The property has a large lounge/dining area with comfortable modern furniture, flat screen television & DVD. Patio doors open onto the large terrace furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofa, chairs and coffee table. There are three double bedrooms (2 with twin beds, the other with a large double bed). There are 2 bathrooms one with walk in style shower and the other with bath and shower over head.
There is a modern fitted kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The property is located in one of the most sought-after positions in what many people consider the original Puerto Pollensa . This area is where the original fishing village began before tourism became the focal point of the port, many locals consider this area to be the real Puerto Pollensa. Situated on the Pine Walk in front of the Boquer mountains and overlooking a picturesque sandy cove beach. The views from the large terrace across the bay are fantastic, it is the perfect setting for an evening aperitif or morning coffee. Here you can watch people go by whilst looking at some of the old Mallorquin yacht fishing boats bobbing about on the swinging moorings. The sandy beach and promenade are directly in front of you. Perfect for people watching on an early evening before the heading out to enjoying the cuisine of one of the many superb restaurants close by. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a detached building and has communal gardens. It is accessed via a gate from the street at the back of the building and it is possible to walk within the apartment gardens to a gate on the Pine Walk for easy access to the beach.

Excellent holiday, the apartment was spotless, in an ideal quiet location, a few yards from superb beach with bars and shops a few minutes walk away.
I brought myself and my family on holiday here in October half ter. We had a great time. Colin arranged someone to collect us at the airport and take us to the Apartment. Everything was spot on, clean tidy, plenty of towels etc. The apartments are a couple of meters to the beach and a few minutes to the main square of Puerta Pollensa. There are so many restauarnats to choose from you really are spoilt for choice. The only downside was that we were only there for a week. Definately recomend to anyone with kids, large safe beach, very family orientated place, no rowdy revellers. Perfect, would like to come back in the summer for a bit longer. Great location.

Perfect Family Holiday
We visited the Apartment in August. We found the accommodation very clean and comfortable and we're pleasantly surprised that the standard was actually better than the photographs suggested. The apartments are situated overlooking a beautiful sandy beach cove were the kids enjoyed hours of fun. Along the road from the apartments was another apartment block and Laguna Restaurant which we were also ableto use the facilities of; it had a large pool, bar, restaurant and entertainment for the kids in the day and at night. The prices weren't expensive and overall we had a brilliant time. There is plenty to do in Puerto Pollensa and these apartments are ideally located very close to all the amenities but in a really prime spot. I would definately recomend this for couples and families with children. Vida Villas were very helpfull, they arranged to picked us up at the airport and arranged for our bags to be stored and shower facilities as we had a late flight coming back. Overall excellent.
Pinaret Apartment
We had a lovely holiday here on our first visit to Puerto Pollensa. The owner Colin could not have been more helpful, from arranging transfers to helping us through the disruption which extended our holiday by another 8 days!
The apartment was very clean and well equiped. The pool was also excellent although a bit chilly in April. The beach was very near and quiet and we used the local buses to visit Pollensa, Alcudia and Formentor.
Loads of restaurants and bars nearby, good markets and supermarkets in easy walking distance. We would definitely return here!
We stayed in these apartments October, couldn't fault them at all. Everything you could need for self-catering was available. There is a nicely furnished balcony and the apartments are in a great spot. Nice overlooking a small beach with restaurants and shops. close by. Vida Villas are extremely helpful and can organise travel from airport to apartments for a small fee. Would definitely go again and recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Puerta Pollensa!
Great holiday in October
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We went the first week in Oct and had the little beach to ourselves for the first half of the week. Some very kind previous tenants left a couple of balls and bucket and spade which were made good use of and returned. Also there was a beach umbrella and some books and dvds in the apartment which were a nice surprise. The only negative comment I have is that the WiFi reception isn't great and we found it a bit frustrating. Other than that we were a stones throw from the beech and town and would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay if you have young kids or are older as its very quiet and close to all amenities.
Managers Response: WiFi now works from a different type of connection and is very good.
Lovely, well located appartment
Great apartment and perfect for the four of us - two adults and two small children. Nice to have a small beach being so close. Really well located and only around a 5 minute walk to restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend!

