This delightful two bedroom villa offers a very convenient location just 20 minutes walk to the old town of Pollensa and less than 10 minutes drive to the beach resort of Port Pollensa.
This quality villa has a great combination of traditional and modern fittings. From a large shaded porch you enter a hallway that gives access to a nice, large lounge with Smart TV and a dining area with French doors leading to the side garden and pool areas. There is also a large air conditioned fitted kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher and from there, access to the exterior side of the property. Two bedrooms offer ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. The first bedroom, accessible from the main sitting room, with direct views of the pool. The master bedroom, located at the rear of the house, boasts a double sofa and an ensuite bathroom.
The covered terrace, which is well furnished for al fresco dining, faces the large lawned garden where the swimming pool takes pride of the place. There is also a separate shower room and a spacious utility area where the washing machine is located. Finally there is a brick built-in barbecue for your enjoyment.
Villa Acojedor is a very comfortable villa set in a pretty country setting close to the town of Pollensa ideal for families with children. The villa has air conditioning units in the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen.

Cracking little villa in a great location. Villa was as described, but did feel a little tired inside - kitchen in particular. However it had all the amenities requires. Communication prior to check was good. Would recommend having a hire car so you can get to the shops/take bins but more importantly visit some of local areas. You can walk to the shops and Pollenca is also only a short walk awayWould definitely visit again.

Great stay. Location had a few flaws but passed on a few flaws.Had good communication.Lovely home. However, the second bathroom is not in the house itself. Maybe good to know. We enjoyed it.
The house was even nicer live than in the photos and exceeded our expectations. Very modern clean and furnished with taste. Would definitely return.
Our stay in the villa was great. The property is large and offers lots of common areas to spend time with the closest ones. Everything was clean and if there was the slightest problem the host took action immediately. The location of the house and garden offers absolute privacy and is perfect for people who like to be surrounded by greenery and love peace and quiet. We would definitely come back here again!

The Villa and its location are second to none. Just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Pollença old town but far enough in the countryside to make you feel like you’re on a retreat. The Villa itself is beautiful. Typically Spanish in style but with a contemporary take. Clean, spotless actually, and a real home from home. The pool area is fantastic and the table football, table tennis and bbq really added to a family feel. My 18 month old son loved it!Oh and the port is just 8 min drive away with a load more bars and restaurants though I would say the old town is the nicer.Great food and live music in the square, all just 10 mins walk away.Perfect stay.
The villa was beautiful and the location is perfect for being close to Pollenca. Really spacious, comfy bed and furniture and really well equipped with everything we needed and more. There was a lovely welcome gift of wine and some essentials, milk, juice, tea etc. The villa was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was very cold but to be expected in October! The only complaint was the machine/ chain saw noise from a neighbour for most days of our stay which did spoil the tranquility, but not really something the villa owners can help and probably wouldn’t be a regular thing, just unlucky for us. Overall a great villa and lovely location.
We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The outside terrace is perfect. There’s a parasol outside for shade which I don’t think was in the photos. It was definitely needed for us with having a 2year old. This place is great for families! The garden is green and lush with flowers. Everything is well maintained. I particularly liked that after 5days housekeeping came to change the towels and sheets for us. I would highly recommend staying here!
The place is in impeccable condition and very clean and maintained. It has a nice ambiance. The light installations are very nice, especially in the evening.We really had an exceptionally beautiful stay and the right place to relax.a lot of peace and quiet is guaranteed.Hence my unreserved recommendation.
I booked the finca for 8 days with my wife and our son - it looked like in the photos - the location was very good, shopping such as Lidl or Eroski are only two minutes away by car - 4 very nice beaches are only 10 minutes away by car. We also met the owner - Rosa is a very nice person and it was mostly all to our satisfaction.

