The kitchen has all of the equipment you would expect, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is also a small dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living-dining room is a good size and is air conditioned.
There is a TV, DVD and wifi connection. The living area is bright and airy with large patio doors which lead out on to the furnished terrace. The property offers a dining terrace which also has relaxing sofas and sun beds.
This is a great place to watch the world go by, relax with a book or enjoy a meal al fresco. To the rear of the property there is a further terrace with BBQ and extra sunbathing space. Bon Dia is the perfect property for those looking for relaxation which is also walking distance from the beach.

Great spot, the villa is a great place to stay, clean, all the amenities you need, great for children/ families too. Parking on street usually available. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the beach. Bar/ restaurant over the road too. Communication was always prompt where needed. Cala Sant Vicente is such a lovely place, this was our second time visiting and will definitely be back.
Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison appartement est spacieuse et très agréable. Elle est idéalement située à 100 mètres de la mer. Nous avons bien pu profiter de la belle terrasse avec chaise longue, partie apéro, parti repas... Il faut juste prévoir assaisonnement, liquide vaisselle…
We had a wonderful time at this privileged location. Everything was great in the house and it is only one block away from the beach.
A very pleasant stay and very responsive agent. We were two couples with a baby and even if the second bedroom is small. The accommodation is very well done. The crib even enters the laundry room and therefore it is not in the parents' room: a real plus.Located 200 m from the beach, it's really a great place!
Spacious apartment with beautiful terrace and close to the sea.
We stayed at Casa Bondia for a week in May 2019. It's located a minute walk from the beach in a quiet town. The rooms were clean and big enough, and have been cleaned even in the middle of our stay:) Well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms add up to a great experience.
A very nice accomodation that is very close to the beaches an has a very nice terrace.
We had a very good family stay. Listing matches the photos, well maintained and functional. The terrace is lovely from morning to night. It is conveniently located 200m from a beautiful beach and its location makes it easy to visit the area.

The villa was beautiful and the location is perfect for being close to Pollenca. Really spacious, comfy bed and furniture and really well equipped with everything we needed and more. There was a lovely welcome gift of wine and some essentials, milk, juice, tea etc. The villa was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was very cold but to be expected in October! The only complaint was the machine/ chain saw noise from a neighbour for most days of our stay which did spoil the tranquility, but not really something the villa owners can help and probably wouldn’t be a regular thing, just unlucky for us. Overall a great villa and lovely location.
Lovely apartment, great location, nice views, would return again. Only issue was that the water in shower (with bath) was very slow to drain. A Microwave oven would have been handy.
A beautiful villa in a peaceful area. The photos did not do the place justice, as it was a lot bigger in person. The garden area was stunning. Antonia was a great host, she was really helpful and very responsive. We would 100% stay again.

Very good and easy with checking in the villa. Unfortunately, the water was very cold in the pool, but we had early April. Very quiet, good to relax. Only the beds were not comfortable. Mosquitoes were very diligent!

The property was perhaps even better than we were expecting and had all the facilities we needed for an excellent holiday with our son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren ( 2 and 6 months old ). Easy, secure parking for 2 cars and safe for young children. The property was well presented and both indoor and outdoor areas were all clean and tidy. We had no interaction with the owners as all our booking and payments were made online, hence apart from a visit from the gardener and pool man we saw nobody at all during our stay in Mallorca. The location and entry instructions were straightforward but our only criticism would be that some additional information on the operation of the TV system, air conditioning and outdoor barbecue would have been beneficial. A few more details about the property itself would have been useful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Carpe Diem to our friends and family. Having stayed in the area previously we spent time in Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa old town and Soller.....the outdoor restaurants in the main square in Pollensa were good value ( pre- Brexit !! ), offered a wide range of menus and were all very child friendly. Formentor beach is also well worth visiting with young children. The coastal drive from Pollensa to Soller is a good day trip but not for the timid driver. We all had a wonderful holiday at Carpe Diem in the Mallorcan sun which shone throughout the week....many thanks for providing a very easy on line booking process and a great villa for a 3 generation family holiday.
Great location. Walking distance to supermarkets and into Santanyi town square, lots of lovely shops, market and restaurants. My son loved the owners donkey in the garden. Lovely owners very friendly.
Very nice location, but a car is logically necessary here. Pollença is quickly accessible and the city has good parking in contrast to other cities. Between the mountains and great views, there are good connections to beautiful hiking trails. The Airbnb was clean and had everything necessary on site, the location offers privacy from third parties and the view of the mountains is not neglected. The house is in generally good condition, but not exceptional. For this, the driveway and the garden are nicely maintained and it is great to enjoy the day outside. The pool works perfectly and overall the Airbnb is highly recommended. For all travelers, the hiking trails on site are worth looking at and offer great views.
The finca is truly a dream with beautiful, idyllic and above all large garden! Everything is very lovingly laid out and the house is also very stylish and furnished with love. The kitchen is fully equipped and of very high quality. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay here in beautiful Cala Sant Vicenç! Beautiful little beaches, relatively quiet area, and very comfortable stay in the apartment, which was located a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Shared pool and two private terraces, parking in the back—super easy and convenient!Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
Had a great stay at this villa. We took our bikes out and didn’t have a car, however the location is only 5min ride to the supermarket and the seafront restaurants.
Super private and peaceful, the place actually looks better in real life! Very pretty gardens to all side, Mountain View’s, nice modern white bedrooms, great pool and outdoor space. Couldn’t have asked for more. The host was very nice and actioned couple of my special requests which was lovely. The address can be a little deceiving - our taxi had issues finding it as the address does not appear on maps - it was a bit strange! But other than that, I will be recommending this place to all my friends. Thanks so much!!
Great little house. Looks better in person. Amazing views of mountains. Perfectly situated between the town center and port. 6/7 minutes to both. There is no ac in the living room so we left the doors open, because there are no screens on the windows and doors we were fighting off mosquitoes- bring plenty of bug spray. Just a thing to note is that the second bathroom is located in a detached structure by the pool. Not sure if it says it in the listing. It didn’t bother us because we were a family of 4. Comfy beds that we pushed together. We loved our stay at this house :)
We had a very nice week at this typical villa. Garden and great. Very well located between Pollença and the port of Pollença. We highly recommend this villa.
