A short driveway leads to the house with side entrance under a covered terrace into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge/dining room. This lovely room has a fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, TV, DVD player and patio doors onto the anterior pool terrace. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, breakfast area and pantry. Separate laundry room with washing machine. From one end of the dining room is the air conditioned pretty master double bedroom with attractive en suite bathroom. A hallway leads from the dining area to a pretty twin bedroom with bathroom and a second twin bedroom with an adjacent full family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The swimming pool (9m x 4.5m) has steps into a shallow end for children and is set amongst spacious sun terraces and lawned gardens to the rear of the property. There is an outside shower by the pool and a childrens play area with swing. An attractive covered terrace offers plenty of shade and is a lovely spot for dining alfresco. Vine covered pérgola and a barbecue complete the outside area furnished for living, relaxing and dining in comfort.

We immediately felt comfortable. The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained, so we were almost only outside. The dining table outside as well as the lounge are covered and all day in the shade. The nearby town of Pollensa is incredibly beautiful and several swimming coves can be reached quickly and easily.
Our stay was very nice. Especially the outdoor area and the pool, we enjoyed it very much.The house was clean and well maintained, but a bit old-fashioned from the inside. Somewhat disturbing we felt that in the distant neighborhood there was loud music every day and we had quite a lot of mosquitoes. But that has nothing to do directly with the accommodation.Except for these points, we enjoyed everything very much, the rooms are air-conditioned, the equipment was good and the privacy was also very appealing to us.

Perfect location for cycling holidays. We stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed it a lot. We especially liked the garden with the pool and barbecue area.
We had a wonderful stay here, which suited our requirements perfectly. Inside and out was spotlessly clean with not so much as a single bit of gravel in the back garden and around the pool. There were some nice decorative touches with the quirky iron ornaments around the villa. Not only would we be more than happy to stay there again, but in another life if we had the finca as our home it would be our idyll.

Wonderful property in a quiet location between Port de Pollença and Pollença town. Contact with the host was easy and friendly. All required information about the house and check-in was provided early. Everything went smoothly. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool was a real rest at outside temperatures of 33 to 36 degrees. Overall, we felt very comfortable.

The villa is in a peaceful location but within a short drive you can get to the picturesque towns of Polenca and Alcudia where there are interesting places to visit plus lots of good restaurants and shops and weekly markets. The villa was a great place to stay and as a base to visit the lovely island of Mallorca.
We stayed as a multi generation family group and this villa suited us perfectly. My parents slept in the top level bedroom and theteenagers in the had the use of the room downstairs.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need and we were impressedwith the welcome pack. Our towels were changed mid weekand the villa was spotless on arrival. One of the twin mattresses was uncomfortable and the doordownstairs shower doors are ill fitting and difficult to close.
The house is very good, excellent location for those who seek tranquility and privacy, would return with all certainty!!!
Good location, with Pollenca, Porto Pollenca and Alcudia old town all within easy reach, yet the villa felt secluded with lovely views of the mountains. Excellent pool! Pollenca’s Sunday market a must for fresh food. Porto Pollenca’s beach cannot be beaten for a family holiday, and the 3 towns have wide choice of restaurants and cafes.

We love this villa, have stayed 4 times and have booked again for 2025. Location is ideal, villa has everything you could need. It is really well maintained and so close to the town there is no need for a car. Nothing, we love it.
Very close to Puerto Pollensa and easy reach of local shops, beautiful view from the pool looking towards the mountains.

We had a great week staying in this property just outside Pollensa. All descriptions were accurate and all amenities provided. The finca is well maintained and the gardens lovely with lots of spots for relaxing. It was really useful to have plenty local information provided in advance. Pollensa is such a beautiful place and having been several times it never disappoints. The Sunday market is a must.

Wonderful house with all facilities you need: comfortable beds, more than enough bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a lot of greenery around the house and is the lovely private pool. In terms of location, it's top: you look out on the mountains, with 5 minutes drive you are in the nice center of pollenca and the nearest beach is 8 minutes drive. The most beautiful beaches are a little further away, which are an hour's drive away.
This villa is really comfortable & is well equipped. There’s a fabulous pool & the seating areas in the garden are great for different times of day. The location is on a quiet side road by a mountain side. The walk into Port de Pollenca is flat. We hired a car & enjoyed exploring much of the north of the island. We’d happily return.
Great location and views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the accessibility to town a big plus. We would walk (10 min walk) into Pollenca Square almost every night for dinner. We found this home perfect for our stay (group of 5 adults). The home was private and quiet with a countryside peacefulness, while still being mere minutes to the amenities of Pollenca. The views are STUNNING from this home and much better than the pictures portray. This was our 1st time in Mallorca and we were so glad we chose to stay in Pollenca instead of the Port of Pollenca. Pollenca is magical and overall a lot less touristy than the Port. Its a sleepier town as well, so if you are looking for late night action after midnight, the Port is probably more suited for your interests. The A/C and pool were a great respite from the heat and we loved our time in the multiple outdoor areas. Joana is a wonderful host and was there to help us whenever we had questions! With her living right next door, it made it very easy to connect and check-in. We appreciated the love put into this home (very clean and taken care of) & highly recommend to all! Small note: our check-out was at 10am, however we had cleaning arrive early. Check-in is much earlier than most rentals we had seen leaving a short window for cleaning, so maybe a later check-in might better accommodate all the cleaning that needs to happen & allow guests to have the rental to themselves thru 10am.
Very good location if you have a car. Pool size is very good. Very solid choice for a group of 6 to 8 people. It is 10 min drive to many good spots however, walking could be a bit challenging.
Beautiful house in a very quiet location. The host is very friendly and accommodating. For example, you can rob your vegetable garden next door for cooking. Well suited as a base for cycling training camp!
Communication with agent was great. Always on point and very helpful. We loved the silence and area around the place. Really clean, great pool and rooms. Good to be mentioned: the placed has an laundry machine.Unfortunately, no WIFI connection. Distance to Palma, 1h drive by car.Thank you very much for this accommodation. We really enjoyed it.
The property was absolutely amazing, the house its self was massive and could hold plenty more people. The kitchen was great, bedroom and bathrooms brilliant.The location was perfect, a 20 minute walk to centre of Polenca. Great beaches nearby and many amenities. The pool was great, however could do with some TLC. The patio around the pool is really rough and course and not very nice to walk on, I would go as far to say it hurts your feet, the pool had some broken tiles that could do with repairing and we were there for 12 nights and the pool was not cleaned once, we had to two maids throughout the stay come and they cleaned the bathrooms and bedding but lack of care when it came to the pool.
