Located in the Historic Old Town of Pollensa, the house is a short stroll from the famous Plaza Mayor main square where you will find the artisan centre of this beautiful Mallorcan town. Packed with bistros, cafe bars and eateries, there is also an array of independent local arts, crafts, jewellery and fashion shops and outlets.
The house has been constantly improved and updated by the owners always utilising the best quality materials with close attention to detail. The house was originally built in the mid-18th-century and it's unusual in that it's detached which is a rare find in the medieval part of the old town.There's a lot of privacy to be found on the rear terrace and pool area, and you can enjoy all the benefits that you could with a much larger garden. You have a Webber kettle-style smoker BBQ, outside dining table with 6 chairs and a couple of sunbeds to top up your tan (there are another two fold up beds available stored away).
Upstairs off the master bedroom is access to the sundowner terrace which gives you an extra hour of sun before you have to think about retiring to prepare yourself to stroll along to the Plaza for an evening cocktail and dinner.Inside the house, it's completely equipped for anyone that would like to test out their culinary skills and rustle up some fantastic dishes using the fabulous array of local produce that can be shopped in the local deli's and farm produce shops locally. Range style stainless steel Bosch cooker , Nespresso coffee maker and handy microwave. You will also find a dishwasher, fridge freezer, juicers and processors to make your holiday effortlessly easy.
In the main receptions room, there is an LCD Smart Tv for catching up with the latest movies, entertainment or events, you can connect you Netflix or Prime accounts and effortlessly stream Ultra HD with the lightning-quick fibre optic high-speed wireless internet.
Too hot? No, problem centralised airconditioning cleverly installed within the building fabric will cool you down, split units are also available in the bedrooms. Too Cold? Put the air conditioning on the reverse and warm the place up, or if you need a bit extra there are wall radiators for the chilly months. If you want to visit the Abulqassim Townhouse in winter then there is also a wood-burning stove to keep you toasty warm for a romantic night in.Also at the Abulqassim Townhouse, the pool can be heated to an ambient temperature of around 27 degrees* which allows year-round use of this lovely facility.
In the courtyard terrace is also a Bluetooth speaker so you can play your favourite chill-out tunes and create the perfect vibe. If you have young children, the Abulqassim Townhouse has a pool fence that can be errected on request.
Bedrooms:Ground floor there is a single bedroom with an desk and chair that can be used by anyone needing a quiet space to catch up with whats going on back home.Upstairs, the master bedroom has a 180cm super kingsize bed, large built wardrobes and it's own en-suite with a feature bath crafted out of local stone, with large rain shower overhead.There is another double bedroom with 150cm kingsize bed and also a third bedroom with twin single comfortable beds.*Change over day is normally Saturday. A friend and I have just spent a wonderful week in Pollencao. It is exactly as described - the photos depict it well and all of the details of the property are accurate. We were really pleased to have found the house to be spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Vida Villas answered our emails swiftly and attentively before our arrival and provided us with plenty of helpful details about the house, travel arrangements and local information. Simon also made sure that we had clear instructions for how to get the keys to the house.
The welcome hamper on arrival was a very nice touch and the concept of a rolling stock in the pantry is a really good idea. The restaurants suggested provided excellent food and are just a few minutes' walk from the house. We sampled plenty of paella meals and tapas dishes. Pollenca is largely untouched from the commercial tourism found in other resorts and there really is a feeling of living in traditional 'Old Spain' when staying there. Driving through the narrow streets was a real experience! Puerto Pollenca (the beach!) is only about a 10 minute drive, public transport is good (1 hour bus to Palma) and the mountains, caves, cathedrals, monasteries, churches, towns, beautiful countryside and coastal areas are all readily accessible. Overall, it was a superb holiday in a delightful town house.

House full of character, very pleasant and well equipped, perfectly placed in Pollenca. Communication is perfect, simple and effective. This region of the island is very varied: Cap de Formentor, mountains, villages, beaches and coves (Sa Calobra sublime). The period (first week of November) is ideal (swimming, hiking and cycling without heat and with fewer people). Great stay!

Very nice bathrooms/showers and lovely Master bedroom with huge comfortable bed. The single beds were unfortunately not so good. Ok for young children but not adults or my teenagers! Yes parking is quite tricky near the villa, but there were always spaces on the edge of town. Overall, a great holiday over Easter for an active family. We really enjoyed exploring Northern Majorca. Would definitely return to Pollensa.

