We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.

Great Villa, everything new and nicely decorated. Good beds, linens and great kitchen. Cleaning to a high standard. Lounge was very comfortable which is good in the spring and autumn when you are not outside as much. 15 min walk to the old town. The pool is set away from the house in peaceful setting but not in view from the houses which for some may need consideration. House very secluded and great to have the tennis court too. We were 4 adults and it was perfect. Would book again.
Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood next to the mountains surrounded by nature.It was very clean and the property was bigger as expected. The owner provides you with Tennis and table-tennis equipment.

The furniture is all comfortable and clean.We loved the pool and the surround, despite the funny shape. Was great having access to the tennis court and the table tennis table, with all the bats, rackets and balls provided by the hosts.Would 100% recommend this property and would return tomorrow given the chance.
The villa is very nicely located at the foot of the mountains and you really have your peace on the large property. The pool is very nicely landscaped and looked perfectly maintained. Also with 6 people the house would not be overcrowded, but I would rather recommend 4. You can reach Pollenca in a few minutes by car, where you can buy everything. The grounds are somewhat densely planted and there are, for example, many birds there. The equipment of the house is very good, everything looks modern and clean. I can recommend it.
The villa was as described; very clean, good facilities including wifi, lots of kitchen items, utensils and cooking facilities, very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Couple of cons; it was quite difficult to find in the dark when we first arrived and we were plagued by mosquitos. So take a good sat nav or phone maps and insect repellent!

This is an excellent villa in an outstanding location. Externally, the pool is amazing, beautiful and spacious garden, dining/lounge facilities on the patio are superb. We spent most of the week here. Internally, it is spacious, clean, well kept and very homely. Contact with the owner was seamless, he was informative and helpful. We had a very good family stay. Listing matches the photos, well maintained and functional. The terrace is lovely from morning to night. It is conveniently located 200m from a beautiful beach and its location makes it easy to visit the area.
Our stay in the villa was great. The property is large and offers lots of common areas to spend time with the closest ones. Everything was clean and if there was the slightest problem the host took action immediately. The location of the house and garden offers absolute privacy and is perfect for people who like to be surrounded by greenery and love peace and quiet. We would definitely come back here again!
A really great location in the mountains. Kitchen with good amenities and plenty of crockery. Large pool with more than enough sunbeds. A wonderful outdoor area that invites you to linger.
The outdoor space at the villa Can Canarves was wonderful and the pool was lovely. The indoor space was dark from the shutters which meant we all slept very well. The AC took a few days for us to figure out how to get it just right but it was lovely once we had. Kitchen was a little basic. Location was good, near shops, restaurants, Pollensa town and beaches but needed a hire car to make the most of it. Overall we had a very pleasant stay overall. Instructions were good, clear and agent was responsive to our queries.
The accommodation and facilities were great and what we expected. The location was stunning. The bedrooms were large and air conditioned and beautiful..It was a fabulous spot to relax and explore the northern part of the island. We did have some teething problems but minor in the scheme of things The internet was patchy but with some basic turning off and on it improved and they did send someone out. The electrics do trip if everyone is taking a shower and you are cooking and using everything at the same time but then I guess my house would do the same…and easily remedied with resetting the switch…it’s an old modernised to a high standard Villa…The Villa is in beautiful countryside next to a farm where they have dogs kept outside and a donkey… these sometimes are noisy at night… especially if you are not used to such noises…so take some earplugs if the sounds of nature would keep you awake. All these are minor things as it’s a fab place to to take a large extended family to have a relaxing holiday and I would definitely try to use it again…

Quiet accommodation with fantastic panoramic views. The finca is located in a large garden with palm trees, pool, many flower bushes and dust. It corresponds to the description. Mattresses in both bedrooms very good, furnishings a bit cobbled together, kitchen works, enough dishes, towels to change. Complaints are fixed immediately. We felt very comfortable. The location in the rural plain of Pollenca overlooking the Tramuntana is fantastic.
it’s was a great stay, exactly what we needed, so relaxing and a great locations as well, we loved it so much! it was perfect, but the outside area was brilliant, the dining areas and cooking along with the pool was great.

Great Spot
Thanks to Vida Villas for providing excellent service before and during our stay. Everything was as described, beautiful, clean and great location for getting to the beach and close to restaurants. We came for cycling and we had the best time, road here are absolutely first class. There is a Pizza restaurant just a minutes walk away with good food. Weather was superb, did not expect to get it so good in October. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful place in a perfect location. And they provided a crib and highchair for my baby. Things to note are the water is not potable so you'll need to buy water for drinking, etc. Only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided. You'll also need to purchase any coffee, oil, salt, etc. you might need.
We wanted to express our full satisfaction with our recent stay. The place was even bigger than we imagined and the location was just perfect.The only small downside was the hot water, but agent was extremely responsive and resolved the issue in our absence, which was much appreciated. A beautiful location and Villa. By car lots of the surrounding areas are very accessible. The bedrooms do get VERY hot at night due to no air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you need, & the pool is very clean and great size.
We had a wonderful quiet week in quiet surroundings. During the day you can hear a few cars from the street, but that doesn't bother you and at night it is super quiet. We didn't miss anything! Thank you!
