We offer a total of 8 identical semi-detached houses for holiday rental, all in the same newly built residential complex with communal pool (between 8 houses). Modern and fully equipped. Balcony with table and chairs for al fresco dining. In the immediate vicinity are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. All can be easily reached on foot.
The lower living area has three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with a double bed each. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, so you can enjoy a good night's sleep on hot summer nights. Using practical sliding glass doors, each bedroom is connected to the outside area and thus flooded by the Mallorcan summer light during the day.
The upper floor includes the living and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Sliding glass doors lead you out of the living area onto the furnished terrace. Enjoy the unforgettable view of the Mediterranean and the surroundings of Cala San Vicente from here.

Great accommodation in great location. You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes (max), there are several nice restaurants and mini markets right nearby. Large supermarkets are accessible by car. The kitchen was very well equipped, including dishwasher, there was really everything you need for cooking and breakfast. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back.

We would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Mallorca. The location is perfect: both secluded from crowds of tourists and close to everything one may need during the vacation. The place has all necessary things for both long term and short stays, located just a short stroll away from the beach, a bus stop, mini markets and car rental place. Just keep in mind that there are stairs both inside and outside, so in case you're travelling with little kids, you may need to watch them closely. Overall, a great place to stay, would visit again.
Cala Sant Vincenç is definetly a hidden gem in Mallorca. Private beaches. Would definitely recommend the accommodation to friends or anyone who is interested in stay in a meaningful place.
The accommodation was just as expected. Perfect location with mountain and ocean view. Perfect size for a group of four or even six - everything was clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend if you want a rather quite but scenic getaway.
The place is good, it corresponds to the photos. It's very close to the sea, few hikes are nearby, 10 mins far from big grocery stores on car.The village itself very calm and small, perfect for chill vacation.All three bedrooms are separated and have own entrances from the house territory. Direct access to the pool, but I didn't notice someone who cleaned it.Do not count on TV, it's super old and almost unusable.Throw garbage every day, in other case you'll have ants farm in kitchen.Vast kitchen set so you can cook whatever you want for big family.

Quiet, tranquil, spotlessly clean, great pool!
The property was absolutely amazing, the house its self was massive and could hold plenty more people. The kitchen was great, bedroom and bathrooms brilliant.The location was perfect, a 20 minute walk to centre of Polenca. Great beaches nearby and many amenities. The pool was great, however could do with some TLC. The patio around the pool is really rough and course and not very nice to walk on, I would go as far to say it hurts your feet, the pool had some broken tiles that could do with repairing and we were there for 12 nights and the pool was not cleaned once, we had to two maids throughout the stay come and they cleaned the bathrooms and bedding but lack of care when it came to the pool.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location. Easy to get to town or beach by car.
We spent 9 wonderful days at the Villa. This is located outside Pollensa amidst nature, surrounded by small farming, orange and olive trees, overlooking the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana and the local mountain Puig de Maria.The house itself is comfortably furnished, very clean, with living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.The bed in the bedroom is about 160 cm wide and slightly shorter (about 190 cm). It could be a bit scarce for tall people.Otherwise, everything is available. From washing machine to dishwasher, from Wi-Fi to AC and fan heater in cold weather, as well as an alarm system for the house.The car can be easily parked at the large property.Around the house there are many different seating options. On the small roof terrace, also ideal for drying the laundry, we usually had breakfast.The sun always shines here in the morning!Garden and pool are fantastic, there are no direct neighbors. You're on your own and have a lot of privacy.However, a car or at least bicycles are necessary, as the nearest shops or restaurants of Pollensa are not even within walking distance.At least 20 minutes walk is easy to plan for this.All in all, an ideal place for a carefree holiday away from mass tourism in the middle of the charming nature of Mallorca!
We had an amazing stay. It is a beautiful, clean, modern villa set in massive, well-maintained grounds.The villas itself is well laid out, with modern air conditioning in all the rooms. The furniture is all comfortable and clean.We loved the pool and the surround, despite the funny shape. Was great having access to the tennis court and the table tennis table, with all the bats, rackets and balls provided by the hosts.Would 100% recommend this property and would return tomorrow given the chance.
Fantastic nice and well-equipped house, there was all the kitchen equipment you could think of. Two washing machines and dishwashers helped significantly as we were 11 people. Maybe a tv upstairs would also have been desirable. Can really recommend a stay in this amazing villa.

The finca is absolutely quietly located, has its own pool, which is a true blessing in the heat, and a shady outdoor terrace.We took trips to cities and beaches close by almost every day.There is nothing to complain about - the mosquitoes were a bit annoying, but that's probably due to the unusually hot week we were there (early July).

Great Villa, great location. Big pool. Advice for future guests, keep the kitchen as clean as possible as the ants are attracted to even wet pans/washing up soap.Overall would 100% recommend.
We felt very comfortable in the finca. It has a beautiful outdoor area that invites you to barbecue, sunbathe, swim... The finca was very comfortable in itself. The air has easily cooled the bedrooms down pleasantly. The finca has a great, quiet location. By car, you can quickly reach the supermarket or Port de Pollença. A minus for us was the amenities. We would have liked a few basics such as salt, pepper, oil, small towels for after washing your hands, etc.

Stunning villa in a perfect location, ideal for families and large groups. We had a wonderful time and all the Nord Villas staff were kind, helpful, efficient and friendly from first booking through to checkout. The house and garden were perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean, the pool was wonderful and we loved being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach and to a restaurant. Highly recommend. Superbe séjour entre amis dans une charmante maison.L'intérieur est d'un style ancien mais fonctionnel.Seul bémol concernant certains lits dont on sent les ressorts...Le quartier est calme, idéal pour des vacanciers.L'extérieur est super, la piscine d'une taille suffisante, les chaises longues confortables. Nous avons mangé dehors toute la semaine, avec cuisine extérieure et barbecue à disposition.Supermarchés à 5min.Alcudìa et son port se trouvent à 20min de la maison, avec commerces, restaurants et bars. L'agence est très réactive, aucun problème de communication. Super rapport qualité prix.Je recommande !
The rooms are well divided (over 2 floors). There is a kitchen with a dining table and you have plenty of seating outside. There is a small roof terrace for romantic evenings under the stars. What more could you want?!
