To the rear of the dining area an inner stone archway leads through to a separate seating area with guest cloakroom. The well fitted kitchen has many modern amenities including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric oven/gas hob. The exterior utility room houses the washing machine complete with ironing board. The superior master double bedroom has teak fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bath/shower room. Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
