Can Seguirei is a traditional country house ideally located between Pollenca old town and Puerto Pollensa. The villa offers accommodation for 5 people. Inside, steps off from the living area lead down to the double bedroom with air conditioning and shared shower room. A few steps lead up to the twin bedroom with air conditioning and the single bedroom with fan. The living-dining room has a wonderful stone floor which keeps the area cool is summer months and there is also an open fireplace which can be used in the early and late season.
There is a large dining table with chairs, comfortable seating, TV and DVD in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a second shower room accessed externally. Outside Seguirei offers relaxed summer living.
Sun loungers surround the swimming pool and the gardens are very well kept. Close to the pool there is also a large BBQ area with built in grill and plenty of seating, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining. There are comfortable terrace sofas and a shady parasol should you need to take a break from the sun. A ping pong table has also been provided for our guests’ entertainment.

Very nice stay. At the foot of the Serra Tramuntana and 5 minutes from the coast. An oasis of peace with a nice swimming pool and beautiful covered terrace and BBQ. It is wonderful for beautiful summer evenings.3 nice rooms. Perfect for 5 people. What was also very nice was the 2nd bathroom close to the swimming pool. Convenient to take a quick shower there after a day at the beach or pool.

Nice villa with good space for a family of 4 with a great pool for kids with a decent size shallow area. Air conditioning to 2 of the 3 bedrooms worked well. Villa is close to Pollenca Old Town (5min drive) and Puerta Pollenca (10min drive). Towels provided and changed a couple of times during our stay which was useful. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The pool and the barbecue area were awesome. We stayed outside most of the time and only went inside for sleeping :)
We had a fantastic stay. We booked seven nights with my wife and 1 year old and the place was perfect.Ideally located between Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa so great for wondering around the old town but also great for heading to the beach and exploring the the coastline. The pool was also very clean and perfect for young children as there’s a shallow end that then offers steps into the deeper section of the pool. The grounds and garden and especially the BBQ area were brilliant and perfect for dining outside. I’d highly recommend staying here and we’ll hopefully return sometime soon.
We loved the tranquility of the villa and cleanliness. Swimming pool cleaned daily, great outdoor kitchen for meals, very accessible to go to Pollenca very nice seaside resort.The amenities are impeccable, the beds comfortable. What can I say! Prepare to be blown away! The pool/sitting area outside is amazing! The pool beautifully blue and clear and loads of sunbeds for everyone to relax by the pool. We didn’t need to go anywhere else.Inside the villa is stunning. Marble floors, great sized kitchen and utility. Great sized fridge/freezer and the All important nespresso machine!Bathrooms were lovely and big and rooms air conditioned.Absolutely couldn’t fault it! Would love to book again next year! X
This wonderful, centrally located townhouse is a real haven in this gorgeously busy little town. We loved the bright, open interiors, which were cool and restful, even on the hottest of days, and the courtyard with plunge pool and roof terraces meant that we could hang out as a family but also get some peace. The house is really stylish and has been furnished with really high-quality pieces that make it feel like a curated, high end boutique hotel. Incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen is better equipped than ours back home, and the master bathroom is a dream! Loved the roof terrace views, too! We will be back.

Enjoyed stay. House and area is beautiful and so peaceful and an easy walk to town. Be aware that there’s no air conditioning but area is safe and keeping windows open at night helps.
The villa was big inside and accommodated all 6 people. The outdoor space and pool were good and enough for us all. The villa had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The bathrooms could do with updating if am honest especially one of the show heads. Aircon was on at night which was perfect. The location is just on the main road so you could hear the cars but we expected that. You could easily walk to the port/beach in 20 minutes max. The supermarket was about 10/15 mins away on foot. We all had a fab time and for the money, I cannot grumble at all.
This is a beautiful town house, 5 mins walk to the centre of town, and the hill is not as bad as it looks! We loved how quiet it was. The view from the terrace over the town is spectacular and I’d you squint a bit you can see the sea! The house is very well equipped and has everything you need to cook at home. There is even a fridge and bbq on the terrace so you don’t have to go down to get drinks. Plenty of outdoor seating and sun beds. Agent was super, arranged extra towels for my visitors, who came for the weekend during my stay. The high price is definitely worth the location and amenities.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr privat! Der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten:) Im sehr ausgiebigen Garten sind eigene Zitronen und Orangenbäume, von denen sich ein köstlicher Orangensaft zum Frühstück pressen lässt. Die Früchte des Aprikosenbaums waren leider schon etwas vergärt, was einen recht starken Geruch am Pool zur Auswirkung hatte. Hier wäre es super wenn der Garten ab und zu von den überreifen Früchten befreit würde.
Beautiful house in a very quiet location. The host is very friendly and accommodating. For example, you can rob your vegetable garden next door for cooking. Well suited as a base for cycling training camp!

Absolutely gorgeous place, beautiful garden and pool and lovely shady terrace. Very clean and very comfortable. The location was good for us as we could drive and see different places all around the island. As others have said a few basic household consumable items would be useful, but you can pick things up easily. There are country sounds in line with the house's rural location eg the rather forlorn braying of the donkey and the lively cockerels, but this was as expected and altogether it is a very peaceful retreat. Antonia and her husband were very welcoming and lovely, there was a beautiful cake for us on arrival and they were very helpful. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.
We had a great stay at this apartment. Stunning location 2 mins from the beach, beautiful views of the mountains and bay from the balcony every morning and excellent communication from the owners. Key collection was super easy with a lockbox and code by the door. Aircon was a godsend in the 35+ degree heat! We came to Cala St Vincenc as part of a group of 4 families and definitely think we had the nicest/best located accommodation of the group.
The finca was really great. Large living room, large kitchen and a beautiful outdoor area with large pool. There is everything you need. The check-in and previous communication went great. The place is recommended :)
We spent a week in the cottage and had a very nice time. The finca is very large and has enough space for 6 people. A special highlight is of course the quiet and secluded garden area with pool and outdoor cottage, where you can relax very well. Nearby are the beautiful places Pollenca and Alcudia, with lots of shopping, restaurants, sights and beaches. Since the highway is also only minutes away, you can also easily reach other destinations on the island by car. The communication was always very friendly and constructive, in case of problems we were helped quickly and competently.We'd love to come back!
