Stuated in a peaceful and comfortable setting surrounded by trees and shrubs. The sought after area of La Font is just a short distance from the heart of the historic old town of Pollensa, approximately 20 minute walk to the town and main plaza.
Along the side and front of the house there is a beautiful covered terrace with a wood beamed roof and table-tennis table. There is deep border full of beautiful Mediterranean and exotic plants running the length of one side and there are plenty more potted terracotta urns and planters. Behind the house, just off the pool and sunbathing terrace there is a covered barbecue area together with a washing up sink plus a table. The raised terrace has distant views of the mountains and overlooks the private pool area and a sunbathing terrace made of local Mallorquin stone. A poolside bathroom is also provided here. Outside, separated from the house is a utility room with a washing machine. There is a small lawned area to the side of the house for children to play on.
The villa has spacious air conditioned rooms which are comfortable with a mixture of rustic and modern furniture. The large kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave and views out onto the terrace. Here you will find a breakfast table together with a pantry with lots of storage.
There is an open plan lounge / dining area which has satellite television and a dvd player plus cd stereo. For early and late in the season there is a wood-burning stove, in case you need a little extra warmth on cool evenings.
Two twin rooms and two double rooms share two full bathrooms (shower rooms) with walk in showers.
Can Venzala is a very comfortable and relaxing villa in a truly beautiful country setting. Owners Francisca and Jaime make all their guests very welcome and live in a nearby property, they are only too happy to assist you with anything you need.

Classic Mallorcan furnished villa with great outside space for eating and relaxing together with a pool and amazing views of the mountains. The villa is set at the end of a quiet series of roads with about a 20 minute walk to the Pont Roma.

This was our second year in a row at Can Venzala, and it was still a great place for three generations of our family to holiday happily together!
The property is quiet and well-maintained, with good air conditioning and wifi, and everything worked well throughout. We spent very happy days around the pool and also enjoyed day trips to Lluc, Formentor and other spectacular places less than an hour away. Highly recommended!

This villa is perfect for having your own slice of peace and quiet on holiday. Located off the main street, you are not overlooked at all and have the beautiful scenery surrounding you. Old town Pollenca is just a 15/20 minute walk. Would recommend the use of a car to have to ability to explore the island, the beaches, and head into Palma. The ability to have your own pool without having to share as you would do in a hotel is bliss. Inside the villa is spacious and does remain cool throughout the day if you keep windows shut, and at the night the aircon is just heaven to keep the bedroom cool. I deducted one star, there were a few areas that needed slightly more attention in the kitchen. But aside from that no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house. Lovely location
The house is well furnished with everything you could need. We didn’t walk into Pollença but it would take 20 mins. Great location for exploring the gorgeous island. Stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains.

Wonderful stay, can’t wait to return
Five of us (four adults and one eleven year old) have just enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this villa near the beautiful town of Pollensa. Firstly, we can’t praise Pollenca enough - it is gorgeous, a web of intricate medical streets that can offer some relief from the intense sun as you wander the town. There are endless quaint shops, bars and restaurants all serving gorgeous food (loads of variety including traditional Spanish dishes). The villa was perfect - all rooms were spacious (apart from the 2nd indoor shower room, although it’s more than adequate). The kitchen is very well equipped, is again a good size space and has clearly just been updated with new units, granite worktops. The bedrooms all have very good sized built-in wardrobes. Again the lounge is a very good size although we didn’t actually use it once as we ate outside everyday and spent evenings talking by the pool. The rest of the furniture in the house is ideal although the elderly owners have a lot of nik-nak ornaments around the villa that we tidied away so as not to damage anything. The whole outside space is great and the views when lying on the sunbeds, stunning!! The shaded terrace area around half of the house is fantastic and perfectly positioned overlooking the pool area. The pool was in almost constant use over the two weeks and, although not heated, was very warm. We walked into Pollensa on numerous occasions from the villa (15-20 minute walk) but, although it’s all on the flat, it was a very hot walk (in the August 30• heat), and would be testing for little ones or the elderly. We ate a couple of times at the restaurant on the main road at the entrance to the lane to the villa - the service, price and food was very good. All in all a brilliant holiday and we are definitely looking to rebook this villa.
We had a great stay and the communication with Colin was brilliant. The villa is very clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is fantastic and the steps in are great for children. The pool was also really warm considering it’s not heated and the view of the mountains is fantastic. Lovely quiet area but a 25 min walk into the square in Pollenca and 5 min drive to the Port. Lovely area and lots of great restaurants and beaches nearby. We were a family of 8 (7 adults and one child) and would definitely like to return :)
Nice short break
We enjoyed a short break here, villa was lovely, clean with plenty of towels provided. It was too cold to use the pool but the outside areas are well maintained and we did enjoy eating lunch on the terrace, nice views of the mountains. Walked into the old town which took around 20 minutes. Would return and recommend to others.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt, so als hätten uns Freunde ihre Wohnung überlassen.
Danke für die angenehme Auszeit.
Die Umgebung von Pollenca ist gerade im Spätsommer oder Herbst ideal zum Wandern mit Badestops in kleinen, nur zu Fuss erreichbaren Buchten.
Ein Auto sollte man jedoch unbedingt zur Verfügung haben.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by a big garden. You can relax and listen to the bird chirping. Thanks to the four terrace, you will always find a place in the sun or in the shade, depending on what you like. The brick barbecue is also great. The kitchen equipment leaves no wishes open. The villa was super clean and the bed very comfortable. We would spend our vacation here again any time. You are in 5 minutes in Pollenca and in 10 minutes on the beach.
Immaculately clean villa with lovely views and not far from the beach. Surrounded by nature including sheep with bells on (yes with bells on !) and goats behind. Very clean pool, good wi fi even outside next to the pool. Very privately situated a good distance set back from the main road.
Amazing value for money and really good location, would recommend
We were 4 people In the accommodation and it was very nice. The garden is large enough and the pool is a good size. Inside you can stay well thanks to the living/dining kitchen and with the 3 bathrooms there is no fight for a shower. The noise of the country road can be heard in the garden but in the bedrooms you don't hear anything with the windows closed.
We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The outside terrace is perfect. There’s a parasol outside for shade which I don’t think was in the photos. It was definitely needed for us with having a 2year old. This place is great for families! The garden is green and lush with flowers. Everything is well maintained. I particularly liked that after 5days housekeeping came to change the towels and sheets for us. I would highly recommend staying here!

