Description
Beautiful rustic finca located next to the Pollensa’s golf course, with a large garden that gives it total privacy.
In the garden we find a lovely pool with a porch with barbecue, sink and fridge, next to which we find a comfortable area with sunbeds under another porch and some tables with chairs.
In the garden we also find a tennis court in perfect condition.
The farm is located just 2.5 km from Pollensa, its beautiful Sunday market, restaurants, shops and concerts, and less than 5 km from the sea and the crystal clear waters of Pollensa Bay. Puerto Pollensa and all its joy and activity and its beautiful beaches are only 6 km away.
The finca has a main house with a spectacular entrance and living room with the old mill to make olive oil. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with fireplace with two ambiences and direct access to the front porch of the house. On this same floor we find another resting room and another TV room, with a fireplace as well as a toilet located between the two. On this floor we also find a large and spectacular dining room connected to an office, the pantry and the large and bright kitchen. The kitchen has a central island which has retained the style of the old kitchen. There are all new appliances and an informal dining area as well as a direct access to a patio and garden.
On the ground floor we also find a bedroom with walking closet and bathroom en suite, as well as two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the garden.
In the front porch of the house we find a living area with views to all the garden and an outdoor dining area.
On the first floor we find another living room with fireplace and a large television, with access to the front terrace of the house, with spectacular views of the entire estate and the mountains. From the living room, we access a comfortable office and at the back, we find the master bedroom, also with direct access to the front terrace, and a huge bathroom en suite with dressing room, bathtub and shower. On this floor, we also find another bedroom with bathroom en suite and private terrace.
In addition to the main house, just next to the main house but with a separate entrance, we find a nice independant apartment with a nice living room, 2 bedrooms and one shared bathroom. This apartment is included in the price.
In addition to the main house, we find in the lower part of the plot another building with 3 independent apartments for a total of 4 more people that, if desired, could also be rented (with an additional cost per apartment), consisting of:
Apartment 1: 1 bedroom (2 people)
Apartment 2: 1 bedroom (2 people)
In this annexe building, there is also an extra apartment used by our housekeeping coordinator. She will be living there to make sure that everything is perfect in the finca but she remains absolutely invisible for you.
