Outside, there is a pleasant shaded terrace with fantastic views of the mountains and the fenced swimming pool whilst around the front of the villa, across the courtyard, the barbecue house provides a great spot for the evening, al fresco dining.
A great property if you are looking for a villa to rent in Pollensa with a large private pool. The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and has the benefit of a fence to keep the little ones safe. Fence can be erected or taken down on request.

We had a great week staying in this property just outside Pollensa. All descriptions were accurate and all amenities provided. The finca is well maintained and the gardens lovely with lots of spots for relaxing. It was really useful to have plenty local information provided in advance. Pollensa is such a beautiful place and having been several times it never disappoints. The Sunday market is a must.
Lovely, spacious traditional Mallorcan finca
A beautiful spacious farmhouse set in pretty tranquil gardens, with lovely pool and fantastic mountain views. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard with all the amenities you could wish for and spotlessly clean. This is a relaxing place to holiday away from the crowds but within walking distance of pretty Old Town Pollensa and its many restaurants cafes and Sunday Market. A wonderful stay, can't praise it or the owners enough. Thank you.

Lovely finca that was the perfect place for us as a family! The kids loved the fenced pool, the garden and the sheep behind the house :-) We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere and the proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and interesting sights to visit. We decided to come back next year because we liked it so much. Thanks a lot!
Can Pontico is a great house. It worked really well for two families - one family upstairs and one family located on the ground floor. Everything was provided and we didn't miss anything - the kitchen is well equipped / each bedroom has a very good aircon unit / bathrooms are very good. The house is located close to the supermarkets / beaches / walks etc. We didn't have to travel far and we spend many days exploring some amazing places / sites / etc. We had two 5 year old kids with us and they loved the pool even though they couldn't stand in the the shallow end. Enjoy your stay.

A lovely villa in an idyllic valley, still close to Pollenca and all its amenities. The pool was terrific and the beds very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The villa is in a fantastic location and the pool was a good size and cleaned regularly by the friendly owner. Would definitely recommend this villa and it’s easy to get to lots of places from it. John D

This property is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect (just minutes away from gorgeous beaches and the Pollenca town), the views are incredible and the house is absolutely gorgeous. I traveled with my parents, wife and 3 babies and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The place is beautiful, the garden amazing and the pool super clean. The owners are super kind and helpful. We ended up extending our stay since we had such an amazing time.

This Villa is on the outskirts of Pollença, but in an amazingly picturesque, quiet location. The Villa has many great touches and we quickly settled in and thought of it as home. Well worth considering for a family stay out of town and with all you’ll need to entertain.
Lovely to be back here again
Our second stay at Can Pontico with our family including two little grandsons aged 2 and 5. It was just as lovely as we all remembered it to be. Everything was spotlessly clean as before. We chose this villa mainly because the pool is fenced and the garden is level with lovely lawned areas that have plenty of welcome shade. Also the entrance gates prevent small children from getting out so they could be free to explore and play. This villa is in a peaceful, rural location surrounded by stunning mountains, yet only about a 10 or 15 minute drive to some lovely beaches. Juan, the owner, came up every couple of days to service the pool and check everything was ok. It was so nice to see him again. I hope it won’t be too long before we’re back!!

Blissful getaway
We stayed at Can Pontico for two weeks in August; two families with children from 10-12. The villa was fantastic for this as there are two separate spaces - one upstairs and one downstairs- each with its own bathroom with a shower in each. The main appeal for us was the stunning location. The views of mountains from all sides made it a really picturesque and relaxing stay. The pool was a great size and a real hit with the kids. The terrace off the kitchen overlooks the pool and mountains and we spent most of our time here. The owner, Juan, was there every few days to clean the pool. He is a wonderful, welcoming person. We visited the amazing spectacle of La Patrona festival, and by pure coincidence found ourselves outside his town house in Pollensa. Juan and his wife insisted we come inside to watch from an upstairs window, giving us all food and drinks. We were very glad to be inside when the crowds and noise became so crazy that we feared we might be crushed! The festival is an amazing week-long celebration at the start of August each year- we’d really recommend it. Beautiful Pollensa was a 35 minute walk away. After a week, we found the safe route to walk ( the main road is not safe!) We thought it would have been helpful to have an information book in the Villa, detailing this walk and other places to visit. Other info such as rubbish disposal, linen change etc would have been helpful. Having said that, any questions we had were quickly answered by Vida Villas or Juan. We visited Cala Saint Vincent- great for snorkelling, the caves at Campanet and the beautiful Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa. The Sunday Market in Pollensa is fantastic for food and crafts. Overall a wonderful holiday in a fantastic location- we’d love to return!

We had a lovely time at this villa in Pollensa. Juan was on hand if we needed him to explain anything to us and make recommendations as was Colin from Vida Villas. The villa was very clean when we arrived The house was very comfortable the pool worked very well , the kids loved it and the fence gave us peace of mind. Our second stay in two years. We love this house. It was ideal for 3 boys under ten and we enjoyed seeing the owner again.
Lovely spacious and spotlessly clean villa. Very clean and well maintained pool. Peaceful location but close to amenities and short drive to beach. We would definitely go back again!
We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa, the house was comfortable and well equipped and has been decorated very tastefully. It felt very private yet within easy reach of the supermarket, town and beaches. The children really enjoyed seeing the animals around the finca and the pool was great, lovely views from the pool area too and lovely to sit outside for meals and a barbecue. The owners were very friendly and shared with us fruit, vegetables, and took time to show the children the animals.

