This traditional Mallorcan style house is located in a quiet area in the countryside, yet a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. The open plan living/dining area has a TV and DVD player, there is also Wifi in the villa.
The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and microwave. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is one single bedroom downstairs. The double and twin have air conditioning. There is a modern bathroom with walk in shower upstairs and downstairs there is a shower room too. Outside there is ample space to relax with covered terraces, barbecue area and dining table and chairs
Outside you wll find a large green lawned area. The swimming pool, with roman steps, is surrounded by shrubs and hedges, and a large palm tree gives ample shade.

A nice place to make trips out of. Provided with all necessary facilities. Also the property was wonderfully quiet and you have no disturbance from neighboring houses. I've had some mosquitoes. But I think this would have been all over the island, so it wasn't the accommodation.
Beautiful property, was a lovely chilled family holiday! Definitely worth the money and loved having our own pool to relax around! loved the flowers around the villa and watching all the chickens in the morning walk around the property with their little babies. There was lots of mosquitoes, but I think that was due to being out in the country! I would just recommend taking lots of Mozzy sprays and plug ins! Also the electric kept tripping so try not to have too many things plugged in at once! And hire a small car if possible as driveway was very very narrow and had a sharp corner, luckily my husband is a pretty good driver as I might have struggled as we had a jeep as there was 5 of us.
Great outdoor area, with a nice pool. There were quite a few mosquitoes and ants, but the accommodation can do nothing about that.

Communication with the property was very good at all times, providing everything you need upon our arrival. The house in general lines is fine, highlighting the pool and barbecue as an added value. However, not having air conditioning is very noticeable and despite having fans, it is very hot.
Villa located on a large private plot, far enough away from neighboring villas. Pool was massive very impressed with the pool area. Rustic style villa but well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Not much not to like but if I did have any issues it would be the house is a bit close to the main road but traffic noise settled late by early evening. You'll also need a car if staying here. It's about 2km to Pollensa along a fairly busy road.

We had a great family holiday with Colin. The house is very spacious, as is the swimming pool which is very nice. It is well located for exploring the north of the island. The beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. We recommend the house without hesitation.
We absolutely adored our stay here! It is a beautiful, peaceful spot with incredible views and a lovely pool. There are a couple of other houses around but it felt incurable private and tranquil with Pollenca old town just a 20 or so minute walk away. Just what we were looking for and would love to come back and stay again.
We stayed at the finca for 3 weeks in September 2021 and really enjoyed the time there! Handover with key on file via access code was easy. The house is well appointed and has an alarm system. Everything was very clean, the garden well maintained and the pool with 8x4 meters (according to our estimate) large to be able to swim well! Living room and bedroom each have air conditioning - very valuable to sleep well at high temperatures. A washer and dish washer work perfectly. There are various seating areas at the house. From the garden you can look out on the surrounding mountains as well as the "local mountain" of Pollenca. The rooster of the neighboring farmer and the country road (depending on the wind direction) were the only noteworthy sounds of the area. There was multiple towel and linen change. On the rooftop you can hang your laundry to dry. We liked to use the outdoor grill and were happy about sporadic cat visit. All in all, a great place to unwind. We are happy to recommend the finca for 2 people and will definitely be back! Thank you!
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Super comfy and beautiful outdoor amenities. Comfortable bedding and beautiful living spaces. Just the hood and a defective sink. For the rest, very clean house. Impeccable communication with host. I would recommend and would definitely come back. Very nice touches: breakfast kit on arrival, bath sheets changed mid-stay, manicured garden and cleaned pool.
Perfect private family get away, in beautiful surroundings. Lovely private location but only a 5 minute drive to the main town. the grounds and pool were wonderful. It’s a little outdated inside but we did like the traditional feel.

A beautiful villa, quiet with great view. With a rental car you can reach everything you need in a short time. Be sure to pack mosquito spray, unfortunately there are many mosquitoes there. Mosquito nets on the windows are our only point of criticism. Highly recommended!

Wonderful house with lots of bathrooms to go with the bedrooms! Nice location, walking distance to town, and nice views towards the mountains. Well equipped with a nice covered outdoor seating area. Love this part of Mallorca.

Had a great vacation with 3 kids!
It is a very nice house, the pool area is very nice and you can be comfortable there. What we didn't like was the location that is in a medium “industrial” area. On the other side is the supermarkets very close and also Puerto Pollença and Pollença.
Very nice house with great garden and pool. Amenities and service very good, fast and very friendly communication. We lacked nothing.

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. The villa is lovely and well situated. Whilst there aren't any amenities which are walkable from the villa you are only 15minutes drive away from lovely beaches, shops and towns- Alcudia, Pollenca. The outdoor space is as depicted on the pictures with a relatively small area around the pool but this is good for visibility with very young children, ours are slightly older and would have benefitted from having a little more space to roam so think about that when making a booking with kids. The agency were great. They provided clear instructions and responded in good time. We got lost when I input the coordinates to the villa so use the pin on the google maps they send instead and you'll be fine. All in all a great stay, at a lovely location.