The villa was spotless on arrival, there were no instructions for the safe however this was resolved very quickly after contacting the agents. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A slight negative is the barbecue, a purpose built brick one would be useful. The villages of Buger and Sa Pobla are close by. The Agroturisme Son Pons Hotel is worth a visit for a drink or dinner.
We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.

Beautiful villa with an infinity pool. Terraces to dine on with beautiful views of pool and mountains . Within easy walk of old town of Pollença for amazing variety of restaurants. Really a perfect location and a well maintained villa with beautiful plants not to mention fresh figs from the tree for breakfast! Perfect!

Beautiful location and house
Lovely tranquil location, beautiful spacious villa, big private pool in lovely garden.
The property was a rustic well loved and beautifully appointed finca with enough living space to comfortably house a family of six.The views from the villa across to Pollensa are stunning.Joana and her father were very accommodating hosts and nothing was too much trouble.
The place has a beautiful location. It is elevated so you can look at the mountains &' the sea. It is clean &'equipped with everything you could need for self-catering. The balcony is great for watching the sunset in the evening & to relax again.
Lovely to be back here again
Our second stay at Can Pontico with our family including two little grandsons aged 2 and 5. It was just as lovely as we all remembered it to be. Everything was spotlessly clean as before. We chose this villa mainly because the pool is fenced and the garden is level with lovely lawned areas that have plenty of welcome shade. Also the entrance gates prevent small children from getting out so they could be free to explore and play. This villa is in a peaceful, rural location surrounded by stunning mountains, yet only about a 10 or 15 minute drive to some lovely beaches. Juan, the owner, came up every couple of days to service the pool and check everything was ok. It was so nice to see him again. I hope it won’t be too long before we’re back!!

The villa is great, and it's just a short walk to town, but the outside space is truly magical. It's an incredible setting, gardens are incredible, just a great place to be.
Had a great week at the place! Unfortunately, there are currently a lot of mosquitoes in the area!
Myself and a bunch of friends have just had an incredible stay at this villa. The setting is absolutely stunning, the Villa itself is utterly beautiful and the location is perfect, right in the middle of Pollenca town and the port.We had the most amazing week and simply did not want to leave. We loved it.
The location is beautiful in the country side with a back drop of mountains and a 30 minute walk into Polenca. The garden is private and very peaceful with plenty of shade either on the veranda or under the trees. Internally the kitchen is extremely well equipped the bedrooms are good size with effective air con when required and the sitting room is comfortable. There is a large well shaded veranda with tables and chairs for outside eating.
Lovely villa ideal for families or like us a group of couples who just to wind down,no stress very quiet which is just what we wanted,.
Easy to find with directions provided, the villa was clean and all in good order. Two fridge freezers which was very handy. Lovely pool and the surrounding area, nice comfy beds and plenty of blankets as it does get chilly October time. Close to two big supermarkets. lovey covered bbq area .
Lovely rustic house with a beautiful garden located in a quiet area. You will need a car to get around. The house well situated for driving to both Alcúdia and Pollença.

We were a group of 9 and we found the villa very spacious and relaxing. The pool was great although a couple of outside furniture items need updating. Colin was very helpful and the communication was great. I think this villa is in a great location for visiting Palma and local beaches in Illetes. I would highly recommend it.
Overall, we were happy with the place. If you're listening carefully, you could hear cars passing by. The decor in the kitchen has and in the bathroom was ok, but partly not up to date.
Communication with the property was very good at all times, providing everything you need upon our arrival. The house in general lines is fine, highlighting the pool and barbecue as an added value. However, not having air conditioning is very noticeable and despite having fans, it is very hot.
