This traditional Mallorcan style house is located in a quiet area in the countryside, yet a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. The open plan living/dining area has a TV and DVD player, there is also Wifi in the villa.
The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and microwave. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is one single bedroom downstairs. The double and twin have air conditioning. There is a modern bathroom with walk in shower upstairs and downstairs there is a shower room too. Outside there is ample space to relax with covered terraces, barbecue area and dining table and chairs
Outside you wll find a large green lawned area. The swimming pool, with roman steps, is surrounded by shrubs and hedges, and a large palm tree gives ample shade.

A nice place to make trips out of. Provided with all necessary facilities. Also the property was wonderfully quiet and you have no disturbance from neighboring houses. I've had some mosquitoes. But I think this would have been all over the island, so it wasn't the accommodation.
Beautiful property, was a lovely chilled family holiday! Definitely worth the money and loved having our own pool to relax around! loved the flowers around the villa and watching all the chickens in the morning walk around the property with their little babies. There was lots of mosquitoes, but I think that was due to being out in the country! I would just recommend taking lots of Mozzy sprays and plug ins! Also the electric kept tripping so try not to have too many things plugged in at once! And hire a small car if possible as driveway was very very narrow and had a sharp corner, luckily my husband is a pretty good driver as I might have struggled as we had a jeep as there was 5 of us.
Great outdoor area, with a nice pool. There were quite a few mosquitoes and ants, but the accommodation can do nothing about that.

The pool & gardens are magnificent. The house is delightful, spacious, clean & very comfortable for four people. The owners were very responsive & helpful with the one minor problem we had & resolved it quickly. Highly recommended.

Very good and easy with checking in the villa. Unfortunately, the water was very cold in the pool, but we had early April. Very quiet, good to relax. Only the beds were not comfortable. Mosquitoes were very diligent!

Die Umgebung von Pollenca ist gerade im Spätsommer oder Herbst ideal zum Wandern mit Badestops in kleinen, nur zu Fuss erreichbaren Buchten.
Ein Auto sollte man jedoch unbedingt zur Verfügung haben.

Three generations of us stayed at Villa Ollan for one week. Very clean. Very well equipped. Practically on the beach, a plus for grandchildren.We had a great week and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We were a group of 9 and we found the villa very spacious and relaxing. The pool was great although a couple of outside furniture items need updating. Colin was very helpful and the communication was great. I think this villa is in a great location for visiting Palma and local beaches in Illetes. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed with the family and we loved the villa. It was great for our family and close to few locations to travel. We really enjoyed the decor and very clean.
Superb, had a great stay
The house in Cala Sant Vincenc is very nice. Fully equipped and ideally located: a 3-minute walk from the sea. We had a great vacation:) The only downside: 6th place is not ideal. It is an extra bed glued to the other single bed which does not leave much room for the occupants. If you are 5, I recommend this house!
Great stay. Location had a few flaws but passed on a few flaws.Had good communication.Lovely home. However, the second bathroom is not in the house itself. Maybe good to know. We enjoyed it.
It is a very nice house, the pool area is very nice and you can be comfortable there. What we didn't like was the location that is in a medium “industrial” area. On the other side is the supermarkets very close and also Puerto Pollença and Pollença.
Very nice grounds. Nice pool. The nearby street is easy to hear. We used it as a starting point for bike rides and were therefore little in the house. It was good for that. Well-equipped kitchen. Essentials such as oil, washing tablets, pepper and salt were available. During office hours, we were answered quickly and nicely to requests. Check-in was straightforward and easy. We had a great time.
A very nice finca. You definitely need a car. Unfortunately, we read too late that you could have gotten an electric car on site as well. We used the outdoor kitchen and the pool a lot. From here you can quickly get to Polenca, which is one of the most beautiful places on the island in consideration. There are some very good restaurants there. We also got to know the owner, Antonio, who looked for the garden. You can pick everything that is ripe there. Lemons, figs etc.
We found paradise for a week . Lovely house with everything you need . Hope to come back another time !
