Description
A captivating Mediterranean style villa in Puerto Pollensa with pool, situated in close proximity to the town and beach with it’s fantastic beaches, marina, yacht club and famous Pine Walk. Situated in a south facing elevated position overlooking the bay of Pollensa the villa makes and ideal spot to sit and relax whilst taking in the amazing views of the bay. Outside there is a terrace with eight sun beds, swimming pool, BBQ and dining area for up to 12 people (two tables that can be put together) with a comfortable outdoor sofa area alongside the pool terrace and landscaped gardens to the rear. The terrace has covered areas and additional shade can provided by retractable sun blinds. You enter the house on the upper (ground floor) level which comprises a spacious elegant lounge with comfortable sofa and large LCD Smart TV which you can use your streaming accounts with (Netflix etc.) and separate dining area that sits 10 people. There is a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven, cooking hob, microwave and dishwasher with plenty of counter space with some seating provided.
On the ground floor level there are four bedrooms all have full en-suite bathrooms, three with walk in showers, one with a shower over the bath, two of these bedrooms including the master bedroom have additional sitting / reading areas with superb views to the Vall de Colonya and the old town of Pollensa. Three of the bedrooms on the ground floor have good quality king size beds and large built in wardrobes, whilst the other bedroom has two comfortable single twin beds.
Downstairs on the lower level there is a chill out area with TV with DVD , the 5th and 6th bedrooms are also on this level, both with air con and en-suite bathrooms. One has a standard size double bed and en-suite with walk in shower and the other has a zip and link kingsize double which can be split into two singles and a en-suite with bath and overhead shower.
All the bedrooms are air conditioned as is the main living room. An excellent accommodation in a good location. It is possible to walk to some shops and restaurants in approximately half an hour and the beach and main resort can be reached in approximately 35 to 40 minutes walking or just a couple of minutes by car. If you are looking for a holiday villa with private pool in Puerto Pollensa this could be perfect for you.

Et superdejligt sted med en fantastisk udsigt
Skøn funktionel og godt udstyret feriebolig for hele familien (9 voksne og 3 børn). Super service fra Colin og hurtig afhjælpning af småproblemer. Alt i alt en rigtig god ferieoplevelse.
A super nice place with a great view
Nice functional and well equipped holiday home for the whole family (9 adults and 3 children). Super service from Collin and quick remedy for small problems. All in all, a great holiday experience.

Stunning views and a lovely holiday location. Property of a very high standard throughout.
The property was perhaps even better than we were expecting and had all the facilities we needed for an excellent holiday with our son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren ( 2 and 6 months old ). Easy, secure parking for 2 cars and safe for young children. The property was well presented and both indoor and outdoor areas were all clean and tidy. We had no interaction with the owners as all our booking and payments were made online, hence apart from a visit from the gardener and pool man we saw nobody at all during our stay in Mallorca. The location and entry instructions were straightforward but our only criticism would be that some additional information on the operation of the TV system, air conditioning and outdoor barbecue would have been beneficial. A few more details about the property itself would have been useful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Carpe Diem to our friends and family. Having stayed in the area previously we spent time in Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa old town and Soller…..the outdoor restaurants in the main square in Pollensa were good value ( pre- Brexit !! ), offered a wide range of menus and were all very child friendly. Formentor beach is also well worth visiting with young children. The coastal drive from Pollensa to Soller is a good day trip but not for the timid driver. We all had a wonderful holiday at Carpe Diem in the Mallorcan sun which shone throughout the week….many thanks for providing a very easy on line booking process and a great villa for a 3 generation family holiday.

Fantastic Views at Carpe Diem Villa Pollensa
This is our 2nd time staying at Carpe Diem in the last two years and each time we stay the view takes our breathe away. The Villa is well furnished and with all modern essentials for a 3 weeks stay. The Villa can cater for more than one family and we have had friends stay during our last holiday and the villa is large enough that you are not in each others way. We look forward to staying again in 2014 and this must be one of the best view in Mallorca have a great holiday if you choose Carpe Diem.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Colin. La maison est très spacieuse, ainsi que la piscine qui est très agréable. Elle est bien située pour découvrir le nord de l’Ile. Les plages sont accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture. Nous conseillons la maison sans hésitation.
We had a great family holiday with Colin. The house is very spacious, as is the swimming pool which is very nice. It is well located for exploring the north of the island. The beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. We recommend the house without hesitation.

Great villa with easy access into the port and old town by taxi which were always available. Very clean when we checked in. Prompt communication with host if we needed anything during our stay. Particularly enjoyed outdoor areas. Good size pool and breathtaking views of Pollensa. Very quiet and peaceful location. Perfect for large groups with plenty of space, all bedrooms with modern en suite bathrooms. I would recommend this villa.

Carpe Diem is a beautiful place with outstanding views. The style of the place is elegant and simple with quality furniture – just the way we like it. The host is easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay nice. The location is very good, only a few km from Port Pollenca in a very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle in town.
