, 10 mins far from big grocery stores on car.The village itself very calm and small, perfect for chill vacation.All three bedrooms are separated and have own entrances from the house territory. Direct access to the pool, but I didn't notice someone who cleaned it.Do not count on TV, it's super old and almost unusable.Throw garbage every day, in other case you'll have ants farm in kitchen.Vast kitchen set so you can cook whatever you want for big family.
The location of the accommodation is really beautiful. The bay you see from the balcony is a bit more stormy compared to others, but still very idyllic, and the view from the balcony is simply fantastic.The place itself was fine, but I would suggest replacing the mirror in the bathroom. Also, a few extra towels or some detergent for the washing machine would have been helpful.Overall, however, everything was impeccable and it was a pleasant stay :)

Perfect private family get away, in beautiful surroundings. Lovely private location but only a 5 minute drive to the main town. the grounds and pool were wonderful. It’s a little outdated inside but we did like the traditional feel.
Such a beautiful villa, simply stunning. We had the best time and the villa made that happen. The location is great only a short drive into town and Alcúdia also on the door step. Such a peaceful location and the everything you could possibly want is provided for you. Thank you very much.

We loved our stay in this pretty house walking distance from Pollenca. The pool area is beautiful with gorgeous view of the mountains & a salt water, good sized pool. Location is perfect to stroll into Pollenca for dinner. The house feels like a home, with lots of nice details, like a very well equipped kitchen . We would love to return and would highly recommend.
