The location of this villa is ideally situated only a few minutes by car from the beaches in the pretty bay of Puerto Pollensa and not far from the impressive main square of Pollensa with its variety of restaurants and bars.
Set on one level, this house comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower by the pool.
The inside of the house is bright and cheerful, decorated in the traditional mediterranean style. There is a comfortable living dining room with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, and there is also a breakfast area.
There are three air conditioned bedrooms, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms which share two full bathrooms.
Outside, the house has a spacious covered terrace with dining furniture ideal for meals in the shade. For those al fresco evenings there is a an outdoor covered barbecue area. The swimming pool has Roman steps and is surrounded by sun loungers. This is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the heat of the sun then cool off in the inviting pool.
Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£1.50/adult/night).

Incredibly nice and quiet accommodation about 3 km from Pollenca and about 2.5 km from Port Pollenca. Car is essential. Clean and nice, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi. Cozy pool area with sunbeds and nice flowers. Would love to come back!
The Casa Magdalen is fantastic. Our check in went smoothly due to the very good information we received in advance. The pool is very clean and has been cleaned regularly. The rooms and furniture are a bit outdated, but it's perfectly fine. There are plenty of utensils in the kitchen, everything works perfectly. The large property is beautiful, especially the orange trees and the many different flowers - our two-year-old son loved exploring here. Great is that the entire property is fully fenced. The barbecue corner with sink is also particularly beautiful. The garden shed with washing machine as well as another bathroom with shower is practical. The internet also works very well - but not on the entire property (which is self-evident for the size). All in all it was a wonderful holiday on a great finca. We'll be back.

We had booked the Casa Magdalen for a week vacation with a total of six friends.I. Arrival; The finca is located just outside of Pollensa and is therefore somewhat hidden, which is easy to manage due to the arrival information provided and Google Maps. Upon arrival, a car or taxi is indispensable due to the mentioned location.The key handover is via two key boxes, so it is also possible to arrive at a later hour without problems. The finca; The finca has all the amenities listed on the website and is therefore ideal for vacationing with a group of friends or a family vacation. In particular, the beautiful terrace, which is conveniently directly connected to the kitchen, as well as the pool, should be highlighted.Inside, the finca has three bedrooms consisting of a room with a double bed and two twin rooms each. There is also a living room and two bathrooms.We spent most of our outdoor stay, so we never had to resort to the interior. The location; From the finca it is only a short drive to Pollensa or Alcudia, so you can easily go out and eat and shop. The large Eroski market in Pollensa is ideal for this.In addition, a beach visit in the bay north of Pollensa from the finca is easily possible, again a car is necessary. During the stay, the towels provided were changed once, the floor and the pool were cleaned, which made the stay very pleasant. During our vacation, there was a special situation of a power outage due to a strong thunderstorm, but this problem was also quickly resolved by a call to the agent. Otherwise,the purchase of a mosquito repellent such as Autan or a similar means is recommended, as otherwise the mosquitoes can unfortunately spoil the early evening on the terrace. Conclusion; We had a nice vacation in the finca and would recommend it without hesitation.

