The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all of the modern conveniences of a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. There is also a wood burner here, useful for early and late season bookings.Outside there is a covered terrace with a sofa set and dining table ideal for al fresco dining or barbecues.

Villa agreable propre et pacieuse dans un belle environement litteries corrects les salles de bains sont biens le wifi un peut aleatoire la 4g dans la maison ne passe pas li faut se raprocher de la route pour avoir du reseau la cuisine estgrande et parfaitement equipe les terrasses ont des vue superbes sur les montagnes et la campagne environantes nous avons passe une excellente semaine.
The property has a beautiful backdrop with the mountains just behind. Perfect view at a breakfast or late night on one of the two patios. The living room and dining room are a big part of the home, but the bedrooms are relatively small. The kitchen is functional and fresh. The internet access was around 7 Mbit when we stayed there, which was not optimal, but manageable. Rural setting with cradled roosters and barking dogs in the house next door become a natural alarm clock. Easy to park. We had two nice weeks.
Great location if you are looking to relax, peace and quiet. Pollença is really nice and nicely connected to other areas. It has a lot of local hidden gems, so do not hesitate on asking locals where to go.
House that matches its description, ideal location to visit the island! Spacious, a large garden filled with orange trees and lemon trees. We have 3 toddlers and the place was ideal. As read in previous reviews it is true that the neighbors' dogs bark regularly ( but that didn't really bother us) , there is a rooster too. I want to note that the place is extremely clean and the hosts have thought of everything! All you have to do is enjoy!
Lovely, well kept Villa in a very quiet location. Beautiful garden area with a great view of the mountains. It’s about 2km out of the town so you need to be prepared for a fair (but very pleasant!) walk if you don’t want to drive in the evenings. Had a great time. Thank you.
The space is spacious for a family of five and as described. It is well located but I recommend a car. The lockbox is convenient to arrive and leave the listing at any time when you have a plane that takes off or lands in the night.
The garden in April is beautiful with lemon trees and orange trees full of fruit. There are also beautiful olive trees and other fruit trees.
My family of five have just returned after a weeks stay at Villa Can Boi.The flexible check in was convenient, as we arrived at the villa after dark but didn't require the host to let us in.The Villa has lots of seating options outside, surrounded by an orchard of fruit trees. Also spacious inside, I liked the traditional look of the building and decor.There are two bathrooms/shower rooms inside which was convenient with three children, as well as an outside shower room.All the air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked very well and I the bed I slept in was more comfortable than at home.Pollenca is a charming town, with lots of character, history, restaurants and services. The Villa is about a 25min walk from the main square at the centre, which might be too far for some. We walked in but mainly chose to drive, as parking was fairly easy and free, as well as driving to beaches and into the mountains.The wifi wasnt great but the Villa was a great base for our holiday.
Very confortable house in a beautiful garden. The place is very quiet and relaxing. It is countryside but close to shops and beaches (you need a car though). The house is well equipped for a perfect stay. Nice terraces around the house, large barbecue allow to really enjoy the ouside. And last but not least Luna, the cat of the house is very great host ;)
We had a wonderful time at the villa. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by a big garden. You can relax and listen to the bird chirping. Thanks to the four terrace, you will always find a place in the sun or in the shade, depending on what you like. The brick barbecue is also great. The kitchen equipment leaves no wishes open. The villa was super clean and the bed very comfortable. We would spend our vacation here again any time. You are in 5 minutes in Pollenca and in 10 minutes on the beach.
This house is wonderful to relax and unwind. View of the mountains, the orange and lemon grove. Close to beautiful hiking tours made, where we discovered quiet beaches. Pollenca is also a cozy town.

