This lovely bright refurbished apartment is located just 25m from the Pine Walk and beach, in one of the most sought-after positions of Puerto Pollensa. This area is where the original fishing village began before tourism became the focal point of the port, many locals consider this area to be the real Puerto Pollensa.
Situated just off Pine Walk close to the Pine Walk´s picturesque sandy cove beaches and close to the Illa D´Or Hotel. The sandy beach and promenade are just a few steps away.
The apartment has a lounge/dining area with comfortable modern furniture, flat screen television & DVD. Patio doors open onto the terrace, furnished with table and chairs. There are three bedrooms ( with twin beds, and large double bed), sleeping a total of 6 guests. There are 2 bathrooms which have walk in style showers, no baths.
Air conditioning is available in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge / salon area. There is a contemporary fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hotplates and dishwasher.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2 adult/night).

Just back from a fantastic 10 nyts in this apartment, It was perfect for the two of us, clean, spacious, clean comfortable beds, good sized bathroom with a great shower, and the terrace was my favourite thing, every night we sat at night and in the mornings looking out over to the sea & boats. Puerto Pollensa itself is a beautiful place so laid back, quiet, and family friendly. I felt really safe here. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone these apartments :-)
Our holiday was fantastic and the apartment was beautiful. We were very impressed with the apartment and found it clean, modern and well equipped. The pool area was lovely and it was a great place to cool off after a hot day on the beach. The directions to the apartment were spot on (it was where I suspected) and collecting the keys was smooth; it was nice to find the apartment ready when we arrived at about 2:30pm as we weren't expecting it to be, since we were early and the whole resort very busy. I have found dealing with your company very easy; everyone I have dealt with has been helpful and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate using vidavillas again.

Our stay went very well, the beach is nearby (2 min walk), the seabed beautiful with many fish. Other beaches are nearby 5 min walk.The pool is nice and there were few people during our stay.Only negative point, the lack of dishes (we were 5 adults). Good value for money! I recommend.

Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!
Such a beautiful villa, simply stunning. We had the best time and the villa made that happen. The location is great only a short drive into town and Alcúdia also on the door step. Such a peaceful location and the everything you could possibly want is provided for you. Thank you very much.

We had a great week at the Estern Finca and felt very comfortable there. The more than 100 year old finca has been lovingly renovated and is very well maintained.The pool in the middle of the beautiful outdoor area is a dream come true.There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday.The location of the complex is ideal, it is very quiet, but you are also very quickly on the beautiful beaches and in the surrounding cities.

very nice villa with 1 pool facing south so sun all day. Not overlooked, sheltered from outdoor eyes. Very nice owner. Good quiet location, you would need a car for shopping.
We stayed there for our Easter break with our 2 young children. The apartment was as per pictures. Situated a stone throw from a beautiful beach. Puerto Pollensa and supermarkets only 10 minute drive away.

Amazing villa with a gorgeous swimming pool and garden. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and really comfy matraces. The other three bedrooms are smaller and share bathrooms but still enjoyable. The location is remote, far from from any noise, you can have full privacy. The place is very clean, well equiped, the swimming pool enough big and well maintained. All rooms wit AC. The agency provided excellent service, support and proper communication., we even had luck to meet the owners who were very friendly and hospitable.
Location was perfect. Pool was lovely, also loved having a ping pong table by the side too. Provided with all the kitchen utensils and equipment which was perfect. Loved Can Oli, would certainly stay again! Maybe could have been provided with more toilet rolls and towels as we found ourselves to sun out. Although that was the only negative, everything else was excellent.

Blissful getaway
We stayed at Can Pontico for two weeks in August; two families with children from 10-12. The villa was fantastic for this as there are two separate spaces - one upstairs and one downstairs- each with its own bathroom with a shower in each. The main appeal for us was the stunning location. The views of mountains from all sides made it a really picturesque and relaxing stay. The pool was a great size and a real hit with the kids. The terrace off the kitchen overlooks the pool and mountains and we spent most of our time here. The owner, Juan, was there every few days to clean the pool. He is a wonderful, welcoming person. We visited the amazing spectacle of La Patrona festival, and by pure coincidence found ourselves outside his town house in Pollensa. Juan and his wife insisted we come inside to watch from an upstairs window, giving us all food and drinks. We were very glad to be inside when the crowds and noise became so crazy that we feared we might be crushed! The festival is an amazing week-long celebration at the start of August each year- we’d really recommend it. Beautiful Pollensa was a 35 minute walk away. After a week, we found the safe route to walk ( the main road is not safe!) We thought it would have been helpful to have an information book in the Villa, detailing this walk and other places to visit. Other info such as rubbish disposal, linen change etc would have been helpful. Having said that, any questions we had were quickly answered by Vida Villas or Juan. We visited Cala Saint Vincent- great for snorkelling, the caves at Campanet and the beautiful Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa. The Sunday Market in Pollensa is fantastic for food and crafts. Overall a wonderful holiday in a fantastic location- we’d love to return!
An ideal location in the heart of the town.
We took a chance on Mallorca, Pollensa in particular, and this property on a last minute whim and we were not disappointed! The property is decorated to a high standard and nicely furnished. The air-con was very welcome when needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the terrace ideal for sitting out in the shade. The location is fabulous, a few minutes walk to the famous Pollensa steps and the town centre. Just right for a morning stroll to get breakfast in the town square and not too far to walk back after supper! Pollensa town has much to offer, including wonderful market on Sunday. But if it is sand and sea you want, you will not be disappointed - less than a 10 minute drive (or a slightly longer cycle on a dedicated cycle path), you are on the beach. We only scratched the surface of what Pollensa and the surrounding area has to offer and we do hope to return again one day to discover more.
I could go on......but I think anyone reading this will have got the point of this review - book! If you want a town location within a few miles, excellent facilities and a comfortable property to stay in - this is for you!

We had a fantastic time at the villa and everything was just how we imagined it. Perfect for a large family holiday with plenty of space and a ideal location to explore the island.We met the owner on several occasions and he was charming. Can’t fault the place.
Great location with bus stop right outside the door for trips to other towns Spacious villa with big ensuite bedrooms. Outside space fantastic too. New sun loungers and umbrellas was good to see.Mid week clean service is nice. 2nd visit to this villa and it is a firm favourite of our family. Rattan comfy seats outside for maximum of 5 people when the villa sleeps 8, meant people had to sit on the harder chairs.
