The approach to the property takes you through a river ford where you arrive at this delightful property. Inside there are 4 double / twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and two lounges, one with satellite tv decoder and WiFi broadband access. Outside set in 3000m2 there is a fantastic private pool, sun loungers provided and a separate kids play area with play frame to keep the little ones amused. For the grown ups there is a built in stone BBQ with dining area, ideal for long leisurely lunches or alfresco evening dining. Separate shady sitting areas can be found around the garden for quiet reading spots or pre dinner aperitifs, everything is in place for that perfect relaxing family holiday.
House & Garden: The house was built approximately 120 years ago and is typical of the traditional stone built fincas you see in this part of the island. The accommodation is part of a larger farmhouse that was split into two properties by the original owners approximately 50 years ago. .
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4 ring hob and fridge/freezer, behind the house there is a utility room with washing machine, and fridge freezer. Outside in front of the utility room there is an outside WC
There is a pleasant mix of styles with modern features blended with the traditional charm. There are two sitting areas one with TV and satellite TV decoder (some UK channels available), WiFi broadband internet service is installed. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people. One of the bedrooms can have it´s own access from the outside if required which can be benefitial for families with older children or two family groups.
Outside there is a great area with a stone built Bbq and comfortable seating area under a shady terrace were you can see the pool if you have young children.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

We were looking for a Spring Get-away for two families and after some research chose Can Roca which is situated just outside Pollensa. The property was as described and the garden area was a lot larger than that shown on the photos. Our little boy , aged 2 1/2, loved running around and exploring. The trampoline and slide were great and well used during our stay. The location was secure with gates at the front of the property. The fittings and furniture were of a high standard and the various seating areas around the property meant that there was space to escape and gain some quiet time if required. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and provided a tour of the facilities , he also provided some really useful advice about the local area. In addition there was a information folder provided with the villa that gave some more hints and tips for good restaurants and things to do in the locality and beyond. We had no problems during our stay , however if we had, having met and spoken with Colin the owner I had confidence that any issues would have ben resolved swiftly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property it was lovely and just what we were looking for. It is Situated about 1km outside Pollensa on a quiet road and so I would recommend that that having a car would be worthwhile to make the most of the location. The nearest Beach is about 4 km and we managed to visit a number of them during our stay as well as markets in Pollensa and Alcudia.

We are a bunch of young cyclists searching year by year for our early season form. In spring, we spent one week at Can Roca. The booking, the payment, the arrangement of the keys etc. went off without a hitch. We felt warmly welcome and Colin even once visited us to check that everything was fine. The premise is fairly hidden and we struggled some time to find it. The beautiful main building has a nice terrace with a grill, a wooden bench an outdoor lounge. There is a nice pool in front (which we didn’t use due to the early season temperatures) and a little shed in the backyard. That one was perfect to lock our bikes overnight. We spent our days out in the saddle. The location is quite good for training purposes as you can choose between mountainous and flat terrain. Nice spots like Sa Calobra, Puig Major and Cap Fermentor are all in a day’s (Road-) cycling distance as well as Cala Millor on the east coast of the Island. Getting to the supermarket you better use a car as Can Roca is not directly in the center. Neglecting the matter of fact that it is a decent walk to the next waste container ;-) we had a great time at Can Roca and we will definitely come back.

We Stayed in the Fincafor a week, as a family of 4 adults and 1 child age 4. What a beautiful home and I say home because that's what it felt like! Everything you could need was there and more! Lovely little touches like children's toys and games/drawing things that our Daughter loved! The house itself is picture perfect, the decor is beautiful and the garden and pool are well kept, with gorgeous plants and trees! We had such good fun in the pool which was the perfect size for us. My Son who is 17 and his friend had their own entrance to the house which was great as they could do there own thing with out disturbing us, this would also work for two families staying in the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and great for home from home cooking! I would recommend Can Roca %100 We had one the best holidays ever! See you next year! The Wood FamilyAbsolute bliss!

About the holiday: We were very happy with Finca Can Roca. The house and garden were incredibly beautiful and exactly as we hoped judging after the pictures in the internet. It was very well equipped and there was a good atmosphere in the house also in bad weather which we had sometimes. There were some minor problems with the swimming pool because of too much chlorine and the hot water supply was reduced after heavy rainfalls, but the manager was extremely swift in helping. We were positively surprised how effectively he looked after everything and how he reacted to our calls almost immediately. Thank you very much for that. Our teenage girls were most happy about the huge bathroom. And all the children were very happy about the variety of rooms which were all pleasant, beautiful and cosy. We could always warmly recommend the house the area and of course Villa Vida :-).
Villa was charming, attractive building and nice grounds. Pool was good. Kitchen a little small and the sink , especially, too small to use. Bedrooms ok, lighting a little weak.

We just had 2 wonderful weeks at Villa Can Roca with our extended family. The grounds are beautiful, secluded and extensive with lots of different areas to cater for the children as well as the grandparents. The villa was beautiful, full of character and had everything we needed. The location was great too, 20 minutes walk in to town and 10 minutes drive from the beaches of calla san vincente. Colin was very hospitable. Would love to return!

Lovely property, well equipped and maintained. Further from Pollensa than website indicated but we walked in several times. Garden and pool beautiful, lots of inflatables for the children and adults!! Table tennis a great addition. Beware of mosquitoes in the evening and come prepared with repellent. A great week sorry to be leaving. Ps more than one tea towel please and the kitchen sink,tiny, not suitable for a house that sleeps 8 but overall a great find.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr privat! Der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten:) Im sehr ausgiebigen Garten sind eigene Zitronen und Orangenbäume, von denen sich ein köstlicher Orangensaft zum Frühstück pressen lässt. Die Früchte des Aprikosenbaums waren leider schon etwas vergärt, was einen recht starken Geruch am Pool zur Auswirkung hatte. Hier wäre es super wenn der Garten ab und zu von den überreifen Früchten befreit würde.

we loved our stay in Pollenca. the townhouse was in a great position with views across the town. It was well equipped and is spacious. Having both a pool and roof top terrace was great. easy walking distance to centre with restaurants and shopsWe chose to park in large free car parks and walk as streets are narrow. Agent was very responsive and quickly helped with a query on day one.
Our Family of 10 people was really excited about this trip. And we found the perfect place. The space inside and outside and the look of the villa was very nice. We enjoyed to use the Kitchen with excellent storage for utility, pantry and 2 fridges. Just one comment, I suggest to add more working space to prepare meals, it's a bit small. The cleaners were delightfull and very pleasant to have around. Thanks so much to the lovely Patricia. It was a great holiday xxx

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. Wir fahren seit drei Jahren im Sommer ins Haus. Die Lage ist extrem genial, direkt am Strand und mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung an sich ist ok, der Grill nicht gerade sauber Der Blick von der Terrasse entschädigt :)

Stunning grounds overlooking the mountains and very secluded. Made good use of the private swimming pool and barbecue. Not too far a walk to the centre of town.
