This delightful two bedroom villa offers a very convenient location just 20 minutes walk to the old town of Pollensa and less than 10 minutes drive to the beach resort of Port Pollensa.
This quality villa has a great combination of traditional and modern fittings. From a large shaded porch you enter a hallway that gives access to a nice, large lounge with Smart TV and a dining area with French doors leading to the side garden and pool areas. There is also a large air conditioned fitted kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher and from there, access to the exterior side of the property. Two bedrooms offer ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. The first bedroom, accessible from the main sitting room, with direct views of the pool. The master bedroom, located at the rear of the house, boasts a double sofa and an ensuite bathroom.
The covered terrace, which is well furnished for al fresco dining, faces the large lawned garden where the swimming pool takes pride of the place. There is also a separate shower room and a spacious utility area where the washing machine is located. Finally there is a brick built-in barbecue for your enjoyment.
Villa Acojedor is a very comfortable villa set in a pretty country setting close to the town of Pollensa ideal for families with children. The villa has air conditioning units in the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen.

Cracking little villa in a great location. Villa was as described, but did feel a little tired inside - kitchen in particular. However it had all the amenities requires. Communication prior to check was good. Would recommend having a hire car so you can get to the shops/take bins but more importantly visit some of local areas. You can walk to the shops and Pollenca is also only a short walk awayWould definitely visit again.

Great stay. Location had a few flaws but passed on a few flaws.Had good communication.Lovely home. However, the second bathroom is not in the house itself. Maybe good to know. We enjoyed it.
The house was even nicer live than in the photos and exceeded our expectations. Very modern clean and furnished with taste. Would definitely return.
Our stay in the villa was great. The property is large and offers lots of common areas to spend time with the closest ones. Everything was clean and if there was the slightest problem the host took action immediately. The location of the house and garden offers absolute privacy and is perfect for people who like to be surrounded by greenery and love peace and quiet. We would definitely come back here again!

The Villa and its location are second to none. Just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Pollença old town but far enough in the countryside to make you feel like you’re on a retreat. The Villa itself is beautiful. Typically Spanish in style but with a contemporary take. Clean, spotless actually, and a real home from home. The pool area is fantastic and the table football, table tennis and bbq really added to a family feel. My 18 month old son loved it!Oh and the port is just 8 min drive away with a load more bars and restaurants though I would say the old town is the nicer.Great food and live music in the square, all just 10 mins walk away.Perfect stay.
The villa was beautiful and the location is perfect for being close to Pollenca. Really spacious, comfy bed and furniture and really well equipped with everything we needed and more. There was a lovely welcome gift of wine and some essentials, milk, juice, tea etc. The villa was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was very cold but to be expected in October! The only complaint was the machine/ chain saw noise from a neighbour for most days of our stay which did spoil the tranquility, but not really something the villa owners can help and probably wouldn’t be a regular thing, just unlucky for us. Overall a great villa and lovely location.
We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The outside terrace is perfect. There’s a parasol outside for shade which I don’t think was in the photos. It was definitely needed for us with having a 2year old. This place is great for families! The garden is green and lush with flowers. Everything is well maintained. I particularly liked that after 5days housekeeping came to change the towels and sheets for us. I would highly recommend staying here!
The place is in impeccable condition and very clean and maintained. It has a nice ambiance. The light installations are very nice, especially in the evening.We really had an exceptionally beautiful stay and the right place to relax.a lot of peace and quiet is guaranteed.Hence my unreserved recommendation.
I booked the finca for 8 days with my wife and our son - it looked like in the photos - the location was very good, shopping such as Lidl or Eroski are only two minutes away by car - 4 very nice beaches are only 10 minutes away by car. We also met the owner - Rosa is a very nice person and it was mostly all to our satisfaction.

Wonderful property, perfect location
As soon as we entered this beautiful villa we knew we were gonna have a great time. We felt instantly at home, and loved exploring all the different quirky areas. Six of us stayed there....me and my husband, our three children (18, 16 and 12) and my son's girlfriend. We have stayed in villas in and around Pollenca a few times before so we knew we loved the area. This villa is by far the best one we have stayed in. There were a number of different outside areas giving us plenty of space to either spread out or socialise. The pool was perfect - just the right size and we particularly liked the lighting inside the pool...making night time swimming lots of fun! The garden was an added bonus...tomatoes, peppers and chillies freshly picked were delicious! The location is perfect....stunning views of the town and surrounding hills and mountains. We were lucky enough to be there during the festival and had a spectacular view of the lights and fireworks.... The town is an easy 5 - 10 minute stroll down the hill, making it perfect for exploring the lovely streets of Pollenca with its wonderful restaurants, art galleries, shops and cafes. All in all a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa...definitely want to go back.....

