Description
Heading towards La Font, on the outskirts of Pollenca, you arrive at Casa Campohip. This traditional villa has a modern interior with a warm and cozy atmosphere, making guests feel at home immediately.
Located in the foothills of the mountains, you reach the villa passing a delightful Cypress tree-lined avenue. The front garden is planted with trees and bushes. The pool sits in a lovely garden which provides privacy and benefits from some leafy shade from the trees – everything adds to the traditional character of this property.
The lounge leads to a covered terrace with garden and a separate barbecue area. Next to the sitting and dining room with Majorcan furniture, you will find a modern kitchen. Three comfortable twin-bedrooms share three bathrooms, one with a bathtub and 2 with showers. Please note that AC is only installed in the bedrooms, thereby ensuring you get a good nights sleep.
Pool heating can be arranged at an extra cost of £450 per week

- A booking fee of £75 will be charged on every booking
- A 50% deposit will be requested upon booking
- All bookings will be subject to pay the Balearics ecotax of €2.20 per adult per night
- Refundable security deposit of £800 is payable for this property

Smart interior, great pool and generous garden, private, short walk to restaurants of Pollensa old town, easy access to beaches. A perfect family holiday villa!
