This traditional Mallorcan style house is located in a quiet area in the countryside, yet a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. The open plan living/dining area has a TV and DVD player, there is also Wifi in the villa.
The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and microwave. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is one single bedroom downstairs. The double and twin have air conditioning. There is a modern bathroom with walk in shower upstairs and downstairs there is a shower room too. Outside there is ample space to relax with covered terraces, barbecue area and dining table and chairs
Outside you wll find a large green lawned area. The swimming pool, with roman steps, is surrounded by shrubs and hedges, and a large palm tree gives ample shade.

A nice place to make trips out of. Provided with all necessary facilities. Also the property was wonderfully quiet and you have no disturbance from neighboring houses. I've had some mosquitoes. But I think this would have been all over the island, so it wasn't the accommodation.
Beautiful property, was a lovely chilled family holiday! Definitely worth the money and loved having our own pool to relax around! loved the flowers around the villa and watching all the chickens in the morning walk around the property with their little babies. There was lots of mosquitoes, but I think that was due to being out in the country! I would just recommend taking lots of Mozzy sprays and plug ins! Also the electric kept tripping so try not to have too many things plugged in at once! And hire a small car if possible as driveway was very very narrow and had a sharp corner, luckily my husband is a pretty good driver as I might have struggled as we had a jeep as there was 5 of us.
Great outdoor area, with a nice pool. There were quite a few mosquitoes and ants, but the accommodation can do nothing about that.

My friends and I had a really nice stay there – especially the outdoor area is really nice. Communication worked well, our late check-in was also not a problem at all. Of course, you can see and see that the house is a bit older and worn, but for the price it fits perfectly – we were mostly outside anyway, as you can also be under the covered dining area/outdoor kitchen even if it rains.
Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood next to the mountains surrounded by nature.It was very clean and the property was bigger as expected. The owner provides you with Tennis and table-tennis equipment.

Superb Family Holiday
Our family had the most wonderful holiday in the Font Llobera Villa. 2 mins to the very picturesque Plaza Major with its cobbled streets and fantastic restaurants and bars. 5 mins to the local supermarkets (Eroski and Lidl). 10 mins to puerto pollensa (pine walk) and cala st vincent stunning beach cove. This was our second holiday to pollensa and would highly recommend this villa and pollensa. Couldn't have asked for more from the villa, all very clean tidy lots of space. 10m swimming pool and superb views with every amenity on the doorstep.

I stayed here with my family. The children (4 + 5 years) were completely happy with the pool and didn't want to go to the beach anymore. Particularly nice and authentic cottage in the quiet outdoor area of Pollenca .The coffee machine was broken but was immediately replaced the next morning after giving it. Super service.The pool is well maintained and the water quality is checked almost daily. During the fourth day (of 10), a very friendly lady came to clean our cottage and replace the towels. On the 7th day, the towels were replaced.
We stayed at Casa Bondia for a week in May 2019. It's located a minute walk from the beach in a quiet town. The rooms were clean and big enough, and have been cleaned even in the middle of our stay:) Well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms add up to a great experience.

We had a wonderful week at the finca. It is a very quiet location, surrounded by sheep, goats and olive trees. With great panoramic mountain views. Nevertheless, the supermarkets (Lidl/Eroski) are only 5 minutes by car. Pollenca is also very quick to reach. The house is very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, even more. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning can also be used as heating if necessary. The pool is wonderful. The finca can only be recommended.
The villa was all-you-need if you’re looking for a quiet place located on the same distance from both neighboring villages. The beach line is not that attractive, however it wasn’t promised to be so, according to the villa description and location. Absolutely awesome beaches are located 5-7 minutes drive either direction (we especially liked the one in Port d’Alcúdia).Basically you need a car to get everywhere, even for a minor grocery shopping and closest cafe, but we were well-prepared to that condition:) The house has everything needed for a group of 6+ pax and for our family of 4 it was even larger than needed. Anyway we didn’t ever had bathroom queues. The house is a bit chilly at nights but that’s ok for the spring season and is easily adjusted with electric heaters at night and extra blankets.If you are into sports, running and cycling, that’s another reason to rent this villa. You have a wonderful bike lane to Pollença and further, which starts directly from the gate.
We had a lovely week at this property. The location was perfect, an easy walk to town. We left our car at the carpark just at the top of the town to save us driving through the narrow streets, it was only a 1 minute walk away.

