Located on the El Vilar hillside, the property welcomes you with a striking front garden, followed by an unforgettable view of the bay of Port de Pollença. From the terrace, which is equipped with comfortable rattan seating furniture, you can take in this highlight while enjoying a refreshing drink. Here, you will also find a modern gas BBQ with which you can have a BBQ feast every evening. The long table and the seating area made of solid wood provide ample seating. The pool area is protected by palm trees and other trees. You can dive into the hexagonal pool as you please and take advantage of the loungers for a relaxing nap on the lawn. One of the bedrooms can be accessed from directly by the pool and also boasts the luxury of its own small terrace.
The house is characterised by the friendly, bright wooden tone of its roof beams and its windows which let in lots of light. The living room has a very clever layout that shifts the focus to the fireplace, creating an exceptionally cosy feel. The turquoise-green sitting area with two sofas and an armchair rest on a handwoven carpet. When you have a seat here, you will notice the exquisite selection of artworks, including high-class portraits and refined landscapes. When you climb down a few steps, you will come across an exit to the garden. Here and in the dining area of the living room, bookshelves make sure that cultivated holidaymakers feel at home quickly too. This might also be owed to the antique furniture which skilfully sets accents. From the dining table, you can reach the comfortably furnished kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. One of the side walls can be opened as required, so that you can create a sense of space and openness at any time in this house. One of the rooms is designed as a studio, you’ll find a desk here too. Two of the bedrooms have the luxury of an en-suite bathroom, which also applies to the aforementioned suite which you can reach from the pool. A few steps lead down from the living space level to another tract which includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, so you can enjoy a good night’s sleep at a pleasant temperature. The fact that three of the bathrooms have a bathtub is a luxury that allows many guests to soak in the tub and enjoy a bubble bath, to unwind for the day. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also equipped with an ironing board in case you want to get dolled up for an evening trip to one of the exquisite restaurants.
The region around Pollença is also a must-see for active travellers: In the Tramuntana mountains, you can hike along winding forest paths, discover hidden beaches along the coast, or enjoy historical city centres far from mass tourism – thanks to its good transport links, which means that traffic noise can be audible depending on the wind direction, the villa is a perfect starting point for all these activities. With Cap de Bou, Platja de Port de Pollença, and Cala Sant Vicenç, a variety of beaches can be easily reached. The long bay of Alcúdia is great for an extensive walk. The flora and fauna of the island make a trip to the marshlands of L’Albufereta worthwhile, an 8.5 km trip away.
