Three stunning, mature palm trees tower over Can Lavet, provide a tropical backdrop to this stunning villa. Set in the foothills of the Tramuntana region in North Mallorca, it is a beautifully renovated, four-bedroom farmhouse.
The garden is divine with swaying palms, lush greenery and flowering bushes. A colossal cactus grows at the side of the property and terracotta urns are dotted throughout the garden. The mosaic-tiled pool is perfect for the whole family to have fun in and there are plenty of places to pull up a sun lounger. Extending out from the house, a shady terrace hosts an alfresco dining area.
The country farmhouse theme continues inside with honey-hued ceiling beams, whitewashed walls and wrought iron chandeliers. Enter the villa via wooden doors into a cosy lounge. There is a farmhouse table for six and a kitchen with a breakfast table too. The bedrooms feature ceiling beams, stone tiled floors and bed strewn with colourful quilts. There are also three pristine bathrooms for guests to share.

We loved the villa, particularly the outside area. Pool was great and patio with views of the surrounding farmland and hills was lovely.

The situation of the villa is brilliant: peaceful and quiet. It is set in a valley between two mountains and surrounded by farmland. There is a road running through the valley but it is quite far from the villa and the noise from traffic is minimal. The only other noise is the tinkling of goat and sheep bells which is lovely. The villa is very well equipped. There is a wonderful huge covered patio with a large table with eight chairs. The pool is excellent. Very clean and very pretty. There is another large garden table there with eight garden chairs and there are eight sun-loungers. The built-in BBQ by the pool is excellent. The villa is a couple of miles from the resort of Cala San Vincent which is pretty but very crowded and the beaches are mainly shingle and rock. We only went there once. The rest of the time we went to Puerto de Pollenca which is only a ten-minute drive away and has a fantastic, huge sandy beach and loads of good restaurants.
Reply: Thanks for the review, there are 3 sandy beaches at Cala Sant Vincent, 2 which cannot be seen from the road, the 4th cove at the very end is only rocks.

It was a lovely villa in a very good position.My grandson compared it to The Durrells on T.V. Was there a path through the field to the village and beach, we did not like walking on the road. The pool was ideally situated and was used a lot. The owner and the rep were brilliant, we could call on their help if needed which happened about twice. I would definitely rent this property again.
This is a fabulous villa in a great location. The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners keep it very clean. We loved the pool with ample sun loungers. A car is essential and although only a short walk from Cala san Vicente there is no path so slightly impractical to walk. Only a 5min drive to the local supermarket yet the villa is in a very private location. Can’t wait to go back.
Immaculately clean villa with lovely views and not far from the beach. Surrounded by nature including sheep with bells on (yes with bells on !) and goats behind. Very clean pool, good wi fi even outside next to the pool. Very privately situated a good distance set back from the main road.
This is a fantastic villa. Lovely location a few minutes drive from the sea. accommodation is big roomy and immaculate. The facilities are great – kitchen has all you require – cooker , microwave , toaster, full size fridge freezer , loads of pots , pans & utensils , there are 3 bathrooms -1 shower , 1 walk in shower & 1 bath. Bedrooms are super sizes and the outside area is lovely. you can drive right up to the front door. we visited in Oct/Nov so pool was quite cold but it still didn’t put us off having a dip. the island is beautiful with loads to see – recommend a visit to Caves of Drach. Enjoyed being greeted by a lovely cat each morning – we named her Claudette!

Brilliant stay from start to finish. Hosts were really helpful with our questions before travel. On arrive the villa was spotless and the owner and his son were very friendly and helpful. The outside area is beautiful lots of shady space to sit outside and the children loved the play area and space to run around. The pool is amazing and kept very clean throughout the stay. We ate some lovely meals in Puerto Pollensa a 10 minute drive. A brilliant holiday we didn’t went to leave!

This was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. It is exactly as described if not better. They have everything you could possibly need and it comfortably fits 10 people. It is in a great location. The house was also spotless when we arrived and communication with the host and property manager was seamless. If you’re coming to mallorca and have a large group, I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful residence in a rural location but within 15 minutes of two towns. No hesitation in recommending.
Communication with agent was great. Always on point and very helpful. We loved the silence and area around the place. Really clean, great pool and rooms. Comfortable, clean villa with nice surrounding gardens. Great location near Old Town Pollença, lovely pool and the welcome basket was a nice surprise on arrival! Its walkable to the town, but we had rented a car which helped a lot in the heat! Colin was very helpful when booking and easily contactable which was a great help.

Stunning villa in a perfect location, ideal for families and large groups. We had a wonderful time and all the Nord Villas staff were kind, helpful, efficient and friendly from first booking through to checkout. The house and garden were perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean, the pool was wonderful and we loved being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach and to a restaurant. Highly recommend. The stay was very good. Starting from the communication of the administration before check-in to the cleanliness of the finca until check out. The finca is within walking distance of Pollenca. Location is good and very quiet. The immediate neighbors do not bother and you will not get it. There were three of us in the accommodation and everyone had plenty of space. There is a pool, BBQ, and a house. Very good we found the change of towels and a small complete cleaning of the finca after 4 days. Negative were that upon our arrival there were no "small basic equipment", such as cleaning products, rags, dishwasher tablets, spices, oil or toilet paper. However, the criticism is high standard as we know it from other fincas. The missing air conditioning was not needed. Overall, I would book the finca again for a short spontaneous trip!

Very nice relaxing and comfortable place. Communication was very smooth and gentle. Definitely preferred. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing and wonderful time. We would love to revisit!
All I have to say is: we will be back. We had a great family vacation, it has everything you need to be comfortable and host a bigger group of people. The outdoor kitchen was an absolute hit and that is where we spent all days and evenings. Close to everything, stores, beaches, beautiful little towns. The owner stopped by to water the flowers and was absolutely wonderful to chat with. We loved our time here.
Neat and clean small villa with all that was needed
Beautiful villa which was perfect for our family group break. Spotlessly clean with a helpful welcome pack on arrival. We all had a great fun at the villa with lots of days by the pool, found the pool house/kitchen very helpful for al fresco lunches and bbq dinners. Good location to drive out to Pollença and Alcudia, as well as the stunning beach at Formentor.
House was lovely! Pool area was a letdown to the house (very small and water was very very shallow so not suitable for swimming). Refurbishment on the house was great, though as travelling with small children floors were very very slippy when wet (including shower) and the stairs for top level dangerous (just made sure they didn’t go up there).Overall great house, but if you want to walk to Pollenca note that it’s all on roads (albeit country lanes). Pollenca itself was so lovely!
A very nice accomodation that is very close to the beaches an has a very nice terrace.
Three generations of us stayed at Villa Ollan for one week. Very clean. Very well equipped. Practically on the beach, a plus for grandchildren.We had a great week and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