Wonderful stay, can’t wait to return
Five of us (four adults and one eleven year old) have just enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this villa near the beautiful town of Pollensa. Firstly, we can’t praise Pollenca enough - it is gorgeous, a web of intricate medical streets that can offer some relief from the intense sun as you wander the town. There are endless quaint shops, bars and restaurants all serving gorgeous food (loads of variety including traditional Spanish dishes). The villa was perfect - all rooms were spacious (apart from the 2nd indoor shower room, although it’s more than adequate). The kitchen is very well equipped, is again a good size space and has clearly just been updated with new units, granite worktops. The bedrooms all have very good sized built-in wardrobes. Again the lounge is a very good size although we didn’t actually use it once as we ate outside everyday and spent evenings talking by the pool. The rest of the furniture in the house is ideal although the elderly owners have a lot of nik-nak ornaments around the villa that we tidied away so as not to damage anything. The whole outside space is great and the views when lying on the sunbeds, stunning!! The shaded terrace area around half of the house is fantastic and perfectly positioned overlooking the pool area. The pool was in almost constant use over the two weeks and, although not heated, was very warm. We walked into Pollensa on numerous occasions from the villa (15-20 minute walk) but, although it’s all on the flat, it was a very hot walk (in the August 30• heat), and would be testing for little ones or the elderly. We ate a couple of times at the restaurant on the main road at the entrance to the lane to the villa - the service, price and food was very good. All in all a brilliant holiday and we are definitely looking to rebook this villa.
This is such a lovely villa, we felt very lucky to find it as the position is great and it has the benefit of a pool which was larger than expected. We'll definitely be returning. The only 2 watch outs are bring lots of insect repellant and if you're hiring a car it's best to get a small one as the streets are very narrow.
We were 4 people In the accommodation and it was very nice. The garden is large enough and the pool is a good size. Inside you can stay well thanks to the living/dining kitchen and with the 3 bathrooms there is no fight for a shower. The noise of the country road can be heard in the garden but in the bedrooms you don't hear anything with the windows closed.
If you’re looking for a pretty, peaceful, villa/cottage away from everything and everyone this is absolutely perfect. Especially as it has its own lovely secluded private pool - a massive bonus. The villa is tiny but more than adequate for two people. Aircon was a great asset. The surrounding scenery is incredible, lemon trees, and nestled below mountains. It’s only a 20 minute walk into the beautiful historic town of Pollensa - but it’s not an easy walk, little shade and rocky roads at point. Plus, because the villa is so out of the way and down a very long, very narrow country lane, we found no taxi drivers knew it which was fine once we knew the way but difficult first time and when we were picked up for the airport. So definitely hire a car! And make sure it’s not a big one either for the tiny lanes. Such a wonderful holiday. We recommend!

We had a lovely time at this villa in Pollensa. Juan was on hand if we needed him to explain anything to us and make recommendations as was Colin from Vida Villas. The villa was very clean when we arrived The house was very comfortable the pool worked very well , the kids loved it and the fence gave us peace of mind. The property is well located for walking into the old town of Pollenca and is set on a hillside with fantastic views of the town and surrounding mountains. It's spacious with plenty of room for 6 people to enjoy a holiday without crowding each other and the outdoor spaces and pool are fantastic. It's so quiet and peaceful and to lie and read a book in the sunshine by the pool was wonderful. It was equally lovely in the evening to sit out and eat under the stars! The property was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well but, as there are mosquito screens on all the windows, we were able to sleep with the windows open and didn't need to use it. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the large fridge, cooker and dishwasher made life easy when catering for the family. Venturing down the hill on foot into the old town to eat and shop was a bonus, as we didn't have to argue about who was going to drive back in the evening!
Access to the driveway is quite tight, so I would advise hiring a small to medium sized car. We were OK with a Ford Focus but a big 4x4 might struggle. Also the property is laid out over three floors with several different levels outdoors, which wasn't a problem for us and actually added to it's charm but it might be an issue if you're a little unstable on your feet.
