Set on a large plot of approximately 2500 Sq Mtrs, with established gardens, the villa offers spacious fully air conditioned accommodation for up to 8 clients , a long driveway with ample parking , leads to the fabulous old finca style stone property , you are struck immediately by the beautiful views.
Downstairs, you have a large open plan dinner and lving area, with dual aspect windows and doors that lead onto the covered pool terrace , there is a modern kitchen also with a smaller table in this area, there is a separate lounge/snug/TV area, ideal for multi generational family holidays , allowing private space for all.

Upstairs there are 4 modern bedrooms and bathrooms , 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and terraced areas offering far reaching views over the surrounding Countryside , the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
The villa is located just outside the lovely area of Port d'Andratx. We would recommend car hire for getting to and from the Port as it is around 4km away.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit cardprior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price(£2.20/adult/night)

Totally beautiful finca, with a beautiful garden. We really enjoyed our vacation and would be happy to come back.
Very large and perfect for a group of 5. The pool right outside the terrace is also totally practical if you need a cooling down again after the sea.We were very positively surprised by the number of toilets (3 pieces).The contact was totally smooth and we were even able to get into the accommodation a little earlier than planned. Also that we were not quite on time at check-out was no problem for the owners.A top accommodation I highly recommend it if you are looking for a large clean accommodation with good parking.
House in great location, lovely views from the sun terrace. Easy walk into the main square. Great communication from host and fast responses. Comfy beds and excellent WiFi.
Second year stay at Finca Morell Vall (2022 & 2023) and wonderful time had again. Great space for a group/large family (10 of us). Look forward to next year.

Thanks you for amazing apartment that we could spend a very joyful holiday with our family and friends. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is good. Beach, restaurants etc are nearby. Owner is very helpful and all round great. Nothing to complain. Pool and back yard is very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Everyone of us thought that place was better than pictures.
Rated: Excellent. Beautiful garden and pool area, a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon on the comfy sun loungers. Plenty of space for eating alfresco and great to have the table tennis. We didn’t use the living room very much as the weather was so good but while it was a very pretty room. The villa was very convenient to Puerto Pollensa, a beautiful town with great places to eat, shopping areas and a lovely beach. We hired a small boat for 5 of us, very reasonable €120, it was a great way to spend an afternoon, diving and snorkelling. A fantastic holiday!

Spacious property in a great location. Close to a wide range of excellent restaurants and local facilities, property was very clean and well equipped. Ideal for group or finally.
We loved the house. Great location with lovely views. The owners were really helpful, we had a thunder storm on the last night and all our washing got soaked. They really helped us out getting it dried. The pool was great and the seating out side was fabulous. The aircon worked great even though it was really hot.

We had a lovely stay for two weeks. The team are very responsive and helpful. Jimmy the owner was charming and thoughtful. The Villa is very peaceful, well located for Pollença town (5 mins) and three beaches at Alcudia (20 mins) or Port Pollença (15 mins). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We’d certainly return again.
Very good location if you have a car. Pool size is very good. Very solid choice for a group of 6 to 8 people. It is 10 min drive to many good spots however, walking could be a bit challenging.
Nice villa with a great pool and lovely views. We would stay again if it weren’t for the road. The pool and outdoor area were great. The location wasn’t great. The road is narrow and it was difficult/dangerous to pull out in the car. There was no mirror to check for oncoming traffic. We had to buy all cleaning supplies, soap etc.
Excellent apartment in a lovely location, very quiet and peaceful. Clean, modern and spacious, it had everything we needed. The views were good too. Easy check-in, no problems parking or accessing the property. The only downside was the hot water had its limits.

Villa is incredibly beautiful! We felt very comfortable. Surroundings are fantastic, proximity to Pollenca is really great. Had a really great time and will definitely be back. Screen on windows would be great. Because mosquitoes have it quite a lot. Otherwise everything is great :)
