Outside there is a large furnished covered terrace with a barbecue and ping pong table. A path from the house takes you to the pool area with sun loungers, an ideal place to soak up the sun and enjoy a dip in the pool. There is also the added benefit of a private tennis court in the grounds.

A beautiful house in a beautiful place. Lifting house has all the comforts and is modernly furnished. We would love to come back again!
The villa is very nicely located at the foot of the mountains and you really have your peace on the large property. The pool is very nicely landscaped and looked perfectly maintained. Also with 6 people the house would not be overcrowded, but I would rather recommend 4. You can reach Pollenca in a few minutes by car, where you can buy everything. The grounds are somewhat densely planted and there are, for example, many birds there. The equipment of the house is very good, everything looks modern and clean. I can recommend it.
We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.

Great Villa, everything new and nicely decorated. Good beds, linens and great kitchen. Cleaning to a high standard. Lounge was very comfortable which is good in the spring and autumn when you are not outside as much. 15 min walk to the old town. The pool is set away from the house in peaceful setting but not in view from the houses which for some may need consideration. House very secluded and great to have the tennis court too. We were 4 adults and it was perfect. Would book again.
Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood next to the mountains surrounded by nature.It was very clean and the property was bigger as expected. The owner provides you with Tennis and table-tennis equipment.

The villa was as described; very clean, good facilities including wifi, lots of kitchen items, utensils and cooking facilities, very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Couple of cons; it was quite difficult to find in the dark when we first arrived and we were plagued by mosquitos. So take a good sat nav or phone maps and insect repellent!
We had an amazing stay. It is a beautiful, clean, modern villa set in massive, well-maintained grounds.The villas itself is well laid out, with modern air conditioning in all the rooms. The furniture is all comfortable and clean.We loved the pool and the surround, despite the funny shape. Was great having access to the tennis court and the table tennis table, with all the bats, rackets and balls provided by the hosts.Would 100% recommend this property and would return tomorrow given the chance.

The finca was very neat, clean and modern. Everything was there what we needed. Especially nice is the spacious outside area and the pool. Cooking together is super nice in the beautiful kitchen. We loved our stay. The place is perfectly located with easy beach access. We cook a lot and the kitchen was fantastic with more than everything we needed. Great host and followed up on anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful and wifi speed was great for us which is important because we were working most of the time we were there. The villa is a bit out of the way with no direct neighbours. For us it is just ideal for relaxing. The pool is fantastic. We felt very comfortable.
Absolutely beautiful. A real hidden gem that we would love to return to! The pool was so refreshing to cool down in especially on the hot days and it was the perfect temperature even for our 10 month old. The villa was well equipped and made for a relaxing stay. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive and the drive from the airport was less than 40 minutes. Close to the beaches and so easy to explore Pollença and Alcúdia. Just perfect for our first family holiday in Mallorca.
A really great house with fantastic views over Pollensa town. Good facilities and lots of outside seating. Not ideal for those with mobility problems.

Pollenca is a beautiful area to stay in Majorque between sea and mountains. The house is nicely set in a quiet and beautiful area with nice surroundings garden and pool. The pool is not warmed so although we hoped to enjoy it in October it is really too cold to do that. The inside of the house is rather simple and practical but don’t expect state of the art kitchen , bathroom or beds . Overall we have a good experience and the host was super easy to reach and talk to.
The house is perfect for a lovely family vacation. We had a lovely time, enjoying the pool, barbecue and beautiful surroundings. There is plenty of space and lots of country idyl, which was very appreciated. We will definitely give our best recommendations for anyone interested. :)
Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison appartement est spacieuse et très agréable. Elle est idéalement située à 100 mètres de la mer. Nous avons bien pu profiter de la belle terrasse avec chaise longue, partie apéro, parti repas... Il faut juste prévoir assaisonnement, liquide vaisselle…
Please DONT DRINK THE WATER. We were all very ill after arriving late, using the tap water not noticing until the following morning, the sign which was on the wall to the side behind us. It would be much better if a second notice was put on the kitchen table.Having said that, the villa was lovely, just as described. Peaceful, a bit off the main road. Everything was as it should be except no hand soap or any basics (Except toilet roll)

Die Lage vom vom Haus ist einfach perfekt, wir wahren jetzt zum zweiten mal da und werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder versuchen dieses Haus zu Buchen Gut wäre ein Tresor im Haus Die Eingangs Tür lässt sich nur schwer öffnen, wir sind am ersten Tag fast nicht ins Haus gekommen
The location is remote, in the middle of nature. The large pool and the beautiful house invite you to relax. It is only a few minutes to Pollenca and Alcudia.

Really minor point but maybe provide some Cava/Prosecco glasses as well as wine glasses.
We wanted to express our full satisfaction with our recent stay. The place was even bigger than we imagined and the location was just perfect.The only small downside was the hot water, but agent was extremely responsive and resolved the issue in our absence, which was much appreciated. This property is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect (just minutes away from gorgeous beaches and the Pollenca town), the views are incredible and the house is absolutely gorgeous. I traveled with my parents, wife and 3 babies and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The place is beautiful, the garden amazing and the pool super clean. The owners are super kind and helpful. We ended up extending our stay since we had such an amazing time.
