All modern conveniences have been taken care of, including air-conditioning in two of the three bedrooms (in one of the doubles and in the twin) ensuring a stress-free holiday in the sun. The villa was very quiet with an excellent garden and pool which was ideal.
The villa, garden and pool were just as shown on the website, and instructions for collecting the keys was clear and caused no problem.

We loved our stay at Can Barretes. This is the 3rd villa we’ve stayed at in north Mallorca and we all agreed it’s been our favourite. The villa is just perfectly set up - lovely pool, outdoor seating positioned facing it but with welcome shade, all facilities you need inside. Absolutely gorgeous place, beautiful garden and pool and lovely shady terrace. Very clean and very comfortable. The location was good for us as we could drive and see different places all around the island. As others have said a few basic household consumable items would be useful, but you can pick things up easily. There are country sounds in line with the house's rural location eg the rather forlorn braying of the donkey and the lively cockerels, but this was as expected and altogether it is a very peaceful retreat. Antonia and her husband were very welcoming and lovely, there was a beautiful cake for us on arrival and they were very helpful. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.
The house is perfect for a lovely family vacation. We had a lovely time, enjoying the pool, barbecue and beautiful surroundings. There is plenty of space and lots of country idyl, which was very appreciated. We will definitely give our best recommendations for anyone interested. :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Can Giroa. The villa is absolutely beautiful and huge!The communication and understanding was great - we were allowed to drop off our suitcases earlier than check in time which was so helpful.The villa is in walking distance to a supermarket which was amazing. It’s also walking distance to the gorgeous town of Pollenca, and a short taxi ride away from the port, where there’s a beach and loads of bars and restaurants. We would 100% stay here again!
Perfect Holiday rental
The house is just ideal and just as described ,every thing you could want was there immaculate decor and well equipped kitchen. It was nice to reacquaint ourselves with Pollensa as not been back for several years not much has changed which in my view is a bonus such a pretty little town and full of friendly locals. Vida Villas made this an easy transaction and was very informative about the house and travel suggestions from the airport will be back again if its not booked up this i think will be a little gem hope it does not get too publicised Ha Ha

Superb Family Holiday
Our family had the most wonderful holiday in the Font Llobera Villa. 2 mins to the very picturesque Plaza Major with its cobbled streets and fantastic restaurants and bars. 5 mins to the local supermarkets (Eroski and Lidl). 10 mins to puerto pollensa (pine walk) and cala st vincent stunning beach cove. This was our second holiday to pollensa and would highly recommend this villa and pollensa. Couldn't have asked for more from the villa, all very clean tidy lots of space. 10m swimming pool and superb views with every amenity on the doorstep.

This country house is spread over three houses on one plot. All houses are equipped with full kitchen and private equipped living area. Ideal for multiple families or friends travelling together. Not good if you want all people, for example, Children, would like to have in one house. The villas are absolutely perfectly equipped, the atmosphere is to be outstanding Majorcan without "over-styled". A nice couple, in English, makes Housekeeping full perfection and passion. They even help the purchases were done prior to our arrival and during the stay. We had the most fun at the central pool with barbecue and fully equipped kitchen. There are four kitchens. And two swimming pools. And best of all: A very well-kept, already established table-tennis table. An absolute recommendation!

Great villa near to Pollenca. The location is fairly remote and you would need a car but offers tranquility with little disturbance from neighbours. Villa offers everything you need from plenty outdoor seating options, a wood-fire barbecue, large pool, well equipped kitchen. Seems newly renovated and great for smaller groups, couples, families. Can recommend staying there if you don’t want to be in the center of a town.

We had an amazing stay. It is a beautiful, clean, modern villa set in massive, well-maintained grounds.The villas itself is well laid out, with modern air conditioning in all the rooms. The furniture is all comfortable and clean.We loved the pool and the surround, despite the funny shape. Was great having access to the tennis court and the table tennis table, with all the bats, rackets and balls provided by the hosts.Would 100% recommend this property and would return tomorrow given the chance.