Fantastic home for a fantastic stay. We loved our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time away. Top tips from us - don’t stress about parking, the roads are very narrow and parking isn’t easy so use the car park on the way in to Pollensa. It’s only a 5 minute walk and is very safe. There is a lovely bakery just 2 minute walk away on the main road in and not far from the chemist. Enjoy!
Tolles Haus mitten in den Altstadtgassen von Pollenca. Das Haus liegt trotzdem sehr ruhig und weitestgehend uneinsehbar von der Nachbarschaft. Das Haus befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand und ist toll ausgestattet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Mit Pool und Klimaanlage war es auch bei großer Hitze jederzeit völlig einspannend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in der altstadt bringt es mit sich, dass es manchmal schwierig ist Parkplätze in Nähe des Hauses zu finden, allerdings gibt es im Umkreis genügend Parkplätze.

Charming and lovely townhouse in the old part of Pollenca. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. House is really well equipped. ACs in all the rooms meant it was never too hot even in the August. High walls give a lot of privacy and also make the sun more bearable. Pool was lovely. We quickly got used to parking in the side streets around the house, but it is also possible to park slightly outside the town. We used a car to go Puerto Pollenca to get to the fantastic beaches. Their Internet was good enough for video calls for work Communication with the manager was easy and quick. Would clearly recommend and also go back
Wonderful stay in authentic old Mallorcan town
Vida Villas helped us out at extremely short notice when our original accommodation flooded the day before we were due to arrive! Nothing was too much trouble and the booking was speedily completed. Despite the short notice, everything in the house was beautifully prepared and presented in time for our arrival.
Not only is Pollensa a charming old Mallorcan town but it is also blessed with a large number of very good quality restaurants to choose from, situated around the main square and the Calvari steps. Our favourite was Q11 restaurant, but we also enjoyed hopping from restaurant to restaurant trying out the tapas. The “Stay” restaurant at Puerto Pollensa can also be recommended for a special meal seated on the terrace sipping aperitifs as the sun sets over the bay.
Walking in the beautiful mountains nearby helped provide an antidote to the delicious meals. Day trips to Deia and the old walled town of Alcudia gave us a glimpse of other areas of interest. Calle Lleo is tastefully modernised and furnished and ideally situated in the heart of the town. However as a consequence of its location the surrounding streets are extremely narrow and it is advisable to hire a smallish sized car to avoid the risk of damaging it driving around in Pollensa. Nonetheless, I can’t wait to go back to Calle Lleo and explore some more – there was far too much to see in one week.

The photos and description of this beautifully designed cottage are extremely accurate with very high quality facilities throughout. The property is small, but rooms are spacious due to the clever design and uncluttered feel. Amazingly instant air con throughout! Fantastic location for the town of Pollensa with cafes, restaurants and shops on the door step. Very quickly got to know the locals who were all very welcoming and friendly. We decided against car hire and found the bus service extremely good (and cheap) with beach 10minutes away and Palma just 45. Loads of really good walks and even spent time at the local sports centre, which is not advertised but has excellent facilities.
This is on our list of best holidays ever, and we have already recommended it to our friends.
An ideal location in the heart of the town.
We took a chance on Mallorca, Pollensa in particular, and this property on a last minute whim and we were not disappointed! The property is decorated to a high standard and nicely furnished. The air-con was very welcome when needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the terrace ideal for sitting out in the shade. The location is fabulous, a few minutes walk to the famous Pollensa steps and the town centre. Just right for a morning stroll to get breakfast in the town square and not too far to walk back after supper! Pollensa town has much to offer, including wonderful market on Sunday. But if it is sand and sea you want, you will not be disappointed - less than a 10 minute drive (or a slightly longer cycle on a dedicated cycle path), you are on the beach. We only scratched the surface of what Pollensa and the surrounding area has to offer and we do hope to return again one day to discover more.
I could go on......but I think anyone reading this will have got the point of this review - book! If you want a town location within a few miles, excellent facilities and a comfortable property to stay in - this is for you!
Great house with plenty of space - parking a problem and a little dangerous with young children and a busy street with cars whizzing past the front door - but all in all FAB!

Brilliant location a very short toddle to the sea! The resort was pretty quiet in May, but there were enough shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep us fed and watered.The apartment itself was spacious, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a family of four. We loved the balcony (the view!) and the pool was great for a quick dip. We would go back in a flash. Minor quibbles; The parking for the apartments is pretty tight, and there was no space for us when we arrived or for much of our stay. However, there is lots of on-street parking available in front of the apartments, so it wasn't a big issue. We understand the restricted hours for the pool, but it would have been lovely to have a swim at 8am or 8pm.
We spent with my family 5 days in the villa. The outdoor environment is a real complement to the house which is just as adorable. Everything is peaceful there.
We had a great stay, the villa was very clean and check in was easy. The pool was great too, there was a pool check visit which we weren’t told about but apart from that no issues at all. Views surrounding the villa were superb. Would stay again!
Great place! Felt like home! Furnishings rustic but all clean! Even the pool was cleaned and was gladly used by us! On the 3rd day, we even got unsolicited fresh towels. The mattresses from the single beds were very soft, the double bed only 140-160cm but comfortable!

