Had a wonderful week here as a family with our university aged children. The beach was on the doorstep and was beautiful, loads of fish to watch as you swim. The house was great, everything you needed for a holiday but not so high end you felt you couldn't relax. The outside space was brilliant for sitting, sunbathing and eating and the bbq was frequently used. You could tell it was the end of the season with some of the interior, but it didn't impact the holiday. Having air-con really made a difference. Was lovely to have the towels changed mid week. The pool was excellent too and used every day. Not a lot to see and do in Cala San Vicence so would recommend a car if you want to do more than just beach and pool. Pepe's bar is wonderful for inexpensive excellent food and right on the doorstep to the villa. Would definitely come back here. Avoid the local pharmacy, lots better and far cheaper elsewhere.

We wanted to express our full satisfaction with our recent stay. The place was even bigger than we imagined and the location was just perfect.The only small downside was the hot water, but agent was extremely responsive and resolved the issue in our absence, which was much appreciated. Excellent stay, the accommodation matches the description and is very well equipped (washing machine, barbecue, kitchen equipment...). Excellent location 100m walk from the beach. The only downside is the comfort of the bedding. And out of personal taste, I preferred another style of decoration (sea theme for example given the location). But I would recommend it and will come back without hesitation.
Great accommodation located a couple of minutes from the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped (we have travelled several times a year for the past couple of decades and this is in the top 5 of kitchens for pots/pans, plates & utensils). The water pressure in the showers was very good. Pool isn't massive but most of the time we had it to ourselves (there are only 8 properties with access). Internet speed was really good. Due to a storm overnight we woke to a power outage as the circuit breaker had tripped and wouldn't reset. I messaged the agency team (out of hours) just after 07:00 & they messaged back within 15 minutes. Luckily I'd managed to get it to reset by then but all communication we had was prompt and polite.

We arrived with a group of friends and a one-year-old child. We liked the house, everything you need is there (iron, hair dryer, washing machine, grill, minimal dishes). It is located 200 meters from an excellent sandy beach, to which there is a descent on a baby carriage. There are 5-6 restaurants with excellent cuisine in the town. There is a place to rent a car. In the evenings it is very quiet and calm. A great place for a leisurely family vacation with children and parents. I can also note that when organizing the arrival and further accommodation at the location, the agency company were very helpful. They organized a transfer from the airport and helped in every way by answering questions. For me there were practically no downsides, except that I can note that the pool is shared between 8 apartments.
The villa is as described. Fairly basic but modern and clean with everything we needed (only ever ate breakfast there so we didn’t really test the kitchen). It’s location is fabulous - steps away from the beach. The resort is lovely with some great restaurants and a stunning beach. We would highly recommend this villa.

The accommodation and facilities were great and what we expected. The location was stunning. The bedrooms were large and air conditioned and beautiful..It was a fabulous spot to relax and explore the northern part of the island. We did have some teething problems but minor in the scheme of things The internet was patchy but with some basic turning off and on it improved and they did send someone out. The electrics do trip if everyone is taking a shower and you are cooking and using everything at the same time but then I guess my house would do the same…and easily remedied with resetting the switch…it’s an old modernised to a high standard Villa…The Villa is in beautiful countryside next to a farm where they have dogs kept outside and a donkey… these sometimes are noisy at night… especially if you are not used to such noises…so take some earplugs if the sounds of nature would keep you awake. All these are minor things as it’s a fab place to to take a large extended family to have a relaxing holiday and I would definitely try to use it again…

Superbe séjour entre amis dans une charmante maison.L'intérieur est d'un style ancien mais fonctionnel.Seul bémol concernant certains lits dont on sent les ressorts...Le quartier est calme, idéal pour des vacanciers.L'extérieur est super, la piscine d'une taille suffisante, les chaises longues confortables. Nous avons mangé dehors toute la semaine, avec cuisine extérieure et barbecue à disposition.Supermarchés à 5min.Alcudìa et son port se trouvent à 20min de la maison, avec commerces, restaurants et bars. L'agence est très réactive, aucun problème de communication. Super rapport qualité prix.Je recommande !
Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!

Great quiet location, 10 minutes by car to the city or to the supermarket / petrol station and the sea (not to the beach)!Great view of the mountains and amazing clean pool ...Several outdoor seating options, barbecue worked very well.Very well-kept green garden.Pellet furnace for the cool evenings in May we had.When our coffee machine broke, after recently friendly phone contact, the provision of a new one was immediately made.
Beautiful property, was a lovely chilled family holiday! Definitely worth the money and loved having our own pool to relax around! loved the flowers around the villa and watching all the chickens in the morning walk around the property with their little babies. There was lots of mosquitoes, but I think that was due to being out in the country! I would just recommend taking lots of Mozzy sprays and plug ins! Also the electric kept tripping so try not to have too many things plugged in at once! And hire a small car if possible as driveway was very very narrow and had a sharp corner, luckily my husband is a pretty good driver as I might have struggled as we had a jeep as there was 5 of us.

Great holiday in October
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We went the first week in Oct and had the little beach to ourselves for the first half of the week. Some very kind previous tenants left a couple of balls and bucket and spade which were made good use of and returned. Also there was a beach umbrella and some books and dvds in the apartment which were a nice surprise. The only negative comment I have is that the WiFi reception isn't great and we found it a bit frustrating. Other than that we were a stones throw from the beech and town and would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay if you have young kids or are older as its very quiet and close to all amenities.
Managers Response: WiFi now works from a different type of connection and is very good.
The villa was was clean in a quiet beautiful location with views of the mountains but only a 10 minute drive to the beach.
Superb Family Holiday
Our family had the most wonderful holiday in the Font Llobera Villa. 2 mins to the very picturesque Plaza Major with its cobbled streets and fantastic restaurants and bars. 5 mins to the local supermarkets (Eroski and Lidl). 10 mins to puerto pollensa (pine walk) and cala st vincent stunning beach cove. This was our second holiday to pollensa and would highly recommend this villa and pollensa. Couldn't have asked for more from the villa, all very clean tidy lots of space. 10m swimming pool and superb views with every amenity on the doorstep.

Our stay in the villa was great. The property is large and offers lots of common areas to spend time with the closest ones. Everything was clean and if there was the slightest problem the host took action immediately. The location of the house and garden offers absolute privacy and is perfect for people who like to be surrounded by greenery and love peace and quiet. We would definitely come back here again!

Fantastic nice and well-equipped house, there was all the kitchen equipment you could think of. Two washing machines and dishwashers helped significantly as we were 11 people. Maybe a tv upstairs would also have been desirable. Can really recommend a stay in this amazing villa.
Lovely tranquil location, beautiful spacious villa, big private pool in lovely garden.
This wonderful, centrally located townhouse is a real haven in this gorgeously busy little town. We loved the bright, open interiors, which were cool and restful, even on the hottest of days, and the courtyard with plunge pool and roof terraces meant that we could hang out as a family but also get some peace. The house is really stylish and has been furnished with really high-quality pieces that make it feel like a curated, high end boutique hotel. Incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen is better equipped than ours back home, and the master bathroom is a dream! Loved the roof terrace views, too! We will be back.
We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.
We had a wonderful stay here, which suited our requirements perfectly. Inside and out was spotlessly clean with not so much as a single bit of gravel in the back garden and around the pool. There were some nice decorative touches with the quirky iron ornaments around the villa. Not only would we be more than happy to stay there again, but in another life if we had the finca as our home it would be our idyll.
