There is a reception area with comfortable seating and there is also one double bedroom on this floor.
Steps lead up to the main living area with pool views. The living area is very large with different seating areas, dining table and flat screen TV and DVD. There is also a WC here.
More steps lead up to a full bathroom, a double bedroom. and two twin bedroom one with en-suite shower room.There is another staircase from the living area which leads to a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath, another living area with TV and comfortable furnishings. There is also a further bedroom here which can be opened to increase the capacity of the villa to 10 guests at an extra cost.Outside there is a large dining terrace ideal for family or group meals.
Outside there is a brick built BBQ and an extra pretty seating area with a summer kitchen, dining table,chairs and comfortable sofas. To the rear of the well maintained gardens there is a covered area with ping pong table.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Can Giroa. The villa is absolutely beautiful and huge!The communication and understanding was great - we were allowed to drop off our suitcases earlier than check in time which was so helpful.The villa is in walking distance to a supermarket which was amazing. It’s also walking distance to the gorgeous town of Pollenca, and a short taxi ride away from the port, where there’s a beach and loads of bars and restaurants. We would 100% stay here again!

We loved our stay at this charming beautiful villa. It was exactly as shown in the picture with the backyard pool area especially great for hanging out and enjoying the Mallorca sunshine. We liked the location in a quiet neighborhood of villas outside of Pollenca with the Sant Maria center square and numerous restaurants still within walking distance. The host was very responsive to each of my inquiries. We look forward to returning to Mallorca and to this villa in our next vacation to the island.
Very nice large house with great pool and well-kept garden. Perfect for big families or friends to sit together and grill comfortably.Don't forget mosquito spray;)For shopping and exploring the island I recommend a rental car.Smooth process with the owners, key handover, etc.Would book there again anytime.
This is an exceptional villa in a lovely part of Majorca. The inside is very large with great areas to hang out and a very well equipped kitchen. Also, the sleeping areas are nicely (and very importantly) air conditioned. Its also great as the sleeping areas are effectively split in two, one area up one flight of stairs and the other up a different flight. This makes it perfect for two families as it gives them a bit of privacy with their own bathrooms etc. The outside is equally great. A lovely pool with a whole host of seating options around and about and even a table tennis table (although it was a bit too hot for us to manage much use of that). All in all, a great villa and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had an amazing time at Can Giroa! The villa itself is great (and exactly what you see in the pics) and has a ton of amenities. It’s located in a great spot - a short drive from Pollensa and Alcudia. Air conditioning was good in our room. We went with 3 families (1-2 kids each) and there was ample space for everyone. Check in and out was efficient and the host was incredibly responsive when we had questions (eg arranging cots for children, garbage disposal, etc). We would definitely stay there again!
The villa was very clean and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool area was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and we would love to visit again!
Can Giroa is a fantastic villa and exceeded our expectations in every way. Close to Pollença with all it’s restaurants as well as the fantastic beaches at Cala St Vincent and Formentor. We’ll be back for sure.

Can Pontico is a great house. It worked really well for two families - one family upstairs and one family located on the ground floor. Everything was provided and we didn't miss anything - the kitchen is well equipped / each bedroom has a very good aircon unit / bathrooms are very good. The house is located close to the supermarkets / beaches / walks etc. We didn't have to travel far and we spend many days exploring some amazing places / sites / etc. We had two 5 year old kids with us and they loved the pool even though they couldn't stand in the the shallow end. Enjoy your stay.
We couldn’t recommend this villa more! It is absolutely beautiful, in a safe and quiet area with stunning views and a fantastic swimming pool. It is only a 10/15 minute walk to the sea front, shops, restaurant and bars and the walk is scenic. The villa is a great size for two couples or a family, with air con in the bedrooms, perfect for the heat in August. The villa and pool is well kept, very clean and the furniture is comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful with ample flowers and greenery, a bbq/pizza oven, ping pong table and plenty of comfy places to sit and sunbathe! The villa is easy to find and checking in and out was simple. The host, was fab - very attentive, friendly, welcoming and easy to contact. It is probably the nicest villa we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be returning!!

