This lovely bright refurbished apartment is located in one of the most sought-after positions of Puerto Pollensa. Situated directly opposite the marina, and close to where the wide child-friendly sandy beach begins. Located on the first floor; the panoramic views from the terrace across the entire bay it is the perfect setting for that evening aperitif or morning coffee/breakfast. The marina is set directly in front of the apartment and offers some fantastic yachts and boats on show and the sandy beach and promenade are just to the right-hand side. Perfect for people watching on an early evening before then heading out to enjoy the cuisine of one of the many superb restaurants close by.
There a few steps then there is lift access to the apartment which has a large lounge/dining area with designer modern furniture, flat-screen television & DVD. Patio doors open onto the balcony furnished with table and chairs. There is a pull-out awning for shade. The twin / double bedrooms and lounge have been fitted with modern air-conditioning units. The third bedroom is small and has a single beds, this room does not have its own air conditioning unit. There are two shower rooms with WC and hand basins.

Lovely apartment in a great sea front location near to restaurants, marina, Pine Walk and beach. Very well equipped having recently been upgraded. Many thanks to Colin for his prompt assistance with any minor issues that arose. Much appreciated. Feedback ( not a complaint but need attention); some of our devices were difficult to link up to wifi – iPads and older phones were no problem but newer phones were difficult to connect. Occasional tables would be a great addition. There was nowhere to put drinks when sitting in the very comfortable arm chairs/settee. Fridge door and balcony doors very difficult to open. A most enjoyable holiday and would definitely book again.

Fantastic Apartment in Port de Pollenca
The communication from Vida Villas was superb and made the journey and holiday a much better experience.
The apartment itself was superb and very clean – just as pictured, and we were delighted when we walked in .
I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend and intend to use Vida Villas again if we visit Mallorca in the future .
A very professional and pleasant to use company .
