Direct access to the sea is available and if you would rather soak up the sun on a beach with warm soft sand you’ll be pleased to hear that the nearest sandy beach, which has been awarded an international Blue Flag for its quality, safety and water quality, is a leisurely less than10 minute stroll away. Villa JC is an extremely spacious sophisticated villa and boasts over 700 square meters located on a plot of 2,200 square meters. The vast and yet comfortable living room has 80 m2 with expansive sea views and tall ceilings. The dining area is a large 40 m2. Both areas with their marvellous sea views are perfect for relaxing or impressive socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped and has three fridges (one a large double door American fridge with an ice automatic making machine), three Nespresso coffee machines, a 90 cm professional oven and many extra and personal touches. There are many external terraces with sun loungers and sofas and the main external dining terrace includes a solid teak dining table and benches and a professional barbecue. The heated infinity pool blends perfectly with the sea.The seven bedrooms and study with a double futon sofa bed are ideal for your group. Six bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite and the seventh one has a large separate bathroom with massage shower. All have: Loewe Televisions and satellite TV, Bowers and Wilkins wireless sound systems or iphone/ ipod speakers, hairdryers, independent air conditioning and most have ceiling fans. All of the bedrooms bar one on the ground floor have spectacular sea views and large external terraces. The main suite has a private terrace and an enormous walk through dressing room as well as an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and access to a second bathroom with massage shower.
In total the villa has 7 bathrooms plus a guest bathroom and a separate wc and wash hand basin in the heated Jacuzzi chill out lounge.
Galeon suite. A very spacious suite with its very own private terrace perched on top of the sea with sun loungers to chill out and enjoy the expansive sea view. It has an additional lounge area with a futon sofa bed, a spacious separate dressing room and access to two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bathtub with a panoramic view of the sea and the other with a massage shower.
Schooner suite. A warm suite with clean lines and soothing sea views. The bed and furniture is made of solid oak of a contemporary and stylish design. It has direct acces to a large terrace with spectaular sea views and it’s own bathroom with bath and shower.
Yacht suite A bright and colourful ultra modern suite with amazing sea views and access to a spacious terrace. It has it’s own modern bathroom with a shower.
Clipper suite A romantic large and yet cosy suite with an antique tapestry and solid teak bed and furniture and peaceful sea views. The bathroom is of marble with an oyster shape bath and shower. Direct access to the large terrace overlooking the sea.
Dinghy bedroom, With its bright and happy decoration this enormous bedroom is a paradise for the small and not so small children. It has four single but normal sized beds (two double nest beds), TV and Playstation. The sea views relax the children and the terrace provides additional stimulating play area for them
Corvette suite, A bright and original blue suite with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture. Sea views and direct access to the large terrace. It has it’s own bathroom with a shower.
Llaut suite, The llaut is the traditional Mallorcan fishing boat by excellence. This suite is located on the ground floor so is ideal for guests with limited mobility. It is modern and bright and has it’s own bathroom with a shower.
The spacious 80 m2 salon has English Sky TV in High Definition plus German Astra TV all to be viewed on a state of the art gigantic 75 inch TV Flat screen with a Loewe Home Cinema System for your DVDs plus a Bowers and Wilkins wireless sound system so that you can enjoy all your favourite music. A second Bose sound system is available for use in the Jacuzzi chill out lounge or the external terraces. There is also a Play Station 3.
The separate library and study with Wi-Fi Internet access and antique furniture and desk is perfect for peaceful reading or quietly concentrating on any business needs.
For children a special childproof fence for the pool is available also one of the bedrooms is specially designed as a children’s bedroom with 4 normal size beds a large Loewe TV and Play Station 3 with games. Cots and high chairs are available. The children will also enjoy a special hideaway house with spectacular sea views.
The beautiful relaxing chill out lounge with its large heated Jacuzzi and spectacular sea views is ideal for spending your days and evenings indulging in refreshing cocktails and sipping champagne!
Villa JC is located in a quiet area some 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport. Practically on the doorstep you will find all the general amenities that you may require including various restaurants, bars, a diving centre, a hairdressers, car and bicycle hire, three supermarkets, a ticket agency for local activities, tennis courts, basket ball courts, etc. all within a 2 minute walk. An Aldi supermarket is less than a 10 minute drive away and a Lidl is just a further one minute drive away.
Palma Town, voted the Best City of the World by the Times, is a short 15 minute drive away or if you prefer you can travel by bus which stops outside the villa and takes some 40 mins or take a taxi.
