The villa has one double bedroom on the ground floor along with the open plan living – dining room and kitchen, giving this villa a light and airy feel. There is a shower room on the ground floor.The living room has comfortable furniture, the sofa converts into a sofa bed, TV, DVD and Wifi. There is also an air conditioning unit in the living area which services the open plan space. There is a dining table and chairs for four people which leads on into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The kitchen has a door which leads out onto a pretty covered dining terrace which overlooks the pool area.
Outside, the villa is equally as impressive. Entering through the electric gates the drive leads you down to the villa. There are panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. The villa has a covered furnished terrace to the front and a covered dining terrace to the side. There are sunbeds around the pool and a large barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.
We accept an additional person, this must be a child of up to 12 years sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. La Rafal is the ideal place to enjoy a villa holiday surrounded by the beautiful countryside.

We spent 9 wonderful days at the Villa. This is located outside Pollensa amidst nature, surrounded by small farming, orange and olive trees, overlooking the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana and the local mountain Puig de Maria.The house itself is comfortably furnished, very clean, with living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.The bed in the bedroom is about 160 cm wide and slightly shorter (about 190 cm). It could be a bit scarce for tall people.Otherwise, everything is available. From washing machine to dishwasher, from Wi-Fi to AC and fan heater in cold weather, as well as an alarm system for the house.The car can be easily parked at the large property.Around the house there are many different seating options. On the small roof terrace, also ideal for drying the laundry, we usually had breakfast.The sun always shines here in the morning!Garden and pool are fantastic, there are no direct neighbors. You're on your own and have a lot of privacy.However, a car or at least bicycles are necessary, as the nearest shops or restaurants of Pollensa are not even within walking distance.At least 20 minutes walk is easy to plan for this.All in all, an ideal place for a carefree holiday away from mass tourism in the middle of the charming nature of Mallorca!

20 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Pollenca and yet surrounded by nature. A wonderful little oasis for those looking for some peace and quiet. Uncomplicated check-in, the hosts come 1x a week and bring fresh towels, they are very friendly and accommodating. Great little pool and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A small note: a basic set of spices (salt, pepper) would be wonderful.Thanks for the great stay, gladly again!

We stayed at the finca for 3 weeks in September 2021 and really enjoyed the time there! Handover with key on file via access code was easy. The house is well appointed and has an alarm system. Everything was very clean, the garden well maintained and the pool with 8x4 meters (according to our estimate) large to be able to swim well! Living room and bedroom each have air conditioning - very valuable to sleep well at high temperatures. A washer and dish washer work perfectly. There are various seating areas at the house. From the garden you can look out on the surrounding mountains as well as the "local mountain" of Pollenca. The rooster of the neighboring farmer and the country road (depending on the wind direction) were the only noteworthy sounds of the area. There was multiple towel and linen change. On the rooftop you can hang your laundry to dry. We liked to use the outdoor grill and were happy about sporadic cat visit. All in all, a great place to unwind. We are happy to recommend the finca for 2 people and will definitely be back! Thank you!

About the holiday: We were very happy with Finca Can Roca. The house and garden were incredibly beautiful and exactly as we hoped judging after the pictures in the internet. It was very well equipped and there was a good atmosphere in the house also in bad weather which we had sometimes. There were some minor problems with the swimming pool because of too much chlorine and the hot water supply was reduced after heavy rainfalls, but the manager was extremely swift in helping. We were positively surprised how effectively he looked after everything and how he reacted to our calls almost immediately. Thank you very much for that. Our teenage girls were most happy about the bathrooms. And all the children were very happy about the variety of rooms which were all pleasant, beautiful and cosy. We could always warmly recommend the house the area and of course Vida Villas:-).

