Niu de Voltor approaches the clouds. A perfect altitude to enjoy the views of the bays of Alcudia and Pollença.
Exclusive home in heaven with a privileged location on the mountain of Bonaire with spectacular seaviews, views to the bay of Pollensa, the mountains and the bay of Alcudia.
It has beautiful gardens, a heliport, a large outdoor pool of 14 meters with sea views, large terraces and porches. In addition, the SPA consists of a large 12 meter swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and contrast showers as well as a floating tank to avoid jet lag and gym.
The house is distributed in 3 floors, the ground floor has an imposing entrance, an office, a large living room with fireplace 100 square meters, a TV room, separate dining room and kitchen area and service. In this same floor we also find a room with bathroom en suite.
On the first floor we find the main suite, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, dressing room and two bathrooms, with direct access to the central garden terrace with stunning views. On this same floor we find another room with bathroom en suite. In the lower floor to the ground floor we find the SPA as well as the rest of the rooms, all with en suite bathrooms.
The villa includes daily breakfast, daily service and garden and pool maintenance. The cost of the SPA is included, if the SPA is required, it must be notified half an hour in advance to prepare it.
The villa is also available for events, weddings and parties, in which case a minimum stay of four nights is required and an additional cost per event.
