Description
A beautiful Spanish style private holiday Finca in Mallorca, set in extensive grounds with a large private pool. Villa Lemoni has 4 air conditioned bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. The villa is located on a quiet back road on the outskirts of Port Andratx. The Port is a couple of minutes drive away, or an easy 15/20 minute walk. There are sandy beaches, places of interest and golf courses all within a short drive.
Villa Lemoni is on a 12,000 sq.mtr plot. The grounds are maintained beautifully and are surrounded by Lemon trees and established native plants.
The large pool, approximately 5 x 10 mtrs, is located at the bottom of the garden where you’ll also find a covered rustic pool bar, changing room, shower, toilet and barbecue area.
There are several outdoor seating areas, both covered and open set among the fruit trees. The property is secure with an electronic entrance gate and the villa is set well back from the road.
The indoor living space is made up of an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area, there are bi-folding doors to open the space right up and allow easy access to the terrace areas.
There is a TV with Sky satellite channels. The villa also has a wireless internet connection.
Outside the double French doors is a large terrace area and covered bar, with soft seating and table for al fresco dining.
The country kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large gas oven and hob and all necessary crockery and cutlery. There is a separate outdoor utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor one double with terrace access and one twin, both have en-suite bathrooms, upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double, both bedrooms have a small terrace area with stunning views over the pool/garden area, the upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.
The resort of Port Andratx has much to offer whilst keeping traditional Mallorcan charm. There is a fantastic marina and exclusive shops bars and restaurants. Golfers will be happy with the 18 hole golf course at Golf de Andratx.
