The sweeping drive leads to the ample parking area to the rear of the property. Entering the house there is an abundance of light in the spacious living dining area with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and internet connection. Leading on from this area is the large country style kitchen which is fully equipped and also offers a further dining area. Off to the side of the kitchen and with access to the exterior terraces there is a covered purpose built barbecue area.
There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Garba. There are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. There are also two twin bedrooms which share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning.
The exterior of the villa is very well maintained with a lawned area, sunbeds and large swimming pool. The covered terrace is a great place to enjoy al fresco dining and take shade from the heat.

We had a wonderful week at the finca. It is a very quiet location, surrounded by sheep, goats and olive trees. With great panoramic mountain views. Nevertheless, the supermarkets (Lidl/Eroski) are only 5 minutes by car. Pollenca is also very quick to reach. The house is very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, even more. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning can also be used as heating if necessary. The pool is wonderful. The finca can only be recommended.
Beautiful villa located in a beautiful and tranquil setting. It is close to the town of Pollença and the beaches of the north of the island. Hosts are gracious and responsive.

Great, spacious, private villa! Car is essential, but we knew that before heading off. Which meant private and quiet!!! Agency were very responsive and very helpful with everything we asked of them!
The villa is lovely and well situated. Whilst there aren't any amenities which are walkable from the villa you are only 15minutes drive away from lovely beaches, shops and towns- Alcudia, Pollenca. The outdoor space is as depicted on the pictures with a relatively small area around the pool but this is good for visibility with very young children, ours are slightly older and would have benefitted from having a little more space to roam so think about that when making a booking with kids. The agency were great. They provided clear instructions and responded in good time. We got lost when I input the coordinates to the villa so use the pin on the google maps they send instead and you'll be fine. All in all a great stay, at a lovely location.
Had a lovely stay, the villa is located in a very peaceful and picturesque spot but not far from local towns and things to do. The villa is very spacious and well equipped also. A car is definitely required for your stay but this is clearly stated by the host

Beautiful house in a quiet, secluded location. All attractions of the north are quickly and easily accessible.
This villa is super spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. We loved the location - peaceful and private and yet just a short drive to the local towns and their amenities. The pool is fabulous.

Great location
Beautiful spacious villa with great outside space that kept every one entertained, the table tennis and basket ball hoop provided my adult children hours of fun! We spent all our time in the well equipped outside kitchen and by the lovely pool. Close to Pollenca old town for fabulous restaurants and shops (5 min drive away). The beaches of Port de Pollenca and Cala san Vicente are close by too. Our communication with the host and Marti (the owner) was easy and they responded to any questions very quickly. Would highly recommend this villa and we hope to be back soon!!
lovely villa in a quiet area within walking distance (20 minutes or so) of Pollença old town. very clean, essentials all provided, plus a welcome pack with some basics like bread etc plus a lovely bottle of (local) wine. would happily stay again. perfect for young family. kids (2 and 5) loved the pool — but take note that, as there is no pool fence, they needed constant supervision.
This nice holiday home is beautifully located right on the bay. You can explore the island with a car leaving from the house. Everything is available for a fun vacation.
The villa is as described. Fairly basic but modern and clean with everything we needed (only ever ate breakfast there so we didn’t really test the kitchen). It’s location is fabulous - steps away from the beach. The resort is lovely with some great restaurants and a stunning beach. We would highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful with plenty of room and space with plenty of character. Facilities were great with every appliance you could want for a home from home.
Wir fahren seit drei Jahren im Sommer ins Haus. Die Lage ist extrem genial, direkt am Strand und mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung an sich ist ok, der Grill nicht gerade sauber Der Blick von der Terrasse entschädigt :)
Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, sehr ansprechende Möbelierung
We had a lovely stay at the house. Clean and with lots of amenities. Just a 10 minute drive to local towns. Quiet and private. Check in and out easy. Ping pong table and BBQ a nice touch.Just note that the track up to the house was fairly rough and uneven and this was not mentioned prior to arrival, so just be aware of this - if hiring a car choose a suitable one!

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. An exceptional place, everything was perfect!
We spent our vacation together as a group of friends in this house. Communication with the agency was great, as it was also possible via WhatsApp. The house was very clean and, above all, large. It is located in the middle of the city. This resulted in the only disadvantage: the streets are very narrow and there is no possibility of parking next to the house. However, there is a public parking lot a 5-minute walk away.
A lovely villa in a beautiful location. Highly recommended pastries and coffee at Il Giardino in the mornings.
