This is a beautiful spacious villa, well cared for and with the advantage of having a fully equipped annex available as an extra.
The villa has 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning. There are also 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you would expect to find. The living dining area is spacious and comfortable. The villa also has Wifi internet connection.
The outside areas are equally impressive offering ample space, a play area for children, large lawn area and a 11x4,5m swimming pool. The villa has large covered terraces which are furnished, an ideal place to relax in the shade.
There is a brick built barbecue for al fresco dining. The annex to the main house has its own open kitchen, lounge area, double bedroom and full bathroom. Outside it has its own covered terrace area. Should you wish to include the annex for your party, the maximum occupancy would be 10 persons and would be a 20% increase on the advertised price for the villa.

Brilliant stay from start to finish. Hosts were really helpful with our questions before travel. On arrive the villa was spotless and the owner and his son were very friendly and helpful. The outside area is beautiful lots of shady space to sit outside and the children loved the play area and space to run around. The pool is amazing and kept very clean throughout the stay. We ate some lovely meals in Puerto Pollensa a 10 minute drive. A brilliant holiday we didn’t went to leave!

Great Villa, great location. Big pool. Advice for future guests, keep the kitchen as clean as possible as the ants are attracted to even wet pans/washing up soap.Overall would 100% recommend.
Nice stay at Can Barre. 7 adults Spent most the week in the nice size garden / terrace area and Pool.Villas also a nice size for 8 or 10 people. Annex looked big having a peek in the window. Kitted out fairly well for big cooks and bbq's.Villa in a Quiet, remote area. Didn't get a hire car so opted for taxis all week .Maybe 2 of the 10 we called out took more than 30mins, ride takes 15mins tops. Getting back, never a wait at the ranks in pollenca / acudia.Helps having the villa position on Gmaps ready for the driver. Zero critter / ant issues taking them every 2 days. 2 alright hairdryers supplied atm. Really easy, relaxing holiday all in all with no hidden surprises.
Super nice villa with a very nicely maintained garden. Perfect size for two families with children as the bedrooms and two bathrooms are divided on two levels.Great kitchen and super BBQ in the outdoor area.
We were super satisfied with the villa and would always book it again. The garden was the absolute highlight, incredibly well maintained and really beautifully landscaped. Here, the children could also play very well incl. Small playground in the shade. The house is very spacious and super divided. Living and sleeping area is separated from each other. A magnificent terrace facing sunrise complete the whole. Everything you need for a great cozy stay is available.
Very good location if you have a car. Pool size is very good. Very solid choice for a group of 6 to 8 people. It is 10 min drive to many good spots however, walking could be a bit challenging.

We loved our stay at Can Barretes. This is the 3rd villa we’ve stayed at in north Mallorca and we all agreed it’s been our favourite. The villa is just perfectly set up - lovely pool, outdoor seating positioned facing it but with welcome shade, all facilities you need inside. We had a great stay at this vacation home! The location is perfect, the beach is within walking distance, many attractions can be reached very quickly by car. The cleanliness is paramount here, the place is well maintained, and although the beds are a bit hard, this is the only small downside. We would definitely come back! Many thanks for the great and relaxing time.
A great house in a very nice location. Few steps to the sea. Also the pool is great. Communication with the landlord was friendly and quick. It was answered promptly. We would come back out.

The photos and description of this beautifully designed cottage are extremely accurate with very high quality facilities throughout. The property is small, but rooms are spacious due to the clever design and uncluttered feel. Amazingly instant air con throughout! Fantastic location for the town of Pollensa with cafes, restaurants and shops on the door step. Very quickly got to know the locals who were all very welcoming and friendly. We decided against car hire and found the bus service extremely good (and cheap) with beach 10minutes away and Palma just 45. Loads of really good walks and even spent time at the local sports centre, which is not advertised but has excellent facilities.
This is on our list of best holidays ever, and we have already recommended it to our friends.
Rated: Excellent. Beautiful garden and pool area, a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon on the comfy sun loungers. Plenty of space for eating alfresco and great to have the table tennis. We didn’t use the living room very much as the weather was so good but while it was a very pretty room. The villa was very convenient to Puerto Pollensa, a beautiful town with great places to eat, shopping areas and a lovely beach. We hired a small boat for 5 of us, very reasonable €120, it was a great way to spend an afternoon, diving and snorkelling. A fantastic holiday!
it’s was a great stay, exactly what we needed, so relaxing and a great locations as well, we loved it so much! it was perfect, but the outside area was brilliant, the dining areas and cooking along with the pool was great.
We loved our stay, great location easy walk to Pollenca and easy drive to the port. There was everything you need in the Villa, the garden and pool area is fantastic for a quiet relax. We hope to return next year.
I totally recommend this villa. Perfectly located like 5min drive away from Pollença village where you can find all the facilities needed (wine/liquor shops, local market, LIDL, gas station, etc). The house itself is perfectly well thought, with individual bathrooms (4 inside + 1 outside by the pool and super convenient). Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and overviews the pool and the garden. Parking slot for 2/3 cars, local farm right by the house so you wake up with the sound of the animals. During our stay a house cleaning lady came to refresh rooms and bathrooms and to bring new towels. There’s an exterior fridge, very convenient, by the bbq (though the door is needed to be fixed). Also you can find a laundry room very convenient for a long stay. We were a party of 10 people and the house is clearly big enough and rooms well isolated. Amazing beaches are like 20min drive away from the villa - and not to worry about the cleanliness of the pool which is visited and cleaned several times during the stay by the staff. Well we only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had the best stay! The flat was very clean and the outdoor space (pool & outdoor kitchen) was amazing. The only point for improvement I have is that our check in was at 4pm and our check out at 10am which meant we lost a bit of time at the villa. The location was really good - 20 mins drive from Formentor beach and 10 mins from Pollença and Alcudia. We’d love to visit the villa again :)
Wir fahren seit drei Jahren im Sommer ins Haus. Die Lage ist extrem genial, direkt am Strand und mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung an sich ist ok, der Grill nicht gerade sauber Der Blick von der Terrasse entschädigt :)
We had a lovely stay at the Encisa. We loved the pool area and the outside dining, this is probably where we spent most of our time. It was easy to find and the sign on the drive helped a lot at night. We felt very relaxed thank you

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. Second year stay at Finca Morell Vall (2022 & 2023) and wonderful time had again. Great space for a group/large family (10 of us). Look forward to next year.

Wow! A fabulous house in a fantastic location, just minutes walk from the main square with restaurants etc. Roof top so lovely that we didn't use the downstairs kitchen at all, just lived outside the whole time. Bedrooms and bathrooms also good. Parking and driving in narrow streets a bit tricky but car park in town not too far. Would definitely return to Calle Bou!!
10 minutes from the beach area Port de Pollenca and 10 minutes to Pollenca old town, you need a car to stay here, two beautiful locations, big on cycling as well which we didn’t know.