We were in the accommodation with a group of 5 people. We were immediately in love, the place is fantastically beautiful. The train stop is within walking distance and a direct connection to Palma can be reached in 30 minutes. It was a completely successful vacation, we will come back in any case.
Adembenemend uitzicht. Pollença op loop afstand. Heerlijke accomodaties om te ontspannen. Accommodatie is erg gezellig ingericht met alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn op vakantie. Het contact met Joana (eigenaresse)was heel erg fijn en persoonlijk. We kregen heerlijke citroenen en overige groente uit haar moestuin om te gebruiken.
Beautiful view for this marvelous house, in a very calm environment. The location is perfect to visit all the island, and the nearby town is pretty, with a variety of shops and restaurants.We recommend!
Amazing, beautiful villa nestled in the mountainside
This is a fantastic villa and we will definitely be returning. It is surrounded by the Majorcan mountains and has lush green shrubbery around the villa. So relaxing to watch the sun set behind the mountains as you sit around the pool with a beer. Great pool, good size for a family of four, it's actually an infinity pool which you can't see from photos. We played table tennis and cooked giant king prawns and steak on the barbecue. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and all really clean. Beautiful Pollenca town centre is a short 15 minute walk where we would fed the local donkey on the walk there. The villa is on a quiet road with a few other villas around it. There's two showers and WC's. Villa is lovely and clean and is owned by James, a really great guy who lives along the road. He left a brilliant welcome pack with everything we needed to cook dinner that night and alcohol. If you're a family of two, three or four and looking for a beautiful villa surrounded by beauty then book this place.

Exceptional. A fantastic old, but fully modern house in a fantastic 1000 year old olive grove.
Everything was great! It met 100% our expectations. Definitely recommended:)
Beautiful place and highly recommended to anyone who is looking to unwind for a few days. The owner (Antonio) was incredibly charming and helped to make us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the expansive gardens/ pool area and were delighted with picking fresh lemons and other fruits growing around the property.
This nice holiday home is beautifully located right on the bay. You can explore the island with a car leaving from the house. Everything is available for a fun vacation.

Die Finca ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut gelegen (fußläufig zum Ort Pollenca). Es gibt viele Terrassen und ein großes Gelände drum herum. Den Kindern hat besonders der Pool gefallen. Wir wurden mit einem Willkommenspaket empfangen, so das wir das erste Frühstück ohne Einkäufe meistern konnten.
Pleasant and authentic accommodation near the very pretty town of Pollenca
The finca is lovingly furnished and very well located (walking distance to the town of Pollenca). There are many terraces and a large area around it. The children particularly liked the pool. We were welcomed with a welcome package so that we could master the first breakfast without shopping.
Great place close to town and with a lovely pool. Next to the road so there is traffic noise during the day.
Very good starting point with fantastic views between Pollenca and Alcúdia. Communication, check in, absolutely hassle-free. A randomly fancy pool lighting was easily repaired by a very nice service technician. We were very pleased!Thanks!If you are looking for peace and relaxation by the pool in the typical Mallorcan country house, this is the mountain with fantastic views of the sea!The house is equipped with everything to take care of yourself. Die Finca ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist groß. Die Outdoorküche ist cool, auch wenn wir sie nicht genutzt haben, da wir viel auswärts gegessen haben. Eine Gartendusche, sowie ein extra Bad am Pool sind vorhanden und praktisch. Bei Nutzung des Außenbereichs sollte die Jahreszeit bedacht und an Mückenabwehrsprays und Co gedacht werden, sonst wird’s doof.Die Inneneinrichtung der Finca ist typisch spanisch. Die Badezimmer sind top. Der Wasserdruck ist gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank ist groß und es gibt auch ein Gefrierfach. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die gut kühlen. Die Matratzen sind VIEL zu weich/durchgelegen. Die Sofas sind ausreichend, laden aber nicht zu einem Fernsehabend ein. Auch die Beleuchtung drinnen ist funktional, aber nicht gemütlich. Ein Spiegel an der Ausfahrt zum Verkehr einsehen wäre gut. Und der Lärm der Straße kann teilweise störend sein.Fazit: Mit kleinen Änderungen ein High Light.

Die Umgebung von Pollenca ist gerade im Spätsommer oder Herbst ideal zum Wandern mit Badestops in kleinen, nur zu Fuss erreichbaren Buchten.
Ein Auto sollte man jedoch unbedingt zur Verfügung haben.
We had a lovely stay for two weeks. The team are very responsive and helpful. Jimmy the owner was charming and thoughtful. The Villa is very peaceful, well located for Pollença town (5 mins) and three beaches at Alcudia (20 mins) or Port Pollença (15 mins). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We’d certainly return again.
Our stay in the villa was great. The property is large and offers lots of common areas to spend time with the closest ones. Everything was clean and if there was the slightest problem the host took action immediately. The location of the house and garden offers absolute privacy and is perfect for people who like to be surrounded by greenery and love peace and quiet. We would definitely come back here again!