Superbly located finca close to Pollenca. Large parking space directly at the finca, but this is not easy to reach with a larger car. Great outdoor area with lounge corner, pool and real pizza oven (for heating you have to plan 3h). The Finca is also suitable early in the year, as it is heatable. Everything is very clean, large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area, modern bathroom. But this is also the case in other parts of the island. We can thoroughly recommend the finca.
Thank you so much for a brilliant holiday home. My wife absolutely loved the pool!We went there with our two teenage sons and their two friends. It was ideally located and allowed us all a little space and freedom.
We were in the accommodation with a group of 5 people. We were immediately in love, the place is fantastically beautiful. The train stop is within walking distance and a direct connection to Palma can be reached in 30 minutes. It was a completely successful vacation, we will come back in any case.

The villa is in traditional style so it stays nice and cool inside, plus the AC works well. It is quite well soundproofed so good for sleeping. There is a large terrace on the first floor which has nice views and is lovely to sit on - only accessed through two bedrooms. The pool is lovely and there are 10 good sun loungers and a few umbrellas. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions. The area is quiet and peaceful - you do need a car to go anywhere, but it’s a very short drive to both Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa. The only negative was there were loads of mosquitoes however, this is probably the same across the whole area in summer.
everything was spotless, the service at the top. Very nice view from the apartment .nice walks , the nearby beach is supervised .a few very nice restaurants and bars around. I would like to emphasize the responsiveness of the team, the pool despite it being underneath is not noisy because people really respect. Very friendly entertainment in the city. I highly recommend this place!
This house is brilliant! It's absolutely huge, spacious rooms, all very comfy with high quality linens, towels etc. Spotlessly clean. Awesome pool and outside area! The host is fantastic! Went above and beyond to help us and ensure we were happy. Very impressed! Would definitely return!
Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!
Superb Family Holiday
Our family had the most wonderful holiday in the Font Llobera Villa. 2 mins to the very picturesque Plaza Major with its cobbled streets and fantastic restaurants and bars. 5 mins to the local supermarkets (Eroski and Lidl). 10 mins to puerto pollensa (pine walk) and cala st vincent stunning beach cove. This was our second holiday to pollensa and would highly recommend this villa and pollensa. Couldn't have asked for more from the villa, all very clean tidy lots of space. 10m swimming pool and superb views with every amenity on the doorstep.

Great property, isolated and quiet location so you need a car, but great position between Pollenca and Port of Pollenca. Roomy, clean. Nice pool and gardens. Highly recommend. Easy in/out process and communications.

Lovely tranquil location, beautiful spacious villa, big private pool in lovely garden.
This country house is spread over three houses on one plot. All houses are equipped with full kitchen and private equipped living area. Ideal for multiple families or friends travelling together. Not good if you want all people, for example, Children, would like to have in one house. The villas are absolutely perfectly equipped, the atmosphere is to be outstanding Majorcan without "over-styled". A nice couple, in English, makes Housekeeping full perfection and passion. They even help the purchases were done prior to our arrival and during the stay. We had the most fun at the central pool with barbecue and fully equipped kitchen. There are four kitchens. And two swimming pools. And best of all: A very well-kept, already established table-tennis table. An absolute recommendation!
The stay was very good. Starting from the communication of the administration before check-in to the cleanliness of the finca until check out. The finca is within walking distance of Pollenca. Location is good and very quiet. The immediate neighbors do not bother and you will not get it. There were three of us in the accommodation and everyone had plenty of space. There is a pool, BBQ, and a house. Very good we found the change of towels and a small complete cleaning of the finca after 4 days. Negative were that upon our arrival there were no "small basic equipment", such as cleaning products, rags, dishwasher tablets, spices, oil or toilet paper. However, the criticism is high standard as we know it from other fincas. The missing air conditioning was not needed. Overall, I would book the finca again for a short spontaneous trip!

The situation of the villa is brilliant: peaceful and quiet. It is set in a valley between two mountains and surrounded by farmland. There is a road running through the valley but it is quite far from the villa and the noise from traffic is minimal. The only other noise is the tinkling of goat and sheep bells which is lovely. The villa is very well equipped. There is a wonderful huge covered patio with a large table with eight chairs. The pool is excellent. Very clean and very pretty. There is another large garden table there with eight garden chairs and there are eight sun-loungers. The built-in BBQ by the pool is excellent. The villa is a couple of miles from the resort of Cala San Vincent which is pretty but very crowded and the beaches are mainly shingle and rock. We only went there once. The rest of the time we went to Puerto de Pollenca which is only a ten-minute drive away and has a fantastic, huge sandy beach and loads of good restaurants.
Reply: Thanks for the review, there are 3 sandy beaches at Cala Sant Vincent, 2 which cannot be seen from the road, the 4th cove at the very end is only rocks.