We (family with 3 kids) were totally thrilled. The finca is absolutely quietly located, has its own pool, which is a true blessing in the heat, and a shady outdoor terrace.We took trips to cities and beaches close by almost every day.There is nothing to complain about - the mosquitoes were a bit annoying, but that's probably due to the unusually hot week we were there (early July).
We had a nice stay, everything was clean as well as the pool and the view was fantastic. Definitely worth returning again.
Very good location if you have a car. Pool size is very good. Very solid choice for a group of 6 to 8 people. It is 10 min drive to many good spots however, walking could be a bit challenging.
Top location, very nice surroundings. Sea view from balcony in beautiful bay. Cottage in good condition, clean and good amenities. only negative was you could hear the neighbours. Luckily it was another quiet family, so the nuisance was not so bad.
We stayed as a multi generation family group and this villa suited us perfectly. My parents slept in the top level bedroom and theteenagers in the had the use of the room downstairs.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need and we were impressedwith the welcome pack. Our towels were changed mid weekand the villa was spotless on arrival. One of the twin mattresses was uncomfortable and the doordownstairs shower doors are ill fitting and difficult to close.
20 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Pollenca and yet surrounded by nature. A wonderful little oasis for those looking for some peace and quiet. Uncomplicated check-in, the hosts come 1x a week and bring fresh towels, they are very friendly and accommodating. Great little pool and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A small note: a basic set of spices (salt, pepper) would be wonderful.Thanks for the great stay, gladly again!
Very nice location, but a car is logically necessary here. Pollença is quickly accessible and the city has good parking in contrast to other cities. Between the mountains and great views, there are good connections to beautiful hiking trails. The Airbnb was clean and had everything necessary on site, the location offers privacy from third parties and the view of the mountains is not neglected. The house is in generally good condition, but not exceptional. For this, the driveway and the garden are nicely maintained and it is great to enjoy the day outside. The pool works perfectly and overall the Airbnb is highly recommended. For all travelers, the hiking trails on site are worth looking at and offer great views.
We loved our stay. The place is perfectly located with easy beach access. We cook a lot and the kitchen was fantastic with more than everything we needed. Great host and followed up on anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful and wifi speed was great for us which is important because we were working most of the time we were there. We loved the patio and beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back!
We loved our stay at this charming beautiful villa. It was exactly as shown in the picture with the backyard pool area especially great for hanging out and enjoying the Mallorca sunshine. We liked the location in a quiet neighborhood of villas outside of Pollenca with the Sant Maria center square and numerous restaurants still within walking distance. The host was very responsive to each of my inquiries. We look forward to returning to Mallorca and to this villa in our next vacation to the island.

Great spot, the villa is a great place to stay, clean, all the amenities you need, great for children/ families too. Parking on street usually available. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the beach. Bar/ restaurant over the road too. Communication was always prompt where needed. Cala Sant Vicente is such a lovely place, this was our second time visiting and will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa. When we first arrived we couldn’t quite believe that this is where we actually booked. The property, location and scenes were much better than the pictures. It was so serene and peaceful.Everything was immaculate and we were blown away by the location and views this property had to offer. We would 100% recommend this villa. We felt right at home.If there was one thing we had to be picky about is that the pool wasn’t heated and our young children didn’t get to enjoy it as much, but I’m sure that wouldn’t be a problem in the hotter months.Thanks for the stay.

The villa was exactly as the photos. Great location being a 7 minute drive to Pollenca, 12 mins to Puerto Pollenca and 40 mins from Palma. Peaceful location and the outdoor area was the reason we chose this villa. The pool was brilliant and there are plenty of areas to sit and eat, relax or sunbathe. The outdoor kitchen was good for the hot plate and bbq’s.Our children loved our week here and I would highly recommend the villa. Caiti the owner, was very welcoming and changed our towels mid week, she gave some good recommendations of what was going on in the area and also explained the history of the house.A great holiday and a good location for everything you need. Supermarkets @ 10 min drive away - Lidl and Eroski as you head towards Puerto Pollenca. They stock everything including sun lotion, mosquito repellant and bite soother, all toiletries you will need too.I would recommend hiring a car here to get around the island.
The Villa is wonderful with a beautiful garden and an outstanding pool. I cannot fault anything about the Villa or the hosts.Port de Pollenca is a great place to spend a holiday whether you are adults, children or teenagers. We were all 3 and everyone had a great time.The Villa is a very short drive or a 20 minute walk from the beach. I would recommend a car for both the supermarket but also going further afield as there are many interesting and fun things to do a short drive away.However, the Villa itself made our holiday. Truly magnificent!
Amazing, beautiful villa nestled in the mountainside
This is a fantastic villa and we will definitely be returning. It is surrounded by the Majorcan mountains and has lush green shrubbery around the villa. So relaxing to watch the sun set behind the mountains as you sit around the pool with a beer. Great pool, good size for a family of four, it's actually an infinity pool which you can't see from photos. We played table tennis and cooked giant king prawns and steak on the barbecue. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and all really clean. Beautiful Pollenca town centre is a short 15 minute walk where we would fed the local donkey on the walk there. The villa is on a quiet road with a few other villas around it. There's two showers and WC's. Villa is lovely and clean and is owned by James, a really great guy who lives along the road. He left a brilliant welcome pack with everything we needed to cook dinner that night and alcohol. If you're a family of two, three or four and looking for a beautiful villa surrounded by beauty then book this place.

Nice quiet place, good for retreating, pans in the kitchen would still be good.But aside from this little thing, everything was tip top. Lidl is nearby (by car) .Host very friendly and responds quickly. Glad to come back!