Smart interior, great pool and generous garden, private, short walk to restaurants of Pollensa old town, easy access to beaches. A perfect family holiday villa!
We had a lovely stay at the Villa, which is located in a villa area, 5 min drive from the center of Pollensa, very well located for accessing the pretty places on the island . It's a clean little villa, with a nice pool that we enjoyed using, fruit trees, well equipped. I would like to add that as on the whole island , tap water is not recommended, you have to anticipate with water bottles. Communication with agent was effective. We loved this stay with our children.
This house is exceptional. Everything you could possibly need and more... they really have thought of everything. Stunning, high end interiors. Spotlessly clean. Fabulous location. Kitchen to die for. And the host provides excellent communication and service. Fantastic family holiday.

Location was excellent, quiet but an easy walk into Pollença. Perfect for a couple and well equipped with all the essentials.
My family of five have just returned after a weeks stay at Villa Can Boi.The flexible check in was convenient, as we arrived at the villa after dark but didn't require the host to let us in.The Villa has lots of seating options outside, surrounded by an orchard of fruit trees. Also spacious inside, I liked the traditional look of the building and decor.There are two bathrooms/shower rooms inside which was convenient with three children, as well as an outside shower room.All the air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked very well and I the bed I slept in was more comfortable than at home.Pollenca is a charming town, with lots of character, history, restaurants and services. The Villa is about a 25min walk from the main square at the centre, which might be too far for some. We walked in but mainly chose to drive, as parking was fairly easy and free, as well as driving to beaches and into the mountains.The wifi wasnt great but the Villa was a great base for our holiday.

Wonderful stay in authentic old Mallorcan town
Vida Villas helped us out at extremely short notice when our original accommodation flooded the day before we were due to arrive! Nothing was too much trouble and the booking was speedily completed. Despite the short notice, everything in the house was beautifully prepared and presented in time for our arrival.
Not only is Pollensa a charming old Mallorcan town but it is also blessed with a large number of very good quality restaurants to choose from, situated around the main square and the Calvari steps. Our favourite was Q11 restaurant, but we also enjoyed hopping from restaurant to restaurant trying out the tapas. The “Stay” restaurant at Puerto Pollensa can also be recommended for a special meal seated on the terrace sipping aperitifs as the sun sets over the bay.
Walking in the beautiful mountains nearby helped provide an antidote to the delicious meals. Day trips to Deia and the old walled town of Alcudia gave us a glimpse of other areas of interest. Calle Lleo is tastefully modernised and furnished and ideally situated in the heart of the town. However as a consequence of its location the surrounding streets are extremely narrow and it is advisable to hire a smallish sized car to avoid the risk of damaging it driving around in Pollensa. Nonetheless, I can’t wait to go back to Calle Lleo and explore some more – there was far too much to see in one week.
Great villa near to Pollenca. The location is fairly remote and you would need a car but offers tranquility with little disturbance from neighbours. Villa offers everything you need from plenty outdoor seating options, a wood-fire barbecue, large pool, well equipped kitchen. Seems newly renovated and great for smaller groups, couples, families. Can recommend staying there if you don’t want to be in the center of a town.
The house is in a super nice quiet location. Beautiful spacious garden with palm trees, mandarin & lemon trees.The pool with the view of the mountain is amazing. You will relax completely.We could park the rental car in the garage on our own.The decor inside was fine, we didn't miss anything.Friendly and nice owner who occasionally came by for the maintenance of the garden/pool ( and have a chat) Bring fresh towels in the middle of the week. He came to say goodbye himself the day before departure and wish us a good flight back. We had a great week.
The villa is in a fantastic location and the pool was a good size and cleaned regularly by the friendly owner. Would definitely recommend this villa and it’s easy to get to lots of places from it. John D
A beautiful location and Villa. By car lots of the surrounding areas are very accessible. The bedrooms do get VERY hot at night due to no air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you need, & the pool is very clean and great size.