This has to be one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. There is direct access to a beautiful beach, a sheltered garden for when the sea breeze gets up, and a delightful balcony for breakfast which is accessed from the double bedroom upstairs. The whole family loved staying at Playa de Muro - peace and tranquillity, an amazing national park within walking distance, and the sea.
It’s the outside space that really impressed us: beautiful garden, good-sized pool, fantastic outdoor kitchen with great adjustable charcoal grill and an outdoor shower that we loved so much we hardly used the indoor ones!
Very good starting point with fantastic views between Pollenca and Alcúdia. Communication, check in, absolutely hassle-free. A randomly fancy pool lighting was easily repaired by a very nice service technician. The photos and description of this beautifully designed cottage are extremely accurate with very high quality facilities throughout. The property is small, but rooms are spacious due to the clever design and uncluttered feel. Amazingly instant air con throughout! Fantastic location for the town of Pollensa with cafes, restaurants and shops on the door step. Very quickly got to know the locals who were all very welcoming and friendly. We decided against car hire and found the bus service extremely good (and cheap) with beach 10minutes away and Palma just 45. Loads of really good walks and even spent time at the local sports centre, which is not advertised but has excellent facilities.
This is on our list of best holidays ever, and we have already recommended it to our friends.
We had a pleasant stay. The house and garden were as described and very clean. The pool was great for swimming and even cleaned during our stay. The communication beforehand was uncomplicated and helpful. Thanks to the clear instructions, arrival, check-in and check-out went smoothly. We can absolutely recommend staying.
A really great location in the mountains. Kitchen with good amenities and plenty of crockery. Large pool with more than enough sunbeds. A wonderful outdoor area that invites you to linger.
10 of us stayed here for a cycling trip. First time on the island and can’t say enough about how great it was! The villa is perfect for a group. Very clean, excellent location to navigate rides from. Quiet yet walking distance to everything. We will book it again if/when we come back!

A nice place to make trips out of. Provided with all necessary facilities. Also the property was wonderfully quiet and you have no disturbance from neighboring houses. I've had some mosquitoes. But I think this would have been all over the island, so it wasn't the accommodation.
Please DONT DRINK THE WATER. We were all very ill after arriving late, using the tap water not noticing until the following morning, the sign which was on the wall to the side behind us. It would be much better if a second notice was put on the kitchen table.Having said that, the villa was lovely, just as described. Peaceful, a bit off the main road. Everything was as it should be except no hand soap or any basics (Except toilet roll)
We have stayed in many villas across Europe over the years but this one is without doubt one of the best, if not the best we have ever found. It’s super comfortable and the attention to detail is second to none, it felt like we were staying in a five star boutique hotel, beautiful decor and furnishings.The location is perfect, being in the heart of the old town in Pollença yet beside a peaceful and quiet square.A fully equipped kitchen meant staying in and cooking for the family was a real pleasure yet we were within a few minutes walk of wonderful restaurants and cafés in the old town, so no worry about who’s driving for the evening. Lots of great walks nearby and the beautiful beaches of Port de Pollença only ten minutes drive away.We found it hard to leave and return home and will definitely be booking another holiday there soon. We were very lucky to find this amazing property.
For fans of seclusion and rural idyll, you can't imagine a better place. With ping pong table, pool, outdoor grill, and magnificent fireplace corner, all kinds of leisure activities are paved for the way. We were lucky enough to discover a fantastic place to stay that is perfectly secluded at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. The tranquility was heavenly, no street noise disturbed our morning relaxation. The place was spotlessly clean, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare delicious meals every morning. We enjoyed seven wonderful days here and have tasted every minute to the fullest. Occasionally we heard the distant calling of a donkey or a rooster in the morning, which only reminded us of how idyllic and secluded our place was. The view of the surrounding hills was really impressive and enriched our stay.

The villa is much bigger than the photos give justice. It’s in need of a bit of lick of paint but that didn’t bother us as it was lovely! The pool was excellent
We had the best stay! The flat was very clean and the outdoor space (pool & outdoor kitchen) was amazing. The only point for improvement I have is that our check in was at 4pm and our check out at 10am which meant we lost a bit of time at the villa. The location was really good - 20 mins drive from Formentor beach and 10 mins from Pollença and Alcudia. We’d love to visit the villa again :)
We were super satisfied with the villa and would always book it again. The garden was the absolute highlight, incredibly well maintained and really beautifully landscaped. Here, the children could also play very well incl. Small playground in the shade. The house is very spacious and super divided. Living and sleeping area is separated from each other. A magnificent terrace facing sunrise complete the whole. Everything you need for a great cozy stay is available.

Really a perfect location and a well maintained villa with beautiful plants not to mention fresh figs from the tree for breakfast! Perfect!