Fantastic week away with my wife and our 3month old son, we stayed late June and had fantastic weather.Check in was easy and straight forward, Villa is tucked away down a private road behind a security gate so felt very safe and very private. Hire car essential, Lidl & Eroski shops only a few minutes away by car, as is Pollença. Port Pollença also not far so the Villa is perfectly placed. Both of those locations not full of tourists so that was a added bonus.Villa itself was perfect, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything spotless and plenty to use in the kitchen. Pool area was incredible, there was shade, sun, different places to sit and a cracking BBQ area which we made the most of. Given the villas location take something to detract the mosquitoes, they can be frustrating in the morning and evening! The aircon worked well which was great given we had a baby with us!Thanks for an amazing holiday.
Our stay was very nice. Especially the outdoor area and the pool, we enjoyed it very much.The house was clean and well maintained, but a bit old-fashioned from the inside. Somewhat disturbing we felt that in the distant neighborhood there was loud music every day and we had quite a lot of mosquitoes. But that has nothing to do directly with the accommodation.Except for these points, we enjoyed everything very much, the rooms are air-conditioned, the equipment was good and the privacy was also very appealing to us.
A nice place to make trips out of. Provided with all necessary facilities. Also the property was wonderfully quiet and you have no disturbance from neighboring houses. I've had some mosquitoes. But I think this would have been all over the island, so it wasn't the accommodation.
This is a beautiful town house, 5 mins walk to the centre of town, and the hill is not as bad as it looks! We loved how quiet it was. The view from the terrace over the town is spectacular and I’d you squint a bit you can see the sea! The house is very well equipped and has everything you need to cook at home. There is even a fridge and bbq on the terrace so you don’t have to go down to get drinks. Plenty of outdoor seating and sun beds. Agent was super, arranged extra towels for my visitors, who came for the weekend during my stay. The high price is definitely worth the location and amenities.
It was beautiful and quiet. Especially the nicely landscaped garden exceeded our expectations. Once a cleaner came for the house. Both check-in and checkout were independent and completely straightforward with a key box. The kitchen is very well equipped.You get a welcome package in which, among other things, were dishwasher, two dishwasher tablets, some cooking oil, vinegar and one or two small paper bags of sugar, salt and pepper. I would have liked it if salt and pepper had been available in larger quantities, because it was not enough for multiple cooking. Everything was clean, tidy and in good condition. There were several interesting guidebooks available in German.The organizer responded promptly to requests. Conclusion: We enjoyed it.
We stayed as a multi generation family group and this villa suited us perfectly. My parents slept in the top level bedroom and theteenagers in the had the use of the room downstairs.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need and we were impressedwith the welcome pack. Our towels were changed mid weekand the villa was spotless on arrival. One of the twin mattresses was uncomfortable and the doordownstairs shower doors are ill fitting and difficult to close.
The house, its location and the pool were amazing. The kitchen outside with the grill place was very nice.Just the rooms are a bit small and the furniture a bit old, but this didn’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay in this house a lot!

Amazing, beautiful villa nestled in the mountainside
This is a fantastic villa and we will definitely be returning. It is surrounded by the Majorcan mountains and has lush green shrubbery around the villa. So relaxing to watch the sun set behind the mountains as you sit around the pool with a beer. Great pool, good size for a family of four, it's actually an infinity pool which you can't see from photos. We played table tennis and cooked giant king prawns and steak on the barbecue. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and all really clean. Beautiful Pollenca town centre is a short 15 minute walk where we would fed the local donkey on the walk there. The villa is on a quiet road with a few other villas around it. There's two showers and WC's. Villa is lovely and clean and is owned by James, a really great guy who lives along the road. He left a brilliant welcome pack with everything we needed to cook dinner that night and alcohol. If you're a family of two, three or four and looking for a beautiful villa surrounded by beauty then book this place.

Happy New Year. And what a way to end one and begin another. We have had a grand time. Pedruxella is an amazing estate, and I feel we have enjoyed it to the fullest. It is the consummate elegant, comfortable, dreamy, private getaway, minutes away from as much activity as one wants. The staff has been welcoming and delightful. The weather unrelentingly beautiful. The setting as rousing, dramatic and fresh as the day we arrived. It's been one of those life experiences with the kids that will live well beyond the sunset. Thanks so much for the privilege of having visited here. It's been special.
Lovely home with a central location for a week's cycling. Super clean and tidy. Welcome pack with essentials such as milk, bread, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and showers hot. Everything seemed brand new and true to the photographs. Managment team responded promptly to any queries, and was really helpful. The accommodation was in very quiet part of the old town, but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and Plaça. This is not the place if you need to go by car as the streets are very narrow and there is no parking. There is parking on the edge of town, but the local bus service is frequent and reliable. 2 big supermarkets are within a 5 minute bike ride to stock up on provisions.We would most definitely stay here again.
Our holiday was fantastic and the apartment was beautiful. We were very impressed with the apartment and found it clean, modern and well equipped. The pool area was lovely and it was a great place to cool off after a hot day on the beach. The directions to the apartment were spot on (it was where I suspected) and collecting the keys was smooth; it was nice to find the apartment ready when we arrived at about 2:30pm as we weren't expecting it to be, since we were early and the whole resort very busy. I have found dealing with your company very easy; everyone I have dealt with has been helpful and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate using vidavillas again.
