We all really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. It was ideal for our family, and had lots of space for us all.Great location.

Spacious property in a great location. Close to a wide range of excellent restaurants and local facilities, property was very clean and well equipped. Ideal for group or finally.

We loved staying here. Excellent location and great sized pool.

We spent our vacation together as a group of friends in this house. Communication with the agency was great, as it was also possible via WhatsApp. The house was very clean and, above all, large. It is located in the middle of the city. This resulted in the only disadvantage: the streets are very narrow and there is no possibility of parking next to the house. However, there is a public parking lot a 5-minute walk away.

A lovely week in a great house, excellent location to walk in to town. Surprising how much lies behind the narrow street. We would recommend.

Casa Torres is a lovely townhouse in an excellent location for walking into the centre of Pollensa, Very comfortable interior and the outside space is relaxing, with a nice pool. Jose (the owner) who comes to service pool is friendly.

We had a lovely week at this property. The location was perfect, an easy walk to town. We left our car at the carpark just at the top of the town to save us driving through the narrow streets, it was only a 1 minute walk away.

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was incredibly clean and well presented and the pool was fab. The instructions and communication from the host were great. Its in a great location, a gentle 10 minute walk to Pollenca square.

Lovely villa in a very central location

A wonderful holiday home!! Beautiful setting, lovely house and a great pool. The communication leading up and throughout our stay was brilliant and the house was everything we expected - highly recommended!!

A lovely house surrounded by nature just a few minutes drive to the beautiful Old Town Pollença

Beautiful place in a perfect location. And they provided a crib and highchair for my baby. Things to note are the water is not potable so you'll need to buy water for drinking, etc. Only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided. You'll also need to purchase any coffee, oil, salt, etc. you might need.

Cracking little villa in a great location. Villa was as described, but did feel a little tired inside - kitchen in particular. However it had all the amenities requires. Communication prior to check was good. Would recommend having a hire car so you can get to the shops/take bins but more importantly visit some of local areas. You can walk to the shops and Pollenca is also only a short walk awayWould definitely visit again.

The villa was really gorgeous. Especially the well-kept garden with the pool and the view of the mountains were beautiful. The host even got us groceries for breakfast. The villa is well equipped with all the kitchen appliances you could ask for. The house is very secluded and quiet - pure relaxation.

A beautiful villa, quiet with great view. With a rental car you can reach everything you need in a short time. Be sure to pack mosquito spray, unfortunately there are many mosquitoes there. Mosquito nets on the windows are our only point of criticism. Highly recommended!

20 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Pollenca and yet surrounded by nature. A wonderful little oasis for those looking for some peace and quiet. Uncomplicated check-in, the hosts come 1x a week and bring fresh towels, they are very friendly and accommodating. Great little pool and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A small note: a basic set of spices (salt, pepper) would be wonderful.Thanks for the great stay, gladly again!

Great Villa, everything new and nicely decorated. Good beds, linens and great kitchen. Cleaning to a high standard. Lounge was very comfortable which is good in the spring and autumn when you are not outside as much. 15 min walk to the old town. The pool is set away from the house in peaceful setting but not in view from the houses which for some may need consideration. House very secluded and great to have the tennis court too. We were 4 adults and it was perfect. Would book again.

Rated: Excellent. Beautiful garden and pool area, a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon on the comfy sun loungers. Plenty of space for eating alfresco and great to have the table tennis. We didn’t use the living room very much as the weather was so good but while it was a very pretty room. The villa was very convenient to Puerto Pollensa, a beautiful town with great places to eat, shopping areas and a lovely beach. We hired a small boat for 5 of us, very reasonable €120, it was a great way to spend an afternoon, diving and snorkelling. A fantastic holiday!

Gorgeous house, great size rooms, walking distance to town, and a great bonus of having a garage for a car. Also, the wonderful supermarket on the corner has almost everything you will need.

We didn’t realise the pool was not able to be heated, so although the weather was great, it was too cold to use the pool which was disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay in the villa! Very clean, spacious and there is so much in the house at your service, such as the washing and the drying machine, the iron and ironing board, etc. The terrace is very big and beautiful, the rooms each have seperate bathrooms with bathtubs and/or showers. Also the location of the house is perfect if you're renting a car cause you have a great starting point to any part of the island, and the airport is nearby. Overall we really enjoyed and we would reccomend this house to anyone visiting Mallorca.

Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!

Great villa, comfortable beds, clean and the welcome pack was really appreciated. Good location and the pool and table tennis went down very well with everyone.

It's a fantastic place to stay. Everything is present and sparkling clean. We had a wonderful holiday. If there is already a problem, it will be solved immediately.

We had a great time in the villa, a very peaceful spot to relax and re-charge your battery! We loved the fireplace and the goats ;)

We had a great stay and the communication with Colin was brilliant. The villa is very clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is fantastic and the steps in are great for children. The pool was also really warm considering it’s not heated and the view of the mountains is fantastic. Lovely quiet area but a 25 min walk into the square in Pollenca and 5 min drive to the Port. Lovely area and lots of great restaurants and beaches nearby. We were a family of 8 (7 adults and one child) and would definitely like to return :)

We spent with my family 5 days in the villa. The outdoor environment is a real complement to the house which is just as adorable. Everything is peaceful there.

Blissful getaway
We stayed at Can Pontico for two weeks in August; two families with children from 10-12. The villa was fantastic for this as there are two separate spaces - one upstairs and one downstairs- each with its own bathroom with a shower in each. The main appeal for us was the stunning location. The views of mountains from all sides made it a really picturesque and relaxing stay. The pool was a great size and a real hit with the kids. The terrace off the kitchen overlooks the pool and mountains and we spent most of our time here. The owner, Juan, was there every few days to clean the pool. He is a wonderful, welcoming person. We visited the amazing spectacle of La Patrona festival, and by pure coincidence found ourselves outside his town house in Pollensa. Juan and his wife insisted we come inside to watch from an upstairs window, giving us all food and drinks. We were very glad to be inside when the crowds and noise became so crazy that we feared we might be crushed! The festival is an amazing week-long celebration at the start of August each year- we’d really recommend it. Beautiful Pollensa was a 35 minute walk away. After a week, we found the safe route to walk ( the main road is not safe!) We thought it would have been helpful to have an information book in the Villa, detailing this walk and other places to visit. Other info such as rubbish disposal, linen change etc would have been helpful. Having said that, any questions we had were quickly answered by Vida Villas or Juan. We visited Cala Saint Vincent- great for snorkelling, the caves at Campanet and the beautiful Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa. The Sunday Market in Pollensa is fantastic for food and crafts. Overall a wonderful holiday in a fantastic location- we’d love to return!
