Description

This lovely bright refurbished apartments are located in one of the most sought-after positions in what many people consider the original Puerto Pollensa . This area is where the original fishing village began before tourism became the focal point of the port, many locals consider this area to be the real Puerto Pollensa.  Situated on the Pine Walk in front of the Boquer mountains and overlooking a picturesque sandy cove beach. The views from the large terrace across the bay are fantastic, it is the perfect setting for an evening aperitif or morning coffee. Here you can watch people go by whilst looking at  some of the old Mallorquin yacht fishing boats bobbing about on the swinging moorings. The sandy beach and promenade are directly in front of you. Perfect for people watching on an early evening before the heading out to enjoying the cuisine of one of the many superb restaurants close by.

The apartment has a large lounge/dining area with comfortable modern furniture, flat screen television. Patio doors open onto the large terrace furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofa, chairs and coffee table. There are three double bedrooms ( 1 king size bed, another with queen size bed and the third has bunk beds ).   There are 2 bathrooms plus additional shower in an annex on the back terrace,  one of the bathrooms has a walk in shower , the other has a bath with shower overhead. The shower in the annex is a walk in type.

  1. Stayed in this apartment in May this year, very nice apartment, glad to see they have amended the details, when we booked it the details said it was 3 bathrooms, which it clearly is not! Unless you consider a shower outside the front door a bathroom! Lovely large shaded balcony, with plenty of space to eat and relax, shaded by one of the remaining old pine trees on pine walk. Beds are very comfortable, close to Little Italy, but not bothered by any noise from the restaurant.

  2. This was our 2nd visit to the Pine Walk apartments. The first being around 3 years ago when we stayed at the 1st floor. This year, because it was not available we took the 2nd floor. I had,had a look at the 2nd floor apartment on my first visit and knew what I was getting for my hard earned money and I was not to be disappointed. It is very well furnished and one can go out on to the balcony and watch the world go by and without the noise of traffic. More importantly, if you have children you can keep an eye on them from the balcony while they play and swim safely on the beach which is merely a few steps away. We plan to return in the future, as Palma is only a 1hour 40 minutes flight from our local airport which has none of the hassle of Gatwick or Heathrow. I have had enough of that. Chill and relax.
