The villa is situated in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa just a few minutes drive to the beaches of Port Pollensa.
From the main entrance there is access to a large lounge dining room where the satellite TV is located. An arch way takes us to the small kitchen which is the part of the house that has retained the old style of the original feature. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. On this level there is also a bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
On the upper level we can find the rest of the bedrooms, they comprise of four bedrooms and two further bathrooms (one of them en-suite).
The exterior offers a lovely built in barbecue under a covered terrace and a beautiful garden plus a wonderful swimming pool.
Pool size: 11 x 5 mts
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2/adult/night).

Great villa with beautiful entrance area and well-kept rooms. The pool area with a table tennis and pool table is also very successful. The kitchen is a bit old and rather small. Villa is quiet but still central. Thank you for the pleasant stay, we can highly recommend the villa.

Rattan comfy seats outside for maximum of 5 people when the villa sleeps 8, meant people had to sit on the harder chairs.
We had a great stay at the villa. Due to the size of the property and the distance to the neighbors, you have your peace. The villa is very modern, it lacks nothing. The location is also great as you can explore the island in any direction from the property in 30 minutes.
Perfect Holiday rental
The house is just ideal and just as described ,every thing you could want was there immaculate decor and well equipped kitchen. It was nice to reacquaint ourselves with Pollensa as not been back for several years not much has changed which in my view is a bonus such a pretty little town and full of friendly locals. Vida Villas made this an easy transaction and was very informative about the house and travel suggestions from the airport will be back again if its not booked up this i think will be a little gem hope it does not get too publicised Ha Ha

It's a nice place for family, very private. The house is decorated beautifully and the host provided necessary equipments. Its also easy to communicate with the host
A very nice finca. You definitely need a car. Unfortunately, we read too late that you could have gotten an electric car on site as well. We used the outdoor kitchen and the pool a lot. From here you can quickly get to Polenca, which is one of the most beautiful places on the island in consideration. There are some very good restaurants there. We also got to know the owner, Antonio, who looked for the garden. You can pick everything that is ripe there. Lemons, figs etc.

Great Villa. Scrupulously clean. Loads of space inside and out. Pool perfect size. Table tennis a welcome addition. Great views to surrounding hills with birds of prey (mostly Kites) flying overhead most days. So peaceful and secluded yet only a very short 5-10 minute drive into Pollenca old town and 15-20 to Peurto Pollensa if the beach is what you want. Locals very friendly on the whole most speaking good English which is helpful! Main issue for us the week we went (October) was the mosquitoes…we were eaten alive!!! (Bring repellent but you can buy plug in diffusers etc in Lidl bit that they helped much!). ..meant we couldn’t sit out in the evening which was a shame but we tended to go into town anyway. All in all a lovely holiday.

We've just returned from an amazing holiday. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted - somewhere peaceful where we could relax in the countryside. We have a 2 year old and 5 year old and we all had so much fun together playing in the garden.It was brilliant to be able to make our own fun there. We enjoyed BBQs, swimming, table tennis and playing games in the garden.It was a 5 minute drive to the beach which was great and the parking was free everywhere we went, so it really wasn't a problem using the car to get anywhere.Thank you for such a perfect holiday.
We loved our stay, great location easy walk to Pollenca and easy drive to the port. There was everything you need in the Villa, the garden and pool area is fantastic for a quiet relax. We hope to return next year.
We had a lovely stay. It was a fantastic villa, just what we needed. The kids loved the pool and the outside kitchen/eating area was absolutely perfect.
Great holiday in October
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We went the first week in Oct and had the little beach to ourselves for the first half of the week. Some very kind previous tenants left a couple of balls and bucket and spade which were made good use of and returned. Also there was a beach umbrella and some books and dvds in the apartment which were a nice surprise. The only negative comment I have is that the WiFi reception isn't great and we found it a bit frustrating. Other than that we were a stones throw from the beech and town and would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay if you have young kids or are older as its very quiet and close to all amenities.

This villa is absolutely brilliant for a quiet holiday in the countryside. The pool is amazing (cold getting in but doesn't take long to get used to it). Plenty of towels ect and also all the basics of you want to cook. It has a lovely BBQ which worked very well. All round an absolutely lovely place to stay but make sure you hire a car. Cannot fault this place at all, the only one thing I would say is buy some mosquito repellent and some scented candles. As I said this is nothing to do with the villa just some general advice.
Lovely Pollenca house with beautiful views
We loved our stay in this pretty house walking distance from Pollenca. The pool area is beautiful with gorgeous view of the mountains & a salt water, good sized pool. Location is perfect to stroll into Pollenca for dinner. The house feels like a home, with lots of nice details, like a very well equipped kitchen . We would love to return and would highly recommend. Absolutely lovely villa, we had a fab holiday here for a week. Kitchen was very basic but it worked well for us. We used the outdoor shower as our main shower. The swimming pool was amazing, our little boy spent so much time in there. Very clean villa & super quiet road. Cleaners were super friendly when they came & changed the bed linen/ towels. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful spacious villa. Lovely pool and fantastic outside area. Clean with lovely clean towels and bed linen. Generous welcome pack. Pollenca is beautiful, we preferred the old town to the Port. The Sunday market there is brilliant. Lovely shopping and restaurants.Palma and Soller are gorgeous places to visit.All in all a wonderful experience of Mallorca on our first visit to the island for a family holiday.Thank you so much.