Magic location for a family vacation or get-away with a couple of friends. Very quiet area, just a couple of car-minutes outside of Pollença. Perfect starting spot for cycling or hiking in the area, or just to get to the beach and relax.The villa had everything we needed, the service was a nice addition! Great communication, would absolutely stay here again.
Wonderful property, perfect location
As soon as we entered this beautiful villa we knew we were gonna have a great time. We felt instantly at home, and loved exploring all the different quirky areas. Six of us stayed there....me and my husband, our three children (18, 16 and 12) and my son's girlfriend. We have stayed in villas in and around Pollenca a few times before so we knew we loved the area. This villa is by far the best one we have stayed in. There were a number of different outside areas giving us plenty of space to either spread out or socialise. The pool was perfect - just the right size and we particularly liked the lighting inside the pool...making night time swimming lots of fun! The garden was an added bonus...tomatoes, peppers and chillies freshly picked were delicious! The location is perfect....stunning views of the town and surrounding hills and mountains. We were lucky enough to be there during the festival and had a spectacular view of the lights and fireworks.... The town is an easy 5 - 10 minute stroll down the hill, making it perfect for exploring the lovely streets of Pollenca with its wonderful restaurants, art galleries, shops and cafes. All in all a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa...definitely want to go back.....

What a super find. The apartment is in an ideal location close to the restaurants, bars and the beach. The apartment is clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The recommended taxi service, Rafa and Pedro were great and on time. The pool was ideal and clean within nice grounds. Parking outside the apartment was fine. There’s a nice walk around the small nature reserve, which is next to the property. The host was helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Nice gesture and appreciated with the food and drinks on arrival. Would definitely stay and recommend this accommodation.
My family of five have just returned after a weeks stay at Villa Can Boi.The flexible check in was convenient, as we arrived at the villa after dark but didn't require the host to let us in.The Villa has lots of seating options outside, surrounded by an orchard of fruit trees. Also spacious inside, I liked the traditional look of the building and decor.There are two bathrooms/shower rooms inside which was convenient with three children, as well as an outside shower room.All the air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked very well and I the bed I slept in was more comfortable than at home.Pollenca is a charming town, with lots of character, history, restaurants and services. The Villa is about a 25min walk from the main square at the centre, which might be too far for some. We walked in but mainly chose to drive, as parking was fairly easy and free, as well as driving to beaches and into the mountains.The wifi wasnt great but the Villa was a great base for our holiday.
Enjoyed stay. House and area is beautiful and so peaceful and an easy walk to town. Be aware that there’s no air conditioning but area is safe and keeping windows open at night helps.
Nice stay at Can Barre. 7 adults Spent most the week in the nice size garden / terrace area and Pool.Villas also a nice size for 8 or 10 people. Annex looked big having a peek in the window. Kitted out fairly well for big cooks and bbq's.Villa in a Quiet, remote area. Didn't get a hire car so opted for taxis all week .Maybe 2 of the 10 we called out took more than 30mins, ride takes 15mins tops. Getting back, never a wait at the ranks in pollenca / acudia.Helps having the villa position on Gmaps ready for the driver. Zero critter / ant issues taking them every 2 days. 2 alright hairdryers supplied atm. Really easy, relaxing holiday all in all with no hidden surprises.
We are a family of 4. We had a great time. Villa has great outside space and views. Plenty of outside seating and sun loungers..... Can easily acommodate 8 people. Nice outside eating areas also. Owners Daughter is lovely - changed beds and towels after first week and supplied a bottle of wine after we advised the bottle opener was broken (this gesture was appreciated)...
Suggestions:
- Hire a car to fully appreciate the surrounding area/sites.
-Bike hire is available in Alcudia/Port Polensa from as low as 8euros.
Great stay. Location had a few flaws but passed on a few flaws.Had good communication.Lovely home. However, the second bathroom is not in the house itself. Maybe good to know. We enjoyed it.
