Villa agreable propre et pacieuse dans un belle environement litteries corrects les salles de bains sont biens le wifi un peut aleatoire la 4g dans la maison ne passe pas li faut se raprocher de la route pour avoir du reseau la cuisine estgrande et parfaitement equipe les terrasses ont des vue superbes sur les montagnes et la campagne environantes nous avons passe une excellente semaine.

The property has a beautiful backdrop with the mountains just behind. Perfect view at a breakfast or late night on one of the two patios. The living room and dining room are a big part of the home, but the bedrooms are relatively small. The kitchen is functional and fresh. The internet access was around 7 Mbit when we stayed there, which was not optimal, but manageable. Rural setting with cradled roosters and barking dogs in the house next door become a natural alarm clock. Easy to park. We had two nice weeks.

Great location if you are looking to relax, peace and quiet. Pollença is really nice and nicely connected to other areas. It has a lot of local hidden gems, so do not hesitate on asking locals where to go.

House that matches its description, ideal location to visit the island! Spacious, a large garden filled with orange trees and lemon trees. We have 3 toddlers and the place was ideal. As read in previous reviews it is true that the neighbors' dogs bark regularly ( but that didn't really bother us) , there is a rooster too. I want to note that the place is extremely clean and the hosts have thought of everything! All you have to do is enjoy!

Lovely, well kept Villa in a very quiet location. Beautiful garden area with a great view of the mountains. It’s about 2km out of the town so you need to be prepared for a fair (but very pleasant!) walk if you don’t want to drive in the evenings. Had a great time. Thank you.

The space is spacious for a family of five and as described. It is well located but I recommend a car. The lockbox is convenient to arrive and leave the listing at any time when you have a plane that takes off or lands in the night.
The garden in April is beautiful with lemon trees and orange trees full of fruit. There are also beautiful olive trees and other fruit trees.

My family of five have just returned after a weeks stay at Villa Can Boi.The flexible check in was convenient, as we arrived at the villa after dark but didn't require the host to let us in.The Villa has lots of seating options outside, surrounded by an orchard of fruit trees. Also spacious inside, I liked the traditional look of the building and decor.There are two bathrooms/shower rooms inside which was convenient with three children, as well as an outside shower room.All the air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked very well and I the bed I slept in was more comfortable than at home.Pollenca is a charming town, with lots of character, history, restaurants and services. The Villa is about a 25min walk from the main square at the centre, which might be too far for some. We walked in but mainly chose to drive, as parking was fairly easy and free, as well as driving to beaches and into the mountains.The wifi wasnt great but the Villa was a great base for our holiday.

Very confortable house in a beautiful garden. The place is very quiet and relaxing. It is countryside but close to shops and beaches (you need a car though). The house is well equipped for a perfect stay. Nice terraces around the house, large barbecue allow to really enjoy the ouside. And last but not least Luna, the cat of the house is very great host ;)

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by a big garden. You can relax and listen to the bird chirping. Thanks to the four terrace, you will always find a place in the sun or in the shade, depending on what you like. The brick barbecue is also great. The kitchen equipment leaves no wishes open. The villa was super clean and the bed very comfortable. We would spend our vacation here again any time. You are in 5 minutes in Pollenca and in 10 minutes on the beach.

This house is wonderful to relax and unwind. View of the mountains, the orange and lemon grove. Close to beautiful hiking tours made, where we discovered quiet beaches. Pollenca is also a cozy town.

Great spot, the villa is a great place to stay, clean, all the amenities you need, great for children/ families too. Parking on street usually available. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the beach. Bar/ restaurant over the road too. Communication was always prompt where needed. Cala Sant Vicente is such a lovely place, this was our second time visiting and will definitely be back.

This is a lovely property set on a quiet road but close to everything in the town. The interior was clean and comfortable with lots of storage and air con in the bedrooms. The outside areas are beautiful with room to spread about, whether it’s for sunbathing, reading, eating and socialising. The pool is such a bonus. Host was very helpful and responsive. A fantastic holiday, thank you!

We hebben er erg van genoten! Heel erg behulpzaam en alles was zoals we verwacht hadden. Zwembad is een groot pluspunt.We waren er met 2 kinderen: 2 en 0 jaar.Je bent vanuit het huisje zo in Port de Pollença. Maar een dag bij het huisje is ook geen straf.

The place is exactly as described. Very well equipped and in a very convenient location. A stone's throw from the beautiful beach.

We had a wonderful time at this privileged location. Everything was great in the house and it is only one block away from the beach.

