We offer a total of 8 identical semi-detached houses for holiday rental, all in the same newly built residential complex with communal pool and just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Molins.
This house is complete with modern furnishings and fully equipped kitchen, with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin with pull out beds) and 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom has a full en suite bathroom. The house has air conditioning throughout. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. An ideal place for all beach lovers who seek a comfortable and contemporary accommodation.

Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

A great house in a very nice location. Few steps to the sea. Also the pool is great. Communication with the landlord was friendly and quick. It was answered promptly. We would come back out.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Stunning location 2 mins from the beach, beautiful views of the mountains and bay from the balcony every morning and excellent communication from the owners. Key collection was super easy with a lockbox and code by the door. Aircon was a godsend in the 35+ degree heat! We came to Cala St Vincenc as part of a group of 4 families and definitely think we had the nicest/best located accommodation of the group.
The place has a beautiful location. It is elevated so you can look at the mountains &' the sea. It is clean &'equipped with everything you could need for self-catering. The balcony is great for watching the sunset in the evening & to relax again.
We had a wonderful stay here in beautiful Cala Sant Vicenç! Beautiful little beaches, relatively quiet area, and very comfortable stay in the apartment, which was located a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Shared pool and two private terraces, parking in the back—super easy and convenient!Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Very Comfortable apartment at walkable distance from Cala de Molins. Clear instructions, place was very clean, and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the refrigerator, but the agent was very responsive and fixed our problem quickly. They even brought clean towels in the middle of our stay without asking. I highly recommend.

Very large and perfect for a group of 5. The pool right outside the terrace is also totally practical if you need a cooling down again after the sea.We were very positively surprised by the number of toilets (3 pieces).The contact was totally smooth and we were even able to get into the accommodation a little earlier than planned. Also that we were not quite on time at check-out was no problem for the owners.A top accommodation I highly recommend it if you are looking for a large clean accommodation with good parking.

We stayed in these apartments October, couldn't fault them at all. Everything you could need for self-catering was available. There is a nicely furnished balcony and the apartments are in a great spot. Nice overlooking a small beach with restaurants and shops. close by. Vida Villas are extremely helpful and can organise travel from airport to apartments for a small fee. Would definitely go again and recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Puerta Pollensa!

Super villa, very well equipped. We spent a very good week with children and young children.
This country house is spread over three houses on one plot. All houses are equipped with full kitchen and private equipped living area. Ideal for multiple families or friends travelling together. Not good if you want all people, for example, Children, would like to have in one house. The villas are absolutely perfectly equipped, the atmosphere is to be outstanding Majorcan without "over-styled". A nice couple, in English, makes Housekeeping full perfection and passion. They even help the purchases were done prior to our arrival and during the stay. We had the most fun at the central pool with barbecue and fully equipped kitchen. There are four kitchens. And two swimming pools. And best of all: A very well-kept, already established table-tennis table. An absolute recommendation!

totally fantastic time in such a wonderful home! all the great facilities and the photos are a great indication of the superb ambience of the property. easy enough check in and completely spotless.I would say you may need a PhD for the light switches, there are so many! really had a great time and plenty of space!

The house is well furnished with everything you could need. We didn’t walk into Pollença but it would take 20 mins. Great location for exploring the gorgeous island. Stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains.

Smart interior, great pool and generous garden, private, short walk to restaurants of Pollensa old town, easy access to beaches. A perfect family holiday villa!
Gute Lage und gute Ausstattung
A tremendous villa that you just wouldn’t expect to find with such a great pool area and outside dining options only 2 mins from the town square. Nordvillas were exceptional in terms of guidance notes(photos) to get through the charming but complex streets. They were also very attentive without crowding you. Can’t believe we found this place!!

Very nice well equipped and very clean house. Walking distance beach and pool in the residence.
quiet location, kitchen was very dark and a little muffled, at the end of September there were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it impossible to relax by the pool
The accommodation is very clean and nice. It is quiet and has a great garden with pool where we spent a lot of time. The communication with the host was great.

The photos on Airbnb do not do this place justice, it is absolutely palatial, with so much space and beautifully decorated in traditional style. Our multigenerational family of 9 had the best time playing in the pool and huge garden, we used the bbq several times and played all the board games In the cupboard, and we will be back. It’s a 15-minute walk down to a gorgeous beach and 10 mins to the supermarket.
Fantastic home for a fantastic stay. We loved our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time away. Top tips from us - don’t stress about parking, the roads are very narrow and parking isn’t easy so use the car park on the way in to Pollensa. It’s only a 5 minute walk and is very safe. There is a lovely bakery just 2 minute walk away on the main road in and not far from the chemist. Enjoy!
