This cosy semi-detached villa offers lots of character in a country environment. It has lovely mature gardens with lots of plants, trees and shrubs. The accommodation is on two levels.
The main entrance is located under the shaded front terrace and leads straight onto the small lounge dining area with an open plan kitchenette totally equipped with all the basics. A small corridor to the right of the lounge area gives access to the twin bedroom and the full bathroom. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with another full bathroom. Both bedrooms are supplied with one air conditioning unit.
Outside, the front shaded terrace leads down to the other paved terrace where the swimming pool is located. There is also a covered outside kitchen and a shower room.
Villa Sort is close to the Old town of Pollensa, and has a homely feel.
Pool size: 8 x 4 mts. Distance to the town: 900 mts. (approx). Distance to the beach: 5.5 Km. (approx).
Damage deposit of £350.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2/adult/night).

Die Finca ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist groß. Die Outdoorküche ist cool, auch wenn wir sie nicht genutzt haben, da wir viel auswärts gegessen haben. Eine Gartendusche, sowie ein extra Bad am Pool sind vorhanden und praktisch. Bei Nutzung des Außenbereichs sollte die Jahreszeit bedacht und an Mückenabwehrsprays und Co gedacht werden, sonst wird’s doof.Die Inneneinrichtung der Finca ist typisch spanisch. Die Badezimmer sind top. Der Wasserdruck ist gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank ist groß und es gibt auch ein Gefrierfach. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die gut kühlen. Die Matratzen sind VIEL zu weich/durchgelegen. Die Sofas sind ausreichend, laden aber nicht zu einem Fernsehabend ein. Auch die Beleuchtung drinnen ist funktional, aber nicht gemütlich. Ein Spiegel an der Ausfahrt zum Verkehr einsehen wäre gut. Und der Lärm der Straße kann teilweise störend sein.Fazit: Mit kleinen Änderungen ein High Light.

The villa and the outside area are very well laid out and in a convenient location for the town of Pollensa. Everything was spotlessly clean and in terms of utensils (cutlery, bbq tools, table wear, cooking pots, etc), the villa was very well stocked. Although the location is great for Pollensa, it is on a busy road without pavements. For us personally, this wasn't an issue, and we walked into town and back moat days. The thing we found most surprising was the lack of what we would regard as "essentials' that all other self-catering accommodations we have stayed in have provided- for example, washing up sponges, hand wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, and each bathroom had 1 toilet roll only.
Great place close to town and with a lovely pool. Next to the road so there is traffic noise during the day.
Nice villa with a great pool and lovely views. We would stay again if it weren’t for the road. The pool and outdoor area were great. The location wasn’t great. The road is narrow and it was difficult/dangerous to pull out in the car. There was no mirror to check for oncoming traffic. We had to buy all cleaning supplies, soap etc.

We had the best stay! The flat was very clean and the outdoor space (pool & outdoor kitchen) was amazing. The only point for improvement I have is that our check in was at 4pm and our check out at 10am which meant we lost a bit of time at the villa. The location was really good - 20 mins drive from Formentor beach and 10 mins from Pollença and Alcudia. We’d love to visit the villa again :)
What I liked most about this house was especially the exterior: the garden, the beautiful plants, the very clean swimming pool and the kitchen which is outside. The interior is a bit old, except the first floor which is nicer. What really mattered to me was the exterior since we spend most of our time there. There is a fairly busy road in front of the house. This was not mentioned. Fortunately the house has air conditioning because it is very hot in the bedrooms. Lack of dishes. We had an excellent week in this house. It is located very close to the center of Pollensa.

This is a fabulous villa in a great location. The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners keep it very clean. We loved the pool with ample sun loungers. A car is essential and although only a short walk from Cala san Vicente there is no path so slightly impractical to walk. Only a 5min drive to the local supermarket yet the villa is in a very private location. Can’t wait to go back.
Our stay in the villa was great. The property is large and offers lots of common areas to spend time with the closest ones. Everything was clean and if there was the slightest problem the host took action immediately. The location of the house and garden offers absolute privacy and is perfect for people who like to be surrounded by greenery and love peace and quiet. We would definitely come back here again!

This is an excellent property in a beautiful location. It is a little out of town so very quiet but within east reach of local shops. The Villa is clean and well equipped. Great pool area. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall, I cannot fault the place and would highly recommend.

The villa is conveniently located and beautiful, but on narrow roads. The kitchen is very well equipped. Food for breakfast was also provided. Everything was very clean. Since we had cooler weather, it was a little damp and cool in the house at the beginning. However, we were provided on request immediately a gas heater for the bathroom. The terrace, the garden and the pool are wonderful and in bathing weather this must be a dream. We were a little surprised that there is no air conditioning in the living room (but we would have needed it only for heating). But all in all wonderful, we can recommend the villa without hesitation.
The villa was lovely. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was there when we arrived. Kettle, coffee machine, cot for my granddaughter, washing machine, airer, games, books. Felt like home!! Extremely clean, lovely en-suitesThe only negative was the road noise, but as we were out a lot of the time it didn’t matter. Easy booking experience, good instructions to get to property. Spotless inside. Towels for both shower and for pool. Welcome pack was very useful as we arrived late on a Sunday night. Pool was clean. Great location, 17 mins walk to town centre. Very quiet location. Will almost certainly be back.
Very nicely located, in the heart of Pollença, next to a nice park and short walks from all the restaurants and cafes. The house is lovely, top notch Wi-Fi, very clean and nicely furnished. Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom were better than many hotel penthouse suites. We spent many afternoons enjoying the roof terrace. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen. I wish my house was like this one.
What a great villa. Situated on a narrow street in the heart of the old town it could not be more convenient for bars and restaurants,and a great base for cycling and exploring the island by bus. The management team were really impressive- very flexible with our check in and responded rapidly to fix a few minor glitches which I reported (eg replaced a broken coffee machine with a brand new one within hours)The welcome pack of food and drinks was the best we have ever seen and very much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay !The villa is like the photos, very nice.The outside area is perfect for relaxing and having nice barbecue evenings.The hosts were available daily and there was a problem, they were right on site.
Beautiful Villa within walking distance to Pollença. Very spacious inside & out. BBQ area fabulous with sinks and workspace next to it-we enjoyed many lovely evenings eating by the bbq watching the sun go down. Insect repellent is a must. Lovely lady came midweek to change our bath towels.

Everything was perfect for us. The walk to the town was so peaceful, approx 15 minutes walk but so nice in the evenings. The pool and garden area was amazing and well maintained. Without a doubt we will be returning!

This villa was in a perfect location to get into Pollensa Old Town the Accommodation was superb including the pool area and manicured gardens. outside bbq kitchen with fridge and dishwasher was of a very high standard even though we didn't get round to using it. If we chose to come back to Pollensa we would definitely stay here again. Furniture in the villa to a very high standard the owners have thought of everything our Grand Children loved it so much they cried when we had to leave yesterday.

Carpe Diem is a beautiful place with outstanding views. The style of the place is elegant and simple with quality furniture - just the way we like it. The host is easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay nice. The location is very good, only a few km from Port Pollenca in a very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle in town.
we really enjoyed our stay. it's a very quiet place. floating in the pool in the heat was blissful. Everything is there, but bring a couple of essentials though as that is not laid on. milk, coffee, dishy tabs, olive oil ie bare essentials not present.