We had such a lovely stay. The villa was as described, and we all enjoyed the pool and the beautiful, quiet surroundings. We had a hire car, so getting to Puerto Pollenca in the evenings was very easy. We found some lovely restaurants here. Agent was very easy to contact on the one occasion we needed to and very responsive. All in all, it was a very enjoyable holiday.
The accommodation was just as expected. Perfect location with mountain and ocean view. Perfect size for a group of four or even six - everything was clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend if you want a rather quite but scenic getaway.
Villa with lovely views but still very close to Pollenca
Villa greatly exceeded expectations and pictures which, although attractive, didn't really do it justice! Very well equipped (once you found hidden kettles, toasters etc. !). Pool great and very clean. Frequency of linen changes and light cleaning 3 times a week by very friendly staff was most unexpected but very welcome. Table tennis (in the shade) provided fun for both younger and more elderly guests was again a surprise as it wasn't highlighted in details. Not inexpensive but nevertheless very good value for money. Proximity to Pollenca a real bonus but rather quiet for 20 something "partypeople" (although Puerta de Pollenca - a short taxi trip away - offers some options). Lots of beach options, from budget Puerta de Pollenca to rather more select Cap Formentor (go early to avoid the traffic and crowds in peak times). Would strongly recommend both villa and location.

We loved our stay at this charming beautiful villa. It was exactly as shown in the picture with the backyard pool area especially great for hanging out and enjoying the Mallorca sunshine. We liked the location in a quiet neighborhood of villas outside of Pollenca with the Sant Maria center square and numerous restaurants still within walking distance. The host was very responsive to each of my inquiries. We look forward to returning to Mallorca and to this villa in our next vacation to the island.
The villa was clean, comfortable and well furnished with a large outside area. An easy 25 minute stroll along a lane into Pollensa for dinner or coffee and cake was an enjoyable daily ritual. We would rent the villa again.

Comfortable, clean villa with nice surrounding gardens. Great location near Old Town Pollença, lovely pool and the welcome basket was a nice surprise on arrival! Its walkable to the town, but we had rented a car which helped a lot in the heat! Colin was very helpful when booking and easily contactable which was a great help.
Rural location, 10mins from edge of town then further 10mins from Town square, lovely villa and pool, very peaceful. Tricky piece of rough ground before you get to villa, especially in the dark but once negotiated a very enjoyable stay.
The property is a bit dated and a long walk from the port but the children loved the pool area .Good communication and all queries replied to straight away.
We had a wonderful time at this privileged location. Everything was great in the house and it is only one block away from the beach.

A magnificent finca with a wonderful guesthouse . Fully equipped with all you need . Spectacular views and grounds , including a pool and sauna . Located close to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa with great places to eat and sights to see . Local information is provided in a folder. To get the most from you stay we would recommend hiring a car . A fabulous place to relax and recharge and to explore at your leisure. Loved it!
It’s a lovely rural villa - simple, rustic, with everything you need, in a great location and really secluded and private. We loved it. It’s not luxurious but then neither is the price point - it's fantastic value for money. Communication was good and they quickly sorted anything we needed.
We went to two families with 4 young children on the last week of October 2023. The Villa is located high up and offers magnificent views on all floors, what an eye pleasure. The place is super quiet and peaceful while being close to Pollença where shopping and strolling is a real pleasure (we fell in love with this village). We took advantage of the barbecue and terrace. The most adventurous have dared the pool... The staff who maintain the place is adorable and the agency answered our two questions always quickly. Thank you
We loved our stay at finca marinata
Our holiday was fantastic and the apartment was beautiful. We were very impressed with the apartment and found it clean, modern and well equipped. The pool area was lovely and it was a great place to cool off after a hot day on the beach. The directions to the apartment were spot on (it was where I suspected) and collecting the keys was smooth; it was nice to find the apartment ready when we arrived at about 2:30pm as we weren't expecting it to be, since we were early and the whole resort very busy. I have found dealing with your company very easy; everyone I have dealt with has been helpful and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate using vidavillas again.
Lovely villa in a very central location
Three generations of us stayed at Villa Ollan for one week. Very clean. Very well equipped. Practically on the beach, a plus for grandchildren.We had a great week and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
A beautiful location and Villa. By car lots of the surrounding areas are very accessible. The bedrooms do get VERY hot at night due to no air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you need, & the pool is very clean and great size.
This villa was well situated between Puerta Pollensa and Pollensa old town although a car is a must as it is a 15 minute walk into the port along a busy road. Situated In a quiet area down a country lane. Good family sized villa for our party of 13 but really needs a make-over! Pool excellent and maintained well with plenty of sun-beds and covered terraces both front and rear of house. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms excellent but none in the lounge which is really needed as the children watched TV in the middle of the day to keep out of the sun. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely family resort with boat trips (catamaran recommended) inflatable offshore fun park which is very popular – lots of good shops and in the main square – craft markets within the evening entertainment ie bands & shows while we where there (usually 10pm start).
