Inside, impressive wooden double doors open into a spacious entrance hall with a striking double-height ceiling, showcasing natural stone and local wood features. The villa flows into a bright open-plan living and dining area, complete with a stylish, fully equipped kitchen. Large glass doors along the south and west sides flood the space with natural light and lead directly onto the outdoor terraces.
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find three further bedrooms (one of which can be configured as twin beds), including another en-suite and a shared bathroom.
Outside, Can Tulep offers everything needed for effortless outdoor living. Enjoy multiple open and covered terraces, a barbecue area, and a shaded pergola—perfect for al fresco dining while taking in the beautiful countryside views. The private swimming pool (12m x 6m), which can be heated, is surrounded by spacious sunbathing areas, while the landscaped garden with cypress trees provides privacy and tranquillity.

Gorgeous house, great size rooms, walking distance to town, and a great bonus of having a garage for a car. Also, the wonderful supermarket on the corner has almost everything you will need.
We didn’t realise the pool was not able to be heated, so although the weather was great, it was too cold to use the pool which was disappointing.
The accommodation is very clean and nice. It is quiet and has a great garden with pool where we spent a lot of time. The communication with the host was great.
A nice place to make trips out of. Provided with all necessary facilities. Also the property was wonderfully quiet and you have no disturbance from neighboring houses. I've had some mosquitoes. But I think this would have been all over the island, so it wasn't the accommodation.
Lovely villa, grounds and setting. We really enjoyed our family holiday - accommodation had everything we needed and the pool was amazing! Great location (just a few minutes drive to Pollensa town). We will be back I am sure. Thank you
We had booked the Casa Magdalen for a week vacation with a total of six friends.I. Arrival; The finca is located just outside of Pollensa and is therefore somewhat hidden, which is easy to manage due to the arrival information provided and Google Maps. Upon arrival, a car or taxi is indispensable due to the mentioned location.The key handover is via two key boxes, so it is also possible to arrive at a later hour without problems. The finca; The finca has all the amenities listed on the website and is therefore ideal for vacationing with a group of friends or a family vacation. In particular, the beautiful terrace, which is conveniently directly connected to the kitchen, as well as the pool, should be highlighted.Inside, the finca has three bedrooms consisting of a room with a double bed and two twin rooms each. There is also a living room and two bathrooms.We spent most of our outdoor stay, so we never had to resort to the interior. The location; From the finca it is only a short drive to Pollensa or Alcudia, so you can easily go out and eat and shop. The large Eroski market in Pollensa is ideal for this.In addition, a beach visit in the bay north of Pollensa from the finca is easily possible, again a car is necessary. During the stay, the towels provided were changed once, the floor and the pool were cleaned, which made the stay very pleasant. During our vacation, there was a special situation of a power outage due to a strong thunderstorm, but this problem was also quickly resolved by a call to the agent. Otherwise,the purchase of a mosquito repellent such as Autan or a similar means is recommended, as otherwise the mosquitoes can unfortunately spoil the early evening on the terrace. Conclusion; We had a nice vacation in the finca and would recommend it without hesitation.
Very nice large house with great pool and well-kept garden. Perfect for big families or friends to sit together and grill comfortably.Don't forget mosquito spray;)For shopping and exploring the island I recommend a rental car.Smooth process with the owners, key handover, etc.Would book there again anytime.

Wonderful stay in this modern villa, a great location near the most beautiful beaches on the island. Location, facilities, towels changed regularly, spacious.
This is a fantastic villa. Lovely location a few minutes drive from the sea. accommodation is big roomy and immaculate. The facilities are great – kitchen has all you require – cooker , microwave , toaster, full size fridge freezer , loads of pots , pans & utensils , there are 3 bathrooms -1 shower , 1 walk in shower & 1 bath. Bedrooms are super sizes and the outside area is lovely. you can drive right up to the front door. we visited in Oct/Nov so pool was quite cold but it still didn’t put us off having a dip. the island is beautiful with loads to see – recommend a visit to Caves of Drach. Enjoyed being greeted by a lovely cat each morning – we named her Claudette!
Very nice stay. At the foot of the Serra Tramuntana and 5 minutes from the coast. An oasis of peace with a nice swimming pool and beautiful covered terrace and BBQ. It is wonderful for beautiful summer evenings.3 nice rooms. Perfect for 5 people. What was also very nice was the 2nd bathroom close to the swimming pool. Convenient to take a quick shower there after a day at the beach or pool.
Really loved the villa, the hosts were incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. Checking in was easy and the pool and villa was brilliant, nothing to fault it! Would definately stay again!
