A beautiful villa in a peaceful area. The photos did not do the place justice, as it was a lot bigger in person. The garden area was stunning. Antonia was a great host, she was really helpful and very responsive. We would 100% stay again.
Lovely villa and pool (heating available) in a quiet location only a few minutes drive from Port de Pollenca. Lovely grounds, setting, and feel. 2 en-suite beds - air con - table tennis - bbq and private terraces. Kids loved it. We’ll defo go again.
We had a lovely stay at this villa. She is a great host and her communications are speedy and helpful.The house is spotless, very well equipped, and for us (as cyclists) it was a great location to be based, quiet and close to the cycling routes and lanes and also near the beach and restaurants of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. We’d definitely stay again- for me the outdoor space was especially welcome- so peaceful with birdsong, the pool and shady seating by the house or sunbeds by the pool.
We loved our stay, great location easy walk to Pollenca and easy drive to the port. There was everything you need in the Villa, the garden and pool area is fantastic for a quiet relax. We hope to return next year.
we really enjoyed our stay. it's a very quiet place. floating in the pool in the heat was blissful. Everything is there, but bring a couple of essentials though as that is not laid on. milk, coffee, dishy tabs, olive oil ie bare essentials not present.
The place is very nice, clean, well located and a great host. We had a fantastic family holiday!

My parents and my children spent Easter in the beautiful house. We arrived at night but it was easily possible to check in with a lockbox. The house with the pool is great, the property is very spacious. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The decor is tasteful. You can walk to Pollenca. However, a rental car for exploring the area is recommended. The host is very friendly and gave us good tips. It was a very nice stay. Thank you for everything!
Had a great week in Pollença the villa was perfect, just as described and more. Garden was exceptional and pool was perfect. Check in and out was super easy, and host was always at hand to answer questions. Kitchen equipment was well kitted out and bbq etc. We would stay again and recommend this highly, but one recommendation is replacing the single mattresses as they were hard. Perfect location for supermarket, and local beaches and towns.

A wonderful villa. It’s rustic with modern facilities all laid out really well. We loved the pool and the quiet location. It was easy to get a taxi into Pollenca for evening meals or have a bbq and cook at the villa. You need a car to get everywhere else as it’s a little remote. It’s in a beautiful setting with views across the valley. We met the owners who were just so lovely. I would definitely recommend it.
Excellent value for money. Small winding path to get there, a little off-center from Pollença, but the city remains easily accessible. We had to ask for basic things (dish soap, garbage bags, dish towels) but they responded quickly when I wrote to them. Have a nice stay!

Our family vacation with 3 generations was perfect.We mostly cooked in the outdoor kitchen. BBQ charcoal was present.Coffee machines in all variants are present :-)Towels are sufficient and have been replaced in half time.Essential amenities spices, toipappe, dish tabs, hand soap, sink must be purchased.Owners are very friendly and helpful. The garbage is disposed of daily.Thank you for the great time
Wonderful house in the middle of Pollença! The Highlight was the terrace with the pool, where we had dinner every night. Only negative aspect was that there was water flowing in the living room right next to the power sockets, which can be pretty dangerous. In the kitchen and in the living rooms there are some leaks, that should be repaired, but as we were only staying for a week it didn‘t bother us too much. Would come again :)

This was one of the nicest villas we’ve stayed in, it was almost home from home except it was a lot sunnier than England very well equipped
We had a wonderful week at the finca. It is a very quiet location, surrounded by sheep, goats and olive trees. With great panoramic mountain views. Nevertheless, the supermarkets (Lidl/Eroski) are only 5 minutes by car. Pollenca is also very quick to reach. The house is very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, even more. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning can also be used as heating if necessary. The pool is wonderful. The finca can only be recommended.

Very nicely located, in the heart of Pollença, next to a nice park and short walks from all the restaurants and cafes. The house is lovely, top notch Wi-Fi, very clean and nicely furnished. Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom were better than many hotel penthouse suites. We spent many afternoons enjoying the roof terrace. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen. I wish my house was like this one.

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. Villa was in a great setting, peaceful but close to town, super-clean with all the amenities you would want.
In general, everything was good.
Nice villa with a great pool and lovely views. We would stay again if it weren’t for the road. The pool and outdoor area were great. The location wasn’t great. The road is narrow and it was difficult/dangerous to pull out in the car. There was no mirror to check for oncoming traffic. We had to buy all cleaning supplies, soap etc.
Gorgeous. Loved our stay. Beautiful property, perfectly equipped for a week in Pollença.
The villa was spotless on arrival, there were no instructions for the safe however this was resolved very quickly after contacting the agents. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A slight negative is the barbecue, a purpose built brick one would be useful. The villages of Buger and Sa Pobla are close by. The Agroturisme Son Pons Hotel is worth a visit for a drink or dinner.

The house is very good, excellent location for those who seek tranquility and privacy, would return with all certainty!!!
We spent with my family 5 days in the villa. The outdoor environment is a real complement to the house which is just as adorable. Everything is peaceful there.
