The gardens and grounds are a wonderful place to relax, unwind and enjoy the Mallorcan sun. The villa consists of a large living dining room with TV, DVD, and Internet connection. There is comfortable sofas and dining table for 6 people. This is a lovely bright area with pool views and access to the terraces via the French doors.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all of the utensils you would expect to find in a holiday home. There is also a washing machine for your use and a shower room. The villa has 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning.
There are two twin bedrooms and one double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. There is a further full bathroom with shower over bath.
The covered terraces are an ideal place to relax in the shade and enjoy the mountain views with a long table and bench style seating ideal for family dining. Close to the barbecue area there is another dining area too.
The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, this is a well kept grassed area perfect for sun bathing and for children to play in the sun.
Damage deposit of £350.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2/adult/night).

Absolutely beautiful. A real hidden gem that we would love to return to! The pool was so refreshing to cool down in especially on the hot days and it was the perfect temperature even for our 10 month old. The villa was well equipped and made for a relaxing stay. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive and the drive from the airport was less than 40 minutes. Close to the beaches and so easy to explore Pollença and Alcúdia. Just perfect for our first family holiday in Mallorca.

The villa is very nice and quietly located. It takes about 10 minutes by car to shop or beach. The house is quite well-equipped that you can take care of yourself. We will be happy to come back.
We had a great week at Francisca!The check-in worked out superbly and the nice team was even able to check us in significantly earlier! The house is perfect for relaxing from everyday stress and is located in the countryside and only a few minutes drive to the beautiful old town of Alcudia. The weather was really great for May, so we actually only spent in the big garden. The pool was nice and refreshing. We were particularly pleased with the table tennis table!We will be happy to come back :)
Very nice finca with a fantastic garden. We (2 adults and 1 child) have felt completely comfortable. The finca is very quiet and only 10 minutes by car from Alcudia and many beaches. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is well outfitted. The garden and the view of the mountains are a dream. We will definitely come back.

A wonderful villa. It’s rustic with modern facilities all laid out really well. We loved the pool and the quiet location. It was easy to get a taxi into Pollenca for evening meals or have a bbq and cook at the villa. You need a car to get everywhere else as it’s a little remote. It’s in a beautiful setting with views across the valley. We met the owners who were just so lovely. I would definitely recommend it.
Stunning house with everything you need for a fab holiday in Pollenca. Could not have been better. Such a cracking location for cycling and restaurants etc. We all loved it. Thank you.

Excellent Villa with great outdoor spaces and peaceful location but also very close to Pollenca (walkable.. though be careful as no pavement!) & 15min taxi drive to Puerto de Pollenca. Would stay here again!! Pool was very welcome as the days were hot, hot, hot!!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa. When we first arrived we couldn’t quite believe that this is where we actually booked. The property, location and scenes were much better than the pictures. It was so serene and peaceful.Everything was immaculate and we were blown away by the location and views this property had to offer. We would 100% recommend this villa. We felt right at home.If there was one thing we had to be picky about is that the pool wasn’t heated and our young children didn’t get to enjoy it as much, but I’m sure that wouldn’t be a problem in the hotter months.Thanks for the stay.
A lovely villa close to amenities. As you would expect being close to a main route there is some road noise but the grounds are beautifully landscaped and we had a really relaxing week here.

Tolles, modernes Haus. - Sauber und gepflegt. - Super Service (schnell und freundlich) in Notsituation (Verlust Schlüssel) - Pool haben wir eigentlich nicht genutzt, ist kindersicher abgesperrt. - Dachterrasse (Meerblick) morgens und abends eine Wucht - waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 10 Tage dort Haben jetzt schon mehrere Häuser angemietet- das war eins der Besten!
We had a wonderful stay. The area around Pollenca is so wonderful and the finca was perfect for us. Amazing terrace / pool area and very well equipped kitchen. Definitely worth a longer stay!
We stayed at the Villa for a week in May 2024. The garden area is beautiful and has a large pool (cold). Plenty of sun loungers for 6 people and various outdoor areas to eat or linger. One of the three bathrooms is located in the outdoor area (wc and shower), the other two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) is located inside. The villa is also great for kids as it has a trampoline, swing and table tennis table in the garden.We rented bikes in Pollenca for the whole week and rode with them from the villa to the beach in Port de Pollenca (journey time: 12 min).The villa was clean and the contact very straightforward. If something is missing or no longer works, someone will come by to replace it. Great service. We would definitely book the villa again and had a wonderful vacation here.

Absolutely fantastic villa with everything that you would ever need. The location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops close enough to walk out to but far enough to avoid any noise. The beach was a steady 10min walk and the lagoon out front was great to take the kids with some bread to feed the fish with.The villa was very well equipped with some nice touches left by Kiko and his family as well as a nice surprise visit by them which was delicious and very nice of them. Each room had air conditioning and all modern equipment throughout.We spent a lot of time by the pool which was a lovely sun trap and very clean, I woke up one morning to see the pool man visiting to check the water quality. Plenty of sun lounges and the outside sofa was absolutely lovely to spend the early evening lounging about before getting ready to venture out. In the new times we are faced with the resort was sadly like a ghost town at times. I have to say that despite this there was a nice relaxed feel about it rather than the usual August mad rush wherever you went. Kiko had left face masks and hand gel and I have to say that not once, either in the villa or out and about, did we feel unsafe with regards to Covid. If anything we all felt safer in the villa and the resort than back home.We will be definitely back.
Lovely stay at this villa. The property is pretty confusing to find, and we did have a slight mishap getting into the villa, where we ended up in the wrong place. It is really well located to cycle out from Pollensa to the mountains, and also quick into Port de Pollensa.
Beautiful villa which was perfect for our family group break. Spotlessly clean with a helpful welcome pack on arrival. We all had a great fun at the villa with lots of days by the pool, found the pool house/kitchen very helpful for al fresco lunches and bbq dinners. Good location to drive out to Pollença and Alcudia, as well as the stunning beach at Formentor.
Fantastic location and wonderful charming property that couldn’t be better located,literally on top of all that Pollensa offers but still incredibly quiet. We had an issue with a faulty fridge/freezer and the owner had it replaced by the afternoon which was a super response. If you want authentic Spanish living with all the modern facilities you need then this property is perfect, as it is arranged over several floors may not suit elderly guests with mobility issues. Would highly recommend if you want quiet relaxing time but the convenience of being close shops, restaurants and bars.
The property was a rustic well loved and beautifully appointed finca with enough living space to comfortably house a family of six.The views from the villa across to Pollensa are stunning.Joana and her father were very accommodating hosts and nothing was too much trouble.
