Step through the front gate and down the private driveway, where secure parking and a cyclist-friendly garage (with racks and a workbench) await. Enter the villa and you’ll immediately feel the light and space created by its recent modern makeover—crisp white walls, stylish décor, and vibrant touches of colour throughout.
Descending from the entrance hall leads you to the heart of the home: a sleek open-plan kitchen and dining area. Equipped with everything from a dishwasher to a coffee machine, the kitchen features a large island and an oversized wooden dining table to seat 12 comfortably.
On the other side of a central dividing wall, the lounge area offers two distinct zones—one with plush seating around a fireplace for cozy evenings, and another focused around a flat-screen TV for relaxed viewing. Great location and views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the accessibility to town a big plus. We would walk (10 min walk) into Pollenca Square almost every night for dinner. We found this home perfect for our stay (group of 5 adults). The home was private and quiet with a countryside peacefulness, while still being mere minutes to the amenities of Pollenca. The views are STUNNING from this home and much better than the pictures portray. This was our 1st time in Mallorca and we were so glad we chose to stay in Pollenca instead of the Port of Pollenca. Pollenca is magical and overall a lot less touristy than the Port. Its a sleepier town as well, so if you are looking for late night action after midnight, the Port is probably more suited for your interests. The A/C and pool were a great respite from the heat and we loved our time in the multiple outdoor areas. Joana is a wonderful host and was there to help us whenever we had questions! With her living right next door, it made it very easy to connect and check-in. We appreciated the love put into this home (very clean and taken care of) & highly recommend to all! Small note: our check-out was at 10am, however we had cleaning arrive early. Check-in is much earlier than most rentals we had seen leaving a short window for cleaning, so maybe a later check-in might better accommodate all the cleaning that needs to happen & allow guests to have the rental to themselves thru 10am.
We had such a lovely stay here! The villa feels so authentic and the outside area is perfect for those hot afternoons and relaxing.The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms were good sizes.We had our daughter with us and both high chair and cot were provided with no problem.The information was provided in advance and was very in depth. Over all a fantastic stay!

Wonderful house in the middle of Pollença! The Highlight was the terrace with the pool, where we had dinner every night. Only negative aspect was that there was water flowing in the living room right next to the power sockets, which can be pretty dangerous. In the kitchen and in the living rooms there are some leaks, that should be repaired, but as we were only staying for a week it didn‘t bother us too much. Would come again :)

A very pleasant stay in a property full of Mediterranean Character close to centre of Pollensa. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very nice bathrooms/showers and lovely Master bedroom with huge comfortable bed. The single beds were unfortunately not so good. Ok for young children but not adults or my teenagers! Yes parking is quite tricky near the villa, but there were always spaces on the edge of town. Overall, a great holiday over Easter for an active family. We really enjoyed exploring Northern Majorca. Would definitely return to Pollensa.
Vida Villas Response: The single beds have now been replaced by brand new very comfortable beds at the property. We are happy to advise the best places to find parking, it can be tricky especially after 18.00 when the locals start to return in their cars. Parking is free which is a bonus as not many holiday towns have this facility offered without charge.

It was beautiful and quiet. Especially the nicely landscaped garden exceeded our expectations. Once a cleaner came for the house. Both check-in and checkout were independent and completely straightforward with a key box. The kitchen is very well equipped.You get a welcome package in which, among other things, were dishwasher, two dishwasher tablets, some cooking oil, vinegar and one or two small paper bags of sugar, salt and pepper. I would have liked it if salt and pepper had been available in larger quantities, because it was not enough for multiple cooking. Everything was clean, tidy and in good condition. There were several interesting guidebooks available in German.The organizer responded promptly to requests. Conclusion: We enjoyed it.

We spent 9 wonderful days at the Villa. This is located outside Pollensa amidst nature, surrounded by small farming, orange and olive trees, overlooking the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana and the local mountain Puig de Maria.The house itself is comfortably furnished, very clean, with living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.The bed in the bedroom is about 160 cm wide and slightly shorter (about 190 cm). It could be a bit scarce for tall people.Otherwise, everything is available. From washing machine to dishwasher, from Wi-Fi to AC and fan heater in cold weather, as well as an alarm system for the house.The car can be easily parked at the large property.Around the house there are many different seating options. On the small roof terrace, also ideal for drying the laundry, we usually had breakfast.The sun always shines here in the morning!Garden and pool are fantastic, there are no direct neighbors. You're on your own and have a lot of privacy.However, a car or at least bicycles are necessary, as the nearest shops or restaurants of Pollensa are not even within walking distance.At least 20 minutes walk is easy to plan for this.All in all, an ideal place for a carefree holiday away from mass tourism in the middle of the charming nature of Mallorca!

Villa was in a great setting, peaceful but close to town, super-clean with all the amenities you would want.

The property was perhaps even better than we were expecting and had all the facilities we needed for an excellent holiday with our son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren ( 2 and 6 months old ). Easy, secure parking for 2 cars and safe for young children. The property was well presented and both indoor and outdoor areas were all clean and tidy. We had no interaction with the owners as all our booking and payments were made online, hence apart from a visit from the gardener and pool man we saw nobody at all during our stay in Mallorca. The location and entry instructions were straightforward but our only criticism would be that some additional information on the operation of the TV system, air conditioning and outdoor barbecue would have been beneficial. A few more details about the property itself would have been useful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Carpe Diem to our friends and family. Having stayed in the area previously we spent time in Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa old town and Soller.....the outdoor restaurants in the main square in Pollensa were good value ( pre- Brexit !! ), offered a wide range of menus and were all very child friendly. Formentor beach is also well worth visiting with young children. The coastal drive from Pollensa to Soller is a good day trip but not for the timid driver. We all had a wonderful holiday at Carpe Diem in the Mallorcan sun which shone throughout the week....many thanks for providing a very easy on line booking process and a great villa for a 3 generation family holiday.
