Description
We access the house by a beautiful entrance that gives access to a large and bright living room with a spectacular window with panoramic views of the entire field between Pollensa and the Port. This room has several environments, a football table, a tv area with fireplace and direct access to a large porch and front terrace with spectacular views. From the living room we also access the independent dining room. also with views of the bay and the mountain. From the dinning room we also reached a beautiful kitchen with porch.
Next to the entrance there is a toilet and we also access the lower floor where all the rooms are located as well as a small kitchen next to the pool and barbecue, with access to the porch and front terrace with spectacular views and a ping-pong.
On this same floor we find the master bedroom with large closets and bathroom en suite as well as beautiful views and access to the terrace. The other two rooms also have views, one with a double bed and bathroom en suite and the other with two double beds. The other room shares a bathroom with the fourth room with two single beds.
The villa has a wide entrance esplanade, which allows ball games such as basketball and football, in which we also find a garage equipped with utensils for a bicycle workshop as well as a place for parking.
