The kitchen has all of the equipment you would expect, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is also a small dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living-dining room is a good size and is air conditioned.
There is a TV, DVD and wifi connection. The living area is bright and airy with large patio doors which lead out on to the furnished terrace. The property offers a dining terrace which also has relaxing sofas and sun beds.
This is a great place to watch the world go by, relax with a book or enjoy a meal al fresco. To the rear of the property there is a further terrace with BBQ and extra sunbathing space. Bon Dia is the perfect property for those looking for relaxation which is also walking distance from the beach.

Great spot, the villa is a great place to stay, clean, all the amenities you need, great for children/ families too. Parking on street usually available. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the beach. Bar/ restaurant over the road too. Communication was always prompt where needed. Cala Sant Vicente is such a lovely place, this was our second time visiting and will definitely be back.
Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison appartement est spacieuse et très agréable. Elle est idéalement située à 100 mètres de la mer. Nous avons bien pu profiter de la belle terrasse avec chaise longue, partie apéro, parti repas... Il faut juste prévoir assaisonnement, liquide vaisselle…
We had a wonderful time at this privileged location. Everything was great in the house and it is only one block away from the beach.
A very pleasant stay and very responsive agent. We were two couples with a baby and even if the second bedroom is small. The accommodation is very well done. The crib even enters the laundry room and therefore it is not in the parents' room: a real plus.Located 200 m from the beach, it's really a great place!
Spacious apartment with beautiful terrace and close to the sea.
We stayed at Casa Bondia for a week in May 2019. It's located a minute walk from the beach in a quiet town. The rooms were clean and big enough, and have been cleaned even in the middle of our stay:) Well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms add up to a great experience.
A very nice accomodation that is very close to the beaches an has a very nice terrace.
We had a very good family stay. Listing matches the photos, well maintained and functional. The terrace is lovely from morning to night. It is conveniently located 200m from a beautiful beach and its location makes it easy to visit the area.

Fantastic location and wonderful charming property that couldn’t be better located,literally on top of all that Pollensa offers but still incredibly quiet. We had an issue with a faulty fridge/freezer and the owner had it replaced by the afternoon which was a super response. If you want authentic Spanish living with all the modern facilities you need then this property is perfect, as it is arranged over several floors may not suit elderly guests with mobility issues. Would highly recommend if you want quiet relaxing time but the convenience of being close shops, restaurants and bars.
The space was very nice and exactly as described. Location is great for taking various excursions. We'll be happy to come again!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful with plenty of room and space with plenty of character. Facilities were great with every appliance you could want for a home from home.

Attending the Patrona festival was a great experience too.
We love Pollensa and have visited many times; our first 'stay' here in this lovely villa has has made it even more special - I am sure we will be back!

perfectly located for peace and quiet, while remaining within walking distance to old town.
This villa is perfect for having your own slice of peace and quiet on holiday. Located off the main street, you are not overlooked at all and have the beautiful scenery surrounding you. Old town Pollenca is just a 15/20 minute walk. Would recommend the use of a car to have to ability to explore the island, the beaches, and head into Palma. The ability to have your own pool without having to share as you would do in a hotel is bliss. Inside the villa is spacious and does remain cool throughout the day if you keep windows shut, and at the night the aircon is just heaven to keep the bedroom cool. I deducted one star, there were a few areas that needed slightly more attention in the kitchen. But aside from that no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely luxury villa with all the amenties. Pool was fantastic and our 3 children (5, 2 and 1) loved it
Lovely villa. Very well maintained and equipped. We have stayed in the region before and this is the first time we've found a villa described as "within walking distance of Pollensa" as actually 'truthfully' being walking within walking distance.
Loved our stay and were sorry when our holiday ended.

"Our trip was in one word - amazing! Not one detail was spared in designing the property."
We immediately felt comfortable. The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained, so we were almost only outside. The dining table outside as well as the lounge are covered and all day in the shade. The nearby town of Pollensa is incredibly beautiful and several swimming coves can be reached quickly and easily.
The villa was spotless on arrival, there were no instructions for the safe however this was resolved very quickly after contacting the agents. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A slight negative is the barbecue, a purpose built brick one would be useful. The villages of Buger and Sa Pobla are close by. The Agroturisme Son Pons Hotel is worth a visit for a drink or dinner.
Quirky house with beautiful garden and fabulous location
Three generations of our family stayed in casa Pont Roma aged from late 20 to early 80s and had a wonderful holiday.. The outside space was particularly appreciated and the provision of the table tennis table was a fun addition for the more energetic. The house allowed for separate spaces to be sociable or watch TV without disturbing the rest of the party. It would have been good to have a downstairs toilet which was not outside as the stairs were quite steep. The location was great, within walking distance of the pretty town.
Had a lovely stay, the villa is located in a very peaceful and picturesque spot but not far from local towns and things to do. The villa is very spacious and well equipped also. A car is definitely required for your stay but this is clearly stated by the host