Exactly as described and on the photos - nice outdoor area and quiet surroundings. Unfortunately there were many mosquitos which made being outside difficult - this may be seasonal and it is outside the hosts control. Agent was fantastic with their communications and in helping us with fans, check-ins and the extra cot.
We were super satisfied with the villa and would always book it again. The garden was the absolute highlight, incredibly well maintained and really beautifully landscaped. Here, the children could also play very well incl. Small playground in the shade. The house is very spacious and super divided. Living and sleeping area is separated from each other. A magnificent terrace facing sunrise complete the whole. Everything you need for a great cozy stay is available.

Really nice townhouse, spotlessly clean. The pool area is great, and the top level terrace is a great spot for sunbathing & sun downer drinks.Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can need (and more!)Some of the bathrooms are a little small, but absolutely fine. Great to have the cleaners in midweek to clean & change towels. Location is really convenient, easy to stop car outside and drop cases etc. On street parking nearby. The management team are very responsive, and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Would definitely book again.

We had a great family holiday with Colin. The house is very spacious, as is the swimming pool which is very nice. It is well located for exploring the north of the island. The beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. We recommend the house without hesitation.
The space is spacious for a family of five and as described. It is well located but I recommend a car. The lockbox is convenient to arrive and leave the listing at any time when you have a plane that takes off or lands in the night.
The garden in April is beautiful with lemon trees and orange trees full of fruit. There are also beautiful olive trees and other fruit trees.
House full of character, very pleasant and well equipped, perfectly placed in Pollenca. Communication is perfect, simple and effective. This region of the island is very varied: Cap de Formentor, mountains, villages, beaches and coves (Sa Calobra sublime). The period (first week of November) is ideal (swimming, hiking and cycling without heat and with fewer people). Great stay!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft am Rand von Pollença. Das Haus und der Pool waren sauber und gepflegt. Ländliche Umgebung und ruhig. Ich kann das Haus weiterempfehlen. Alles war super. Vielen Dank an das äußerst freundliche Vermieterpaar.
The finca is truly a dream with beautiful, idyllic and above all large garden! Everything is very lovingly laid out and the house is also very stylish and furnished with love. The kitchen is fully equipped and of very high quality. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.
We had a lovely stay at the house. Clean and with lots of amenities. Just a 10 minute drive to local towns. Quiet and private. Check in and out easy. Ping pong table and BBQ a nice touch.Just note that the track up to the house was fairly rough and uneven and this was not mentioned prior to arrival, so just be aware of this - if hiring a car choose a suitable one!
Great stay in the house, very comfortable and with a beautiful garden. We very much appreciated the calm, the splendid view of the valley, theinterior fittings and space in the house. At 7 adults and two young kids, we were very comfortable.The house is close to Formentor, Port Pollença, Alcuidia and is the starting point for many excustions.
The villa was all-you-need if you’re looking for a quiet place located on the same distance from both neighboring villages. The beach line is not that attractive, however it wasn’t promised to be so, according to the villa description and location. Absolutely awesome beaches are located 5-7 minutes drive either direction (we especially liked the one in Port d’Alcúdia).Basically you need a car to get everywhere, even for a minor grocery shopping and closest cafe, but we were well-prepared to that condition:) The house has everything needed for a group of 6+ pax and for our family of 4 it was even larger than needed. Anyway we didn’t ever had bathroom queues. The house is a bit chilly at nights but that’s ok for the spring season and is easily adjusted with electric heaters at night and extra blankets.If you are into sports, running and cycling, that’s another reason to rent this villa. You have a wonderful bike lane to Pollença and further, which starts directly from the gate.
The villa was really gorgeous. Especially the well-kept garden with the pool and the view of the mountains were beautiful. The host even got us groceries for breakfast. The villa is well equipped with all the kitchen appliances you could ask for. The house is very secluded and quiet - pure relaxation.
We really love polllença and the townhouse was a great spot to stay and access all it has to offer. The pool is the perfect size for a dip to escape the mid day heat or a relaxing way to end the day. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped, although a couple are a little snug. The top floor is a really love place to be. An oasis within an oasis, the perfect spot for a pre dinner sundowner! We would certainly come back here for another jaunt into Pollença
Excellent value for money. Small winding path to get there, a little off-center from Pollença, but the city remains easily accessible. We had to ask for basic things (dish soap, garbage bags, dish towels) but they responded quickly when I wrote to them. Have a nice stay!
We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.
