Description

Villa Fenix is an ultra-modern, contemporary and well-appointed villa located in the Boquer area of Puerto Pollensa. With breathtaking views overlooking the beautiful bay of Pollensa which are appreciated the second you walk through the front door. The villa boasts two swimming pools – an outdoor swimming pool and also an indoor heated pool on the lower ground level (both 8m x 4m).

This stunning villa is spread over four levels; top roof terrace, first floor, ground floor and lower ground floor (basement).

The villa has central air conditioning which provides hot and cold air to the ground floor and the 4 main bedrooms (all with double beds).

Entering the property from the rear street entrance, you will find a large marble BBQ area with garden and a teak walkway leading to the main front door. On this floor, you will find a large, spacious open plan lounge/dining area that is stylishly decorated and leads onto the modern fully equipped kitchen. This open plan fully glazed design, on one side of the villa, allows the fantastic views of the bay to be enjoyed whether you are cooking, eating or relaxing.

The lounge/diner, with floor to ceiling patio doors, leads out to the extensive first-floor terrace which has a quality teak decked sunbathing area with an outdoor swimming pool and breathtaking panoramic views of the Puerto Pollensa bay. This area has ample comfortable sofa seating and two four-poster day-bed chill out loungers.

Leading up from here are external stairs to the top roof terrace with 360-degree views of the breathtaking bay and surrounding Boquer Valley mountains.

You will find one double bedroom on this floor with an en-suite bathroom; this bedroom also has large patio doors leading out to the teak deck terrace.

On the lower floor, you will find a gorgeous master bedroom with a built-in closet and en-suite bathroom, also there is direct access to the large garden/private terrace at the front of the property. You will also find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the indoor swimming pool on this floor.

Villa Fenix also has a fitness area by the indoor pool and all the latest mod cons.

With the villa being so inviting, you may not wish to leave it too often, but should you want to take the five-minute walk to the beach or wander into the town a couple of minutes away, you will find some fantastic restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)

Please note: Engaged with local incentives to lower energy savings all air conditioning units are on a timer and available for up to 12 hours.

– On-street parking will be available. You will always find enough space for 2 or more cars.