The villa is lovely and well situated. Whilst there aren't any amenities which are walkable from the villa you are only 15minutes drive away from lovely beaches, shops and towns- Alcudia, Pollenca. The outdoor space is as depicted on the pictures with a relatively small area around the pool but this is good for visibility with very young children, ours are slightly older and would have benefitted from having a little more space to roam so think about that when making a booking with kids. The agency were great. They provided clear instructions and responded in good time. We got lost when I input the coordinates to the villa so use the pin on the google maps they send instead and you'll be fine. All in all a great stay, at a lovely location.

The villa was big inside and accommodated all 6 people. The outdoor space and pool were good and enough for us all. The villa had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The bathrooms could do with updating if am honest especially one of the show heads. Aircon was on at night which was perfect. The location is just on the main road so you could hear the cars but we expected that. You could easily walk to the port/beach in 20 minutes max. The supermarket was about 10/15 mins away on foot. We all had a fab time and for the money, I cannot grumble at all.

What a super find. The apartment is in an ideal location close to the restaurants, bars and the beach. The apartment is clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The recommended taxi service, Rafa and Pedro were great and on time. The pool was ideal and clean within nice grounds. Parking outside the apartment was fine. There’s a nice walk around the small nature reserve, which is next to the property. The host was helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Nice gesture and appreciated with the food and drinks on arrival. Would definitely stay and recommend this accommodation.

It was a wonderful place to be! Everything was perfect, thanks a lot. Would book the house again. Kind regards!

We spent a week in the cottage and had a very nice time. The finca is very large and has enough space for 6 people. A special highlight is of course the quiet and secluded garden area with pool and outdoor cottage, where you can relax very well. Nearby are the beautiful places Pollenca and Alcudia, with lots of shopping, restaurants, sights and beaches. Since the highway is also only minutes away, you can also easily reach other destinations on the island by car. The communication was always very friendly and constructive, in case of problems we were helped quickly and competently.We'd love to come back!

20 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Pollenca and yet surrounded by nature. A wonderful little oasis for those looking for some peace and quiet. Uncomplicated check-in, the hosts come 1x a week and bring fresh towels, they are very friendly and accommodating. Great little pool and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A small note: a basic set of spices (salt, pepper) would be wonderful.Thanks for the great stay, gladly again!

We were looking for a Spring Get-away for two families and after some research chose the house which is situated just outside Pollensa. The property was as described and the garden area was a lot larger than that shown on the photos. Our little boy , aged 2 1/2, loved running around and exploring.  The location was secure with gates at the front of the property. The fittings and furniture were of a high standard and the various seating areas around the property meant that there was space to escape and gain some quiet time if required. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and provided a tour of the facilities , he also provided some really useful advice about the local area. In addition there was information provided with the villa that gave some more hints and tips for good restaurants and things to do in the locality and beyond. We had no problems during our stay , however if we had, having met and spoken with Colin. I had confidence that any issues would have ben resolved swiftly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property it was lovely and just what we were looking for. It is Situated about 1km outside Pollensa on a quiet road and so I would recommend that that having a car would be worthwhile to make the most of the location. The nearest Beach is about 4 km and we managed to visit a number of them during our stay as well as markets in Pollensa and Alcudia.

The accommodation and facilities were great and what we expected. The location was stunning. The bedrooms were large and air conditioned and beautiful..It was a fabulous spot to relax and explore the northern part of the island. We did have some teething problems but minor in the scheme of things The internet was patchy but with some basic turning off and on it improved and they did send someone out. The electrics do trip if everyone is taking a shower and you are cooking and using everything at the same time but then I guess my house would do the same…and easily remedied with resetting the switch…it’s an old modernised to a high standard Villa…The Villa is in beautiful countryside next to a farm where they have dogs kept outside and a donkey… these sometimes are noisy at night… especially if you are not used to such noises…so take some earplugs if the sounds of nature would keep you awake. All these are minor things as it’s a fab place to to take a large extended family to have a relaxing holiday and I would definitely try to use it again…

We were 3 adults and 3 smaller children. The home is super convenient for grocery shopping, the bus and close to the airport. It was super easy to take the bus to other cities/beaches. We wanted to cook but lacked instructions for the oven, the text on the oven was worn off. Instructions for the washing machine were also missing. We had a lovely holiday and would like to recommend the house to others - please note that the house is in a small industrial area, but you don't experience that when you are inside the plot itself.

a lovely villa set out in the heart of the local town. we enjoyed a short stay and had all the amenities required to enjoy a great holiday!
