Traditionally furnished with terracotta tiles and beamed ceilings. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc. 1 double bedroom with aircon, 1 twin bedroom with air con and 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom on the mezzanine level with fans only. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Covered porch area outside for al fresco dining and relaxing. A built in barbecue. Parking on the property for up to 3 cars. Private pool 8x4 m, depth 1.95x1.00m – pool towels are provided in this house. Terraced area for sunbathing on the sunloungers which are provided. Attractive lawned garden with mature shrubs olive, palm and fig trees.
Damage deposit of £350.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2/adult/night).

Everything was great. The communication is very quick. The pool is really nice, the garden beautiful and you can have a nice barbecue and sit at the Terrasse.
The place was spotless! Facilities and authentic feel were excelent. Very very impressed with this country villa and will definately be back.

We have stayed for one week at Ferra and really enjoyed it. We were travelling with 5 adults and two children.The house was great. Everything was clean and well equipped. The three bedrooms are air-conditioned, which was a lifesaver. The house offers two terraces, one in East direction (pool arrea) and one in West direction (barbecue arrea), so you could stay outside the whole day independently from the weather. The pool is great, with a deeper part to jump into the pool and dive and a more shallow part for the children.The only negative point to mention is that there was hunting season on Mallorca, so hunters are allowed to shoot birds an 2-3 days a week. On these days you can hear a lot of shooting around and close to the house through the whole day, which is kind of annoying for adults and scary for children. Sometimes you have single feathers in the pool afterwards, which is not great but not a big deal.The communication with the host was easy and uncomplicated.

Beautiful quiet location and stunning setting. A true Spanish country villa with the most tranquil views when you step foot outside. The facilities for cooking are superb and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Can't get a much better pool either.We have towels and bedding replaced which was a nice touch. Also after the Calima dust rain we were surprised to see the staff quickly came and cleaned everything back to it's original state.

The property is very well located, close to beaches and nice towns. Very well equipped facility. From towels to great kitchen equipment. During our entire stay we lacked nothing to prepare a delicious meal.

Exceptional!
Great location just 2 minutes walk to the main square. The roof top space was superb and the outside kitchen meant that we never used the downstairs one. The three king size bedrooms on the first floor were good and the only ones we used as were were a family of 4. If your filled the house to maximum capacity you might be disappointed with the downstairs double bedroom as it is down a dark corridor and not air conditioned and the bed is much smaller than the three other double bedrooms. Showers were fantastic and the house was very clean. Parking is difficult near the house and the street is very narrow and steep to drive up unless you have a small car. We parked in the main car park on the flat side of the town and just walked up from there. It only takes 5 minutes. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Especially Onze11 right by the church in the square.
Very good starting point with fantastic views between Pollenca and Alcúdia. Communication, check in, absolutely hassle-free. A randomly fancy pool lighting was easily repaired by a very nice service technician. The perfect villa for a family holiday! With a very comfortable well furnished air conditioned villa, the stunning shady grassy grounds and gorgeous pool we barely left the place all week. Our only ventures were to visit the hidropark at Alcudia which the kids loved and heading out for dinners at the beautiful Pollensa main square and the stunning costal restaurants at Puerto Pollensa. Highly recommend. We’ll be back! X
Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely villa.The villa was perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of space to read, relax, lounge, eat and play games. Also just a 5 min stroll to a pebble beach (where the locals hang out) and a 10 min stroll along the sea front, to the main tourist beach. Plenty of bars and resturants, and if you walk a little further (another 10 min stroll) there are some lovely shops to browse and a marina. If you stay here, I hope you enjoy the villa and Pollenca as much as I did.
We had a wonderful time at the finca! The property exudes typical Mallorcan charm and captivated us right from the start. We were especially impressed by the beautiful garden, filled with a variety of fruit trees and several seating and lounging areas that invite you to relax. Enjoying our morning coffee on the terrace was simply a dream – the peace and nature around us were incredibly refreshing.Inside, the finca was clean and well-maintained. The carpet on the upper floor wasn’t really necessary or should be swapped out, A few additional lights would have enhanced the cozy atmosphere even more. Nevertheless, everything was perfect for a relaxing stay. The communication with the host was always friendly, fast, and straightforward.

We went to two families with 4 young children on the last week of October 2023. The Villa is located high up and offers magnificent views on all floors, what an eye pleasure. The place is super quiet and peaceful while being close to Pollença where shopping and strolling is a real pleasure (we fell in love with this village). We took advantage of the barbecue and terrace. The most adventurous have dared the pool... The staff who maintain the place is adorable and the agency answered our two questions always quickly. Thank you
We had a wonderful stay here in beautiful Cala Sant Vicenç! Beautiful little beaches, relatively quiet area, and very comfortable stay in the apartment, which was located a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Shared pool and two private terraces, parking in the back—super easy and convenient!Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
Overall we had a fantastic stay!The property is in an amazing location in Pollenca old town - we could walk to the main square in 10 minutes and to a little coffee shop with vegan options in just a couple of minutes. Being so central does mean walking up some pretty steep hills to get around and parking on the narrow streets was difficult but it was worth it in my option. The property itself was perfect for what we needed and overall clean and tidy. The best part was the huge roof terrace with views over the town and to the mountains and even a slither of sea. Downside was there was a pretty bad smell in the primary bedroom, there also isn’t a safe so needed to carry round all valuables whenever we went out.
We had a lovely family holiday, the host was very friendly offering fresh vegetables and fruit from his farmland. Some lovely braches to visit all within 20-30mins drive. Would definitely go back!

Great location very close to the beach, despite several other apartments in the complex and good road access very quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms are relatively small, but very well maintained and nice. The highlights are the stylish living area with a well-equipped kitchen and the two huge balconies. The pool is of course nice as well, but you practically do not need it at the beach. The free parking spaces at the house are a plus! Absolutely no negative points, everything was great! Only one suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the bedrooms had mosquito nets in front of the balcony doors, so that you could leave the windows open even at night. But it is not mandatory, since the whole house is air conditioned.
Amazing property with fabulous pool. We had a party of 8 and this villa was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to a lovely restaurant and walk to the main centre and drive to nearby Alcúdia. The pool was fantastic and each bedroom was comfortable with en suite facilities Fantastic holiday.
We loved our stay at this charming beautiful villa. It was exactly as shown in the picture with the backyard pool area especially great for hanging out and enjoying the Mallorca sunshine. We liked the location in a quiet neighborhood of villas outside of Pollenca with the Sant Maria center square and numerous restaurants still within walking distance. The host was very responsive to each of my inquiries. We look forward to returning to Mallorca and to this villa in our next vacation to the island.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Morell Vall! It was the perfect spot as the base for all of our bike riding adventures in the beautiful mountains of Mallorca! It was wonderful to come back from long rides and enjoy the beautiful pool and spacious kitchen. I would definitely recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is surrounded by nature and a farm. Everything is incredibly pretty, from the garden, to the spacious rooms and the kitchen. The view of the Tramuntana mountains is breathtaking. We had great runs in the morning and beautiful stays and dinners by the pool.
