Description
Designer villa, with spectacular sea views, on the beach in Mal Pas. The house has direct access to the two beaches with crystal clear waters on which it is located, the Sant Pere beach and the Sant Joan beach. Those are two sandy beaches, open to the Bay of Pollensa and overlooking the Cape Formentor.
It is an impressive villa with pool, with a beautiful garden, located in the well-known area of Mal Pas, just 2 kilometers from the beautiful walled city of Alcudia.
The house is composed of a main house and a guest area and pool.
The main house has on the ground floor a large and bright living room with open kitchen and direct access from the living room to the front terrace of the house, with stunning views of the sea. From the kitchen area, also with sea views, we also access directly to the porch located next to the pool. On this same floor we also find an office with library overlooking the sea and a toilet.
On the first floor we find a large and bright master bedroom with bathroom en suite and a separate bath tub in the bedroom. Both, bedroom and bathroom, have stunning sea views thanks to its huge windows that make up the entire facade. On this same floor we find another bedroom with double bed, bathroom en suite and access to a private terrace with sea views. In addition, we have two other bedrooms, one also with double bed and one with bunk beds, both with views to the garden and the pool of the house and both share a terrace and bathroom.
On the top floor we find a splendid terrace located on the roof with stunning views of the sea and the mountains.
In the garden, after the pool, we find a bathroom for the pool, as well as a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
In the basement, we find the laundry and cleaning area of the house.
This property is only available on request, minimum 7 night stay.

- A booking fee of £75 will be charged on every booking
- A 30% deposit will be requested upon booking
- All bookings will be subject to pay the Balearics ecotax of €2.20 per adult per night
- Refundable security deposit of £2000 is payable for this property
