This beautiful, impressive Mediterranean two-storey villa is situated just 5 minutes walking from the Santa Ponsa Tennis Academy and a short walk from the town centre and upmarket chic marina Port Adriano. The villa offers superb accommodation with charm and style in its detail and layout.

Description

The villa is approached via electric security gates and a long, curved driveway through pristine gardens and far-reaching mountain views. It is set in a very private 1.5-acre plot offering complete privacy and tranquillity.

The front door opens into a large hallway with a study area. Walls of windows on both sides of the property let the warm Mallorcan sunshine flood into the main living space.
 
On the ground floor, there is a very large, open plan reception room, with bi-folding doors that open onto the pool terrace area, there is the dining area, a separate snug lounge/TV room and a fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room. All the rooms have direct access to the wonderful outside space which offers a flat grassed garden area, various terrace areas with shade and full sun and a good-sized pool, approximate 12 x 4 meters. 
 
The ground floor is also where the beautiful master bedroom suite, which oozes elegance and opulence, complete with its beautiful en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobes and dressing area and access to the garden/terrace.
 
Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, 1 x doubles and 2 x twin rooms all with fitted wardrobes and 3 more bathrooms. There is air conditioning throughout the property and some very desirable design features.
 
The property also has a separate “Casita” which serves as the fifth bedroom, this has its own bathroom and kitchenette and is also air-conditioned.  There is an additional charge for the use of the guest apartment.
 
The grounds are immaculately maintained, with a large pool, sun loungers and parasols, external dining, a Webber BBQ & comfortable external sofas, there are gorgeous far-reaching views over the surrounding landscape & mountains beyond, where you can relax with a glass of wine & enjoy the stunning sunsets.

Change over is flexible

A £75 booking Admin Fee will be added to the rates below The rates are upto 8 people in the main house if the casita is required there will be an addtional cost of £800 payable per week

There is a security deposit required for this property of £1250, this is held on a credit card for the duration of your stay and returned within 7 to 14 days of your departure

    Wonderful house with lots of bathrooms to go with the bedrooms! Nice location, walking distance to town, and nice views towards the mountains. Well equipped with a nice covered outdoor seating area. Love this part of Mallorca.
