The kitchen has all of the equipment you would expect, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is also a small dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living-dining room is a good size and is air conditioned.
There is a TV, DVD and wifi connection. The living area is bright and airy with large patio doors which lead out on to the furnished terrace. The property offers a dining terrace which also has relaxing sofas and sun beds.
This is a great place to watch the world go by, relax with a book or enjoy a meal al fresco. To the rear of the property there is a further terrace with BBQ and extra sunbathing space. Bon Dia is the perfect property for those looking for relaxation which is also walking distance from the beach.

A very pleasant stay and very responsive agent. We were two couples with a baby and even if the second bedroom is small. The accommodation is very well done. The crib even enters the laundry room and therefore it is not in the parents' room: a real plus.Located 200 m from the beach, it's really a great place!

Spacious apartment with beautiful terrace and close to the sea.
We stayed at Casa Bondia for a week in May 2019. It's located a minute walk from the beach in a quiet town. The rooms were clean and big enough, and have been cleaned even in the middle of our stay:) Well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms add up to a great experience.

Great spot, the villa is a great place to stay, clean, all the amenities you need, great for children/ families too. Parking on street usually available. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the beach. Bar/ restaurant over the road too. Communication was always prompt where needed. Cala Sant Vicente is such a lovely place, this was our second time visiting and will definitely be back.
Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison appartement est spacieuse et très agréable. Elle est idéalement située à 100 mètres de la mer. Nous avons bien pu profiter de la belle terrasse avec chaise longue, partie apéro, parti repas... Il faut juste prévoir assaisonnement, liquide vaisselle…
A very nice accomodation that is very close to the beaches an has a very nice terrace.
We had a very good family stay. Listing matches the photos, well maintained and functional. The terrace is lovely from morning to night. It is conveniently located 200m from a beautiful beach and its location makes it easy to visit the area.
We had a wonderful time at this privileged location. Everything was great in the house and it is only one block away from the beach.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The outside terrace is perfect. There’s a parasol outside for shade which I don’t think was in the photos. It was definitely needed for us with having a 2year old. This place is great for families! The garden is green and lush with flowers. Everything is well maintained. I particularly liked that after 5days housekeeping came to change the towels and sheets for us. I would highly recommend staying here!
A spacious villa with a pretty garden with good views.
Great Villa. Scrupulously clean. Loads of space inside and out. Pool perfect size. Table tennis a welcome addition. Great views to surrounding hills with birds of prey (mostly Kites) flying overhead most days. So peaceful and secluded yet only a very short 5-10 minute drive into Pollenca old town and 15-20 to Peurto Pollensa if the beach is what you want. Locals very friendly on the whole most speaking good English which is helpful! Main issue for us the week we went (October) was the mosquitoes…we were eaten alive!!! (Bring repellent but you can buy plug in diffusers etc in Lidl bit that they helped much!). ..meant we couldn’t sit out in the evening which was a shame but we tended to go into town anyway. All in all a lovely holiday.

Quiet accommodation with fantastic panoramic views. The finca is located in a large garden with palm trees, pool, many flower bushes and dust. It corresponds to the description. Mattresses in both bedrooms very good, furnishings a bit cobbled together, kitchen works, enough dishes, towels to change. Complaints are fixed immediately. We felt very comfortable. The location in the rural plain of Pollenca overlooking the Tramuntana is fantastic.
Great location just 2 minutes walk to the main square. The roof top space was superb and the outside kitchen meant that we never used the downstairs one. The three king size bedrooms on the first floor were good and the only ones we used as were were a family of 4. If your filled the house to maximum capacity you might be disappointed with the downstairs double bedroom as it is down a dark corridor and not air conditioned and the bed is much smaller than the three other double bedrooms. Showers were fantastic and the house was very clean. Parking is difficult near the house and the street is very narrow and steep to drive up unless you have a small car. We parked in the main car park on the flat side of the town and just walked up from there. It only takes 5 minutes. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Especially Onze11 right by the church in the square.

A lovely villa close to amenities. As you would expect being close to a main route there is some road noise but the grounds are beautifully landscaped and we had a really relaxing week here.
Very nice large house with great pool and well-kept garden. Perfect for big families or friends to sit together and grill comfortably.Don't forget mosquito spray;)For shopping and exploring the island I recommend a rental car.Smooth process with the owners, key handover, etc.Would book there again anytime.
Wow! A fabulous house in a fantastic location, just minutes walk from the main square with restaurants etc. Roof top so lovely that we didn't use the downstairs kitchen at all, just lived outside the whole time. Bedrooms and bathrooms also good. Parking and driving in narrow streets a bit tricky but car park in town not too far. Would definitely return to Calle Bou!!
We had a great time. The stay is in a beautiful location, close to all the sights of Mallorca. The house is as in the pictures. It was neatly cleaned, but the bathroom is in need of an update. The pool is wonderfully large and clean, and equipped with all the comforts. BBQ is great! The WiFi does not work. Contact Portvil in love smoothly.

We absolutely adored our stay here! It is a beautiful, peaceful spot with incredible views and a lovely pool. There are a couple of other houses around but it felt incurable private and tranquil with Pollenca old town just a 20 or so minute walk away. Just what we were looking for and would love to come back and stay again.
Excellent base and lovely villa for our family. Kids loved the pool, and the gardens are beautiful, giving a great sense of isolation and adding to the spectacular scenery of the mountains in the background.Check-in and out was very efficient and trouble free, allowing for the holiday to begin without delay.On arrival, there was a welcome note from the owners in the kitchen, along with a fresh home baked cake and bottle of red… nice touch.Only negative will relate to light sleepers only, - The neighbouring finca has cockerels and a donkey, which on occasion like a 5:30/6 am kick-off… to be honest, for me it added to the authenticity of the area!Perfect location for those looking to explore all corners of the island, and excellent villa for days chilling in the sun. We couldn’t recommend more, can see us visiting again!
Thank you for our lovely stay in Tintorer, an older more traditional Spanish villa. Everyone we contacted or met were helpful and flexible, especially as we had additional needs for our baby granddaughter. The villa is about 15 minutes walk from the supermarket ( and the nearest recycling!) and 20 minutes from the seafront. Its rural setting beneath the dramatic backdrop of hills and surrounded by trees, flowers, birds and horses added to the pleasures of staying there. We had a thunderstorm during our stay with a major dump of Sahara sand, however the maintenance person made an extra visit to clean the pool - thank you.If you are looking for a modern flashy villa then this is not for you. If you like character then it may be what you are looking for.

The property is a bit dated and a long walk from the port but the children loved the pool area .Good communication and all queries replied to straight away.
Easy walk into town but far enough out to be away from it all. Perfect location and well equipped. The cleanest rental property we have ever stayed in.
