Apartment New York is a beautifully positioned seafront apartment in the heart of Puerto Pollensa, offering uninterrupted views across the bay and direct access to one of Mallorca’s most popular coastal promenades.
Set on the first floor of a modern building with lift access, the apartment is ideal for families or small groups looking for a comfortable beachside base. The open-plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the sea views and open onto a spacious private terrace. It is a lovely spot for morning coffee, relaxed lunches or evening drinks overlooking the water.
The apartment sleeps up to 5 guests across 3 bedrooms. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with beds that can be joined if required, and one single bedroom. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and shower combination.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays and includes an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The apartment also includes air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living area, complimentary WiFi, a Smart TV, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and towels.
The beach is just across the promenade, making this an excellent choice for guests who want to be close to the sea without needing a car. Puerto Pollensa’s restaurants, cafés, shops and amenities are all within easy reach.
Please note that there is no private parking space, although free street parking and public car parks can be found nearby. Bicycles cannot be stored inside the apartment or in the building’s communal areas. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted.

Nice villa with a great pool and lovely views. We would stay again if it weren’t for the road. The pool and outdoor area were great. The location wasn’t great. The road is narrow and it was difficult/dangerous to pull out in the car. There was no mirror to check for oncoming traffic. We had to buy all cleaning supplies, soap etc.
The location is great - great area, great views; a bit adventurous getting to the accommodation:). Pure relaxation - now and then the goats came by. Very nice house! Ideal for two couples - spent great time! Thank you - it was really great!

Owner is very helpful and all round great. Nothing to complain. Pool and back yard is very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Everyone of us thought that place was better than pictures.
Perfect location for cycling holidays. We stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed it a lot. We especially liked the garden with the pool and barbecue area.
Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very nice bathrooms/showers and lovely Master bedroom with huge comfortable bed. The single beds were unfortunately not so good. Ok for young children but not adults or my teenagers!
Yes parking is very tricky near the villa, but there were always spaces on the edge of town.
Overall, a great holiday over Easter for an active family. We really enjoyed exploring Northern Majorca. Would definitely return to Pollensa.

The single beds have now been replaced by brand new very comfortable beds at the property (During season 2018).
We are happy to advise the best places to find parking, it can be tricky especially after 18.00 when the locals start to return in their cars. Parking is free which is a bonus as not many holiday towns have this facility offered without charge. Thanks for the review, glad you enjoyed it.
The perfect villa for a family holiday! With a very comfortable well furnished air conditioned villa, the stunning shady grassy grounds and gorgeous pool we barely left the place all week. Our only ventures were to visit the hidropark at Alcudia which the kids loved and heading out for dinners at the beautiful Pollensa main square and the stunning costal restaurants at Puerto Pollensa. Highly recommend. We’ll be back! X
The villa is conveniently located and beautiful, but on narrow roads. The kitchen is very well equipped. Food for breakfast was also provided. Everything was very clean. Since we had cooler weather, it was a little damp and cool in the house at the beginning. However, we were provided on request immediately a gas heater for the bathroom. The terrace, the garden and the pool are wonderful and in bathing weather this must be a dream. We were a little surprised that there is no air conditioning in the living room (but we would have needed it only for heating). But all in all wonderful, we can recommend the villa without hesitation.
The rooms are well divided (over 2 floors). There is a kitchen with a dining table and you have plenty of seating outside. There is a small roof terrace for romantic evenings under the stars. What more could you want?!

Great apartment in a perfect location
This is a great apartment in a near perfect location, only minutes from one of the best parts of e beautiful beach and many cafés, bars and restaurants of this wonderful resort.
The block is quiet but friendly and the property has all the facilities you would need as a base to get the most out of your holiday. The pool area is a great spot to enjoy the sun and on many days we had it to ourselves. The property was spotless and the service from Vida Villawas excellent. I would recommend this resort and this apartment without reservation. We traveled with our children aged 12 and 8 and the space was perfect.

We had a lovely stay. The pool and the barbecue area were awesome. We stayed outside most of the time and only went inside for sleeping :)
We loved the tranquility of the villa and cleanliness. Swimming pool cleaned daily, great outdoor kitchen for meals, very accessible to go to Pollenca very nice seaside resort.The amenities are impeccable, the beds comfortable. We had a great holiday and recommend this villa and the speed of response from the host.

Lovely villa in a peaceful location about a 20 minute walk from the town. Private pool a definite plus!
House was lovely! Pool area was a letdown to the house (very small and water was very very shallow so not suitable for swimming). Refurbishment on the house was great, though as travelling with small children floors were very very slippy when wet (including shower) and the stairs for top level dangerous (just made sure they didn’t go up there).Overall great house, but if you want to walk to Pollenca note that it’s all on roads (albeit country lanes). Pollenca itself was so lovely!

Had a great week in Pollença the villa was perfect, just as described and more. Garden was exceptional and pool was perfect. Check in and out was super easy, and host was always at hand to answer questions. Kitchen equipment was well kitted out and bbq etc. We would stay again and recommend this highly, but one recommendation is replacing the single mattresses as they were hard. Perfect location for supermarket, and local beaches and towns.
