Nestled within a tranquil setting, our home is part of a small collection of three country houses, tucked away in a private sanctuary just a 4-minute drive from the quaint village of Cas Concos in Mallorca.
At Can Cabana Concos you can indulge in the inviting layout of our residence, featuring an open-plan kitchen seamlessly connected to a dining area. The ground floor boasts a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a convenient separate shower room. Ascend the stone staircase to the upper level, where a beautiful bedroom awaits on the right, complete with a double bed and an en suite shower room. Continuing on, you'll find a spacious and welcoming living room, flanked on the right by another large shower room and on the left by the third bedroom. This airy room offers ample space, a double bed, and captivating views of the pool and the surrounding landscape.
The adjacent house unfolds with a dining room featuring a vaulted ceiling, complemented by an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower room are also found on this level. Journeying to the first floor reveals two additional bedrooms and two well-appointed bath/shower rooms.
For your comfort, air conditioning is available in the bedrooms during specified hours (19:00 - 05:00).
Step outside to discover an impressive pool (11 x 5) and a captivating garden that rivals the charm of the interior. The pool area offers stunning vistas of the Puig de San Salvador mountain, while the garden is a lush haven of fruit trees, including figs, cherries, olives, and almonds. Everything's fantastic
Incredibly nice and quiet accommodation about 3 km from Pollenca and about 2.5 km from Port Pollenca. Car is essential. Clean and nice, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi. Cozy pool area with sunbeds and nice flowers. Would love to come back!

Very nice house with great garden and pool. Amenities and service very good, fast and very friendly communication. We lacked nothing.
Villa was in excellent location. Towels only changed once and bedding not changed at all on some beds.
After staying in this house I will not be able to stay in beach houses without direct access to the sea. This is just amazing.The view is magnificent.The house is in a very quiet area.If you are staying with kids, keep in mind that the stairs are not suitable for them. So, I would recommend to stay in the rooms downstairs and keep the stair gate closed.Furniture, appliances are not brand new, but work ok.The host agency is very responsive and available during the weekend as well.

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. Very good starting point with fantastic views between Pollenca and Alcúdia. Communication, check in, absolutely hassle-free. A randomly fancy pool lighting was easily repaired by a very nice service technician. We were very pleased!Thanks!If you are looking for peace and relaxation by the pool in the typical Mallorcan country house, this is the mountain with fantastic views of the sea!The house is equipped with everything to take care of yourself. Supermarkets, restaurants, Port de Pollensa, Allcudia within a radius of max. 15 min. to reach.Thank you for this relaxing stay! We are thrilled and will be back!
Beautiful house in an amazing setting. Perfect for two families with kids. Very clean and easy to access. Close to mountains, beaches and the charming Pollenca village. And with an excellent pool and sheep as your closest neighbours.
Casa Torres is a lovely townhouse in an excellent location for walking into the centre of Pollensa, Very comfortable interior and the outside space is relaxing, with a nice pool. Jose (the owner) who comes to service pool is friendly.
The property was absolutely amazing, the house its self was massive and could hold plenty more people. The kitchen was great, bedroom and bathrooms brilliant.The location was perfect, a 20 minute walk to centre of Polenca. Great beaches nearby and many amenities. The pool was great, however could do with some TLC. The patio around the pool is really rough and course and not very nice to walk on, I would go as far to say it hurts your feet, the pool had some broken tiles that could do with repairing and we were there for 12 nights and the pool was not cleaned once, we had to two maids throughout the stay come and they cleaned the bathrooms and bedding but lack of care when it came to the pool.
The location is remote, in the middle of nature. The large pool and the beautiful house invite you to relax. It is only a few minutes to Pollenca and Alcudia.

Gute Lage und gute Ausstattung
Very nice appartement with nice facilities and view on the sea from the balcony. Everything well maintained and clean! Pool was a big plus however keeping the children from jumping in the pool (which is against the rules and some neighbour insisted on it) was hard. The village is nice and has most important facilities but for a real supermarkt or somewhat larger beach (alcudia is recommended, 20 min) a car is really required

Classic Mallorcan furnished villa with great outside space for eating and relaxing together with a pool and amazing views of the mountains. The villa is set at the end of a quiet series of roads with about a 20 minute walk to the Pont Roma.
